I honestly can't say enough good about this hotel. It wasn't just a stay. It was an experience. Absolutely nothing was less than perfect. Take advantage of their introductory rates. I spoke with the manager, and he said they're going to keep the rates low to get the word out. Super cool vibe. The hotel feels alive and warm. The rooms are not traditional, which I like. It's kind of a weird setup with the sink Basin being near the bed, but the rooms are very cool. I like that they don't have carpet on the floor, which is nasty. The bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel was full, the noise level was quiet. Breakfast was good. The swimming area is very inviting. Everything was ridiculously clean. I would stay here again and again without even thinking about it.

Stay here!!! Seriously, make this your first stop & look no further!!! Our stay ended up as a longer term stay than originally expected. Relocating for work. Starting when you walk in…the atmosphere that you feel is artsy, clean & decor is fantastic. The front of house staff starts with Jorge & spreads with great professional service & (the best of human interaction)… can’t say enough about the staff. This includes the extended staff that keeps the property clean & relaxing. Each one I interacted with daily (& all day as I worked quite a bit remotely on property) during my stay. The rooms are great! Doesn’t feel like a hotel at all… the set up makes it easy to keep clean & see the absolute cleanliness when you walk in. The amenities were tailored to just what I needed & I could set my stay just the way I wanted it! What a brilliant concept!!! The moment you enter the Kompose hotel you feel wow and amazed. It has an incredible and unique design that surprises you more and more with every corner you turn and that’s before you even get to your room! Once you open that door the room will leave you in awe. I was gifted a bottle of wine which even further added to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You will not be disappointed! The perfect boutique hotel in Sarasota.

Kompose is a perfect hotel for a short or long stay! The ambiance is modern, fun and quirky. It was elegantly appointed from the lobby to all of the public spaces. The rooms are impeccable, well-furnished and the toiletries are great. Linens and towels are high quality. I enjoyed the breakfast, everything was fresh and included great options both hot and cold. (Pro tip, skip brunch and get the $12 breakfast, it’s a great deal and the food is just as good as the fancy restaurants nearby). Kaitlyn and Bianca were helpful, friendly and attentive. Check in and check out processes were smooth and seamless. Definitely would stay again next time I’m in the area.

My girlfriend and I love it here. Beautifully designed hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love our room. It is spotless, cool looking, and comfortable. They have an espresso bar which is great! Nice workout room too! We highly recommend Kompose Hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room has a decent size and is very comfortable!! It is affordable luxury indeed!! The only suggestion would be to install at least a half glass door at the shower so the water doesn’t go everywhere when you shower - and I would love to see reusable cups and silverware at breakfast instead of plastic/styrofoam. Other than that, my stay was great and I would definitely stay here again!

I travel for work and spend 100+ days a year in hotels, this is one of the best I have stayed in by far. Great ambiance, clean rooms, superb staff, free breakfast, heated pool, 25 min from the #1 beach in America, right next to the airport and still the noise is minimal. Would give this place 6 stars if I could, can’t beat this hotel anywhere in the area for the price. Thank you Kompose! Ps. Wed-Sat bar service is must, handcrafted cocktails from Remy was the highlight of my stay. Best margarita I’ve ever had, non alcoholic too!!

We loved every bit of our stay. The room we got was so well designed, spacious, great mood lighting, super clean and chic! Very impressive. The reception area is very welcoming too. Overall we came to Sarasota without much expectations but Kompose really has set its benchmark high. Very warm, helpful and friendly staff. Austin, who helped us check in and suggested things to do over the thanksgiving holiday was amazing too! Such a good overall experience in a long time.

Probably the first honest review for this place, the furniture and finishes don’t seem to be aging well with this property. THERE WAS SILLY STRING ON THE WALLS IN OUR ROOM. The concrete structure allows for great reverberations of the surrounding rooms. The design of the bathroom leaves much to be desired with no place to put shampoo or soap and it’s fairly hard to maintain privacy in the bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust all of these clearly paid for reviews with this property.

Stayed three nights and had a wonderful experience! Check in was a breeze, staff is incredibly kind and helpful, laundry was convenient, beautiful workout room, and love the details throughout the entire hotel. Our room was so modern and clean. Exceeded our expectations! Location is convenient if you have a car or need to be near the airport (not in a walkable/cute neighborhood however). Breakfast was delicious and full of options. I would suggest staffing one more person at breakfast and having more tables available - because it was very busy/crowded and some food items ran out. Overall our stay was magical and the hotel is stunning. If we visit Sarasota again, this is absolutely where we will stay.

Such a cool place! Clean and very friendly helpful staff. Love the modern vibes of the room and lobby areas. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. It was So close to everything downtown Sarasota has to offer and not far from the best beaches! We had breakfast In The lobby cafe and it was good too. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to especially since it offers early check In And late check out making it so convenient. Also it didn’t have a huge hotel chain feeling and had much more friendly and personal accommodations.

Was looking for a 2 day getaway and I came across this gem. Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lobby and decor was so refreshing and creative. It was quiet and clean. I loved all of the quotes that were on the walls around the hotel as well. The pool and jacuzzi were also awesome and clean. The room was a breath of fresh air. It was very modern and clean and cozy. I definitely will be coming back. The prices were also very cheap. Only $99 for a night. 10/10 recommend.

Phenomenal, fantastic and family friendly! The hotel is meticulously clean. Our room is gorgeous! The decor is modern; I am obsessed with the concrete+wood+metal look they have here. I appreciate the minimalism. The staff are attentive and responsive as well. Awesome breakfast staff willing to help quickly. The breakfast offered here is pretty awesome. Wide array of cereals, oatmeal, bacon, eggs, omelettes, and waffles. I appreciate the attention to detail like no high fructose corn syrup in their ketchup; a good selection of teas; almond milk alternative. We will absolutely be back during our next Sarasota stay.

Kompose Hotel was the perfect place to “compose” your stay. We fell in the love with the atmosphere and the overall vibe of the space — and all at an affordable place. The King suite is best suited for couples as the shower/toilet door are shared, but we loved the cozy setting. It created for the perfect getaway. The only downside? With the affordable price, we did experience some loud guests early in the morning. We would definitely return, though!

A beautiful boutique hotel in so many ways! Firstly as a hotel interior designer myself, I was so excited to stay at Kompose to see the beauty in person. Everything was curated down to every detail and the functionality was great! The service was friendly, efficient and the place was super clean! I love that they enforce a no noise policy between 10pm-7am so we can actually rest comfortably. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone and it’s so affordable too!

THE BEST hotel for the price. I’ve stayed in too many cheap hotels, and this is a FIVE START RESORT for the price you’re paying. Gym is awesome. Pool and hot tub are great. Rooms and hallways are beautiful, with really great inspirational messages on the walls. Although the breakfast isn’t included, it’s INCREDIBLE for the price (12$ full, 6$ cereal and oatmeal). The largest choice of cereal I’ve ever seen. FOR THE PRICE NOBODY SHOULD BE COMPLAINING. Here are a few downsides: pool closes at 9, which means the fire pit, mini golf and ping pong also close at 9. They didn’t have balls or clubs to play golf, not sure about ping pong. As of Thanksgiving 2022 the sauna is closed for renovation. Rooms: THIS IS NOT A DOWNSIDE BECAUSE USUALLY THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER ARE IN THE SAME ROOM AND YOU CAN’T USE THEM AT THE SAME TIME ANYWAYS, but the shower and bathroom are divided by a wall, and share a sliding glass door, so if there’s more than two people staying in the room you can’t do your business and have someone else shower at the same time. The shower isn’t the most convenient if you’re looking for privacy and comfort while changing/towelling off, and the towel hanger was missing in my room. VERY MINOR INCONVENIENCES, BUT FOR THE PRICE THIS IS ARGUABLY THE BEST HOTEL IN THE UNITED STATES.

Very eclectic style. Couldn’t be closer to the airport in Sarasota. Staff extremely courteous. Free breakfast was well prepared and tasteful. The price was excellent for the accommodation you receive and the beds are one of the most comfortable l have experienced in a hotel. I hope I can find other locations in other states.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable/quiet. We also really appreciated the free breakfast and getting a drink at the bar at the end of our night. However, we stayed in a King Room with a Balcony. The door to the balcony was glass and did not have a curtain. Therefore, the sun was shining bright in our room in the morning despite the fact that we had the blackout curtains pulled closed over the rest of our windows. Also, we turned the AC as low as possible when we arrived, but can’t say we ever felt it get much colder in our room over the 2 days we stayed.

This is hands down one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in! I absolutely loved the room and the vibe of the whole hotel! I freaking loved the decor! The breakfast was amazing with so many selections! Staff was so nice and helpful! The price for the room we had with a balcony was way too good to beat anywhere else! I love staying here! I've come back several times as I have to travel for our medical practice. The price point is amazing and definitely is worth the money. It can sometimes attract "the budget hotel" crowd, however, it usually attracts the Jaguar crowd just as much. Hands down I prefer to stay here over any Hyatt, Hilton, etc. The interesting thing is that the high quality of this hotel create a very interesting and beautiful social dynamic. There is a great mix of American, European, and other cultures. On any one day I have heard Russian, Mongolian, Danish, French, or Spanish.

This Hotel was absolutely perfect, modern, and chic!!! beautiful views from our room balcony. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and was incredibly delicious. Provided great customer service as well. I would 100% stay here again.

I can’t say enough about the chic decor, simplicity with elegance, glam with earthiness and comforts of this place. The amenities are fabulous and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Dana & Christian we’re very warm and welcoming. The place was a relief after a hard hard road. Location is perfect. You could literally walk from the airport! I’d stay again with glee! And the price? Wow. SO WORTH IT!

Really great with warm friendly staff. Great place for the price except for the bathroom/ shower situation. If you are using the shower there is no door for toilet. If you are in the toilet/ really water closet, there is no shower door. And the sink is out with the beds. Not a great setup if u like privacy or if you are going with more than yourself.

The only place we will be staying at from now on whenever I visit Sarasota. Exceeded our expectations. Staff are the nicest. Very polite and helpful! Also the interior layout was very well thought out. The finishes, vanity, lighting are beautiful. Breakfast has so much choices to choose from. They really mean their tag line luxury meets affordable.

What a neat find! Stayed here after a cancelled flight. Even though we were disappointed about or flight this place softened the blow. We had drinks and dinner there. Service was outstanding and super friendly. The rooms were unique. And in the morning the free breakfast had so much to choose from! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here. Much better than the hum drum of a chain hotel.

Bianca at the front desk was top notch! Very accommodating to me with having to walk with a cane due to a torn meniscus in my knee! The other staff was friendly and helpful too! Great place to stay! The sun 🌞 coming up was a beautiful view! The pool and Jacuzzi are nice! I would have to say the continental breakfast could be better!

Stayed here for one night with my mother. The rooms were really nice & the balcony was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and not too noisy from the street / airport. Great for the price. Breakfast was nice as well but get there before 9:30am for more options.

Location is within minutes of the Ringling, the staff is very nice, the rooms are nice and well kept. Pros: good room, high end feel at an affordable price, GREAT continental breakfast, 24 hour front desk Cons: Loud AC unit in room made it a little hard to sleep, the shower and toilet had a single slide door so you can only have some privacy in one at a time and it’s also just a frosted glass door so not super private. Would go again!!!

The hotel is great, stylish, and unique. The staff is really friendly! A lot of amenities. Though the rooms can be more thoughtful: bathroom/shower and storage spaces aren’t the best solution. Still, we really enjoyed that place!

The hotel is great! I loved it! But here's some things that bother me and my family. The bathroom, it's a slid door with a wall in between the toilet and the shower and sense it's only 1 slid door there should be really one question what we all asked each other, "What if someone is taking a shower and someone else needs to use the restroom?" Like yes, we can go down stairs, but the elevator also takes time. Other people could be in it, and it may take some time. Also a body mirror in front of the shower and the shower is just blurred glass and there is a tiny gap, and the bottom part is just glass, so be cautious if you drop shampoo, conditioner, or/and soap. My family was like, "Why a mirror in front of a glass shower?" Something that didn't bothed me but bothered my family, was a concrete wall I didn't mind, but they did. The parking spot, It was really hard to park from how small it is. But other than that, it's great the beds, looks, Etc. But this place is amazing, recommended for business and more, it's great you should come to this place it was really fun for me. This was only about what they can fix in it but I liked it. I don't know about you.

I would have definitely given this hotel a 5 star rating. The issue is the shower/bathroom combo. One door slides from shower area over to the toilet area. No privacy when you come out of the shower. The rooms are very nice otherwise. The lobby is very convenient with seating many people. They do need more food options and more than one microwave as lines tend to get long to use it. Definitely a nice hotel and would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed 3 nights. My room was very clean and my bed was amazing. I slept better here then at home. The staff here are wonderful anytime I needed something they were very helpful.the pool and hot tub are great. The free ev car charging station was a nice plus . The washer and dryer are free as well. The breakfast is free to but get there early or it will be gone different style of hotel and pet friendly. Affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel it is so cute! This is the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to stay with during extended work travel. Austin, the GM, is the absolute best. My favorite part of the hotel is their amazing fitness room. I love that they have a Peloton! It’s so nice to be able to keel up with my normal fitness routine while away from home.

The lovely ladies Kaitlyn and Amaria were fabulous and fantastic. They made our week trip well worth it and I can not speaking more on how they gave my son and I great customer service. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and if I had these ladies working for me I would would treasure them. This has been a great stay and a great hotel. Just married and needed a couple days before we went on our honeymoon to Puerto Rico!! This place was amazing, as soon as my wife walked in..her jaw was on the floor! Really quiet and peaceful environment. The colors even fit the color scheme of our wedding ! The lighting was great , sliding bathroom door that divides the toilet and shower was perfect. Very clean , very pleasant to look at and very relaxing. We will be visiting again!!

Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing. We love her! Always sweet and personable and makes us feel like family. Also the hotel is absolutely stunning. European elegance with a touch of industrial class. Stayed 2 times already! Oh and the beds are super comfortable!
