This was hands down the best jewelry experience of my life. My fiancé and I where at Lido key to watch the sunset. We where only here on vacation from Colorado for a week and we had very limited time. We got to the shops right as most where closing. So we where window shopping. The wonderful owners saw me pointing and showing my finances jewelry in the window and was kind enough to ask if she could answer any questions. I was looking for a very custom piece. A very small pearl pendant, which isn’t very common. I wanted one the color of the gulf of Mexico and something to always remind me of this one particular sunset. She and her husband pulled out a box of pearls and helped me create a one of a kind piece (after hours and way into the owners time to be able to have dinner with each other) just to make this artist smile. I would highly recommend them and also please check out the textile pillows. The owner is quite the artist. I’m proud to have a piece made out of love from a loving couple, married 40 years. It will forever be a lucky charm and sit proudly on my neck. Thank you so very very much.

We went with my husband ( in that moment fiancé) to buy our wedding bands, the all experience was very painful! 1. After paying for the bride’s ring we saw a diamond missing in the ring ( the owner apparently didn’t know) about the missing diamond. 2. The groom’s ring wasn’t available on his size, the owner ordered it online and told us that will be in the store next day( it wasn’t true) 3. We had to visit the store in 4 different occasions (1 hour each way in taxis from we were staying as tourists) before we requested a refund. 4. We got married wearing our friends wedding bands because the owner of the jewelry lied to us and didn’t have the rings ready as promised. 5. He told us that his jeweler was on sick leave and couldn’t repair the missing diamond ( doesn’t he has other jewelers details for this kind of situations?) 6. We requested a refund on the groom’s wedding ring and the refund was partially done, they kept part of the money but didn’t explained the reason why and we already left the country. Have been using them for years. Their selection is beautiful and unique. Service is amazing. I have bought custom pieces there and brought many pieces for repair or modifications. I always so happy! Today I picked up some diamonds stud earrings (old style) that had been damaged. They replaced the settings for me. I was so happy I left my other pair so they could replace the settings on them. Highly recommend this family run wonderful business.

Just stopped in today and Mary showed my wife a really unique bracelet, needless to say she loved it (happy wife happy life). For weeks I thought we were twilight zone but reality hit me today when I decided to go to Tilden Ross and select my Mother’s Day, Anniversary, and birthday present! I had been there earlier and saw a beautiful pair of earrings. While it was a really hard decision because the store is packed with tasteful current jewelry and the store is so inviting! The staff are very friendly, helpful, yet professional. I also never feel pressure that I have to buy something... they give you time to think...Prices are very fair.. SO I am very happy with my present once again!
