Another Horrible Experience. We have been customers of Regions Bank for many years. The customer service continues to get worse each year. Today we had a very unfriendly experience with a teller named Pamela who refused to try to call anyone to shorten a hold on a check. Today is the morning of the 8th. They wanted to hold the funds until the 18th. Worse than that the only help she gave us was to go back to our original bank and wire the funds even though we gave her names of wealth managers in the bank to call who have previously assisted the hold time reductions. We used to have a great relationship with the Lakewood Ranch branch and Bard, then the downtown branch both which have now closed their doors. Very unfortunate as Regions was once the benchmark of great customer service.

Interesting mix of stores. Best to be traveling south on 41 to enter and exit from the side street on the south. Beware of traffic leaving Trader Joe's as they think they always have the right of way.

This was my second visit and very disappointed. My first visit was excellent in all areas but this time around it failed. Service was slow to lacking. Our server was new but she had waitressed before and we shouldn't have to ask a near by waiter to go find her. We got hamburgers and fries that were just typical. Had to ask twice for water. It will be awhile before I go back.

My time at the Best Buy was so sad, it made me lose faith in humanity. There were guys all over the front of the store that work there, none in the back. I was in there at least 20 minutes looking at large screen tvs, no one offered to help nor could I get anyone's attention. So I dragged the 43' tv up to a cashier and no help offered until I was walking out the door.

Great service, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help, which actually helped cuz we did need help. Very friendly people and a wide variety of electronical things.

Help IS available and workers are fairly accessible. Almost no physical movies dvd/4k DVD's left anymore

I came only for Regions Bank. This location is the only one that issues you new cards if they're lost or stolen. When I was done, I needed to go to Best Buy. I couldn't believe they open until 10 or 11am! I wasn't going to wait!

Sorry, but this outdoor mall is a little run down looking. I have no doubt that the merchants would like to see it upgraded a bit. The parking lot is run down, the trees and shrubs need trimming and just an overall little bit of TLC. Other than that once you're inside the stores everything looks fine the merchandise is great the service is good. Still recommended.

Worst Best Buy I have ever seen. Not sure if the apathy or the incompetence was worse.

Used Geeks service was very helpful and store was clean, bathrooms clean, comfortable environment throughout the store. Excellent customer service

It Was a quick trip to Best Buy. I was also walk in, find what I was looking for and get out in under 10 minutes. An associate was very helpful, and helped find what I needed. I looked it up on the app first, so I knew it was there and in stock

Yep, it's a strip mall. But we went here for the Barnes& Noble. Very clean and well laid out. Staff was friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just about anything you could possibly want, it's here. Driving through this place is akin to medium sized city. But tons of options and convenient location.

There is a Best Buy. I found the floor sales people to be well informed about the electronics they sell. They also have a good Book store.
