Always a great brunch experience! We had a New Year”s day brunch with a total of 10 people. Alex could have made accommodations for more. The serve yourself buffet has a lot of options. The only problem is when parents allow their children to dig in the buffet with their hands instead of using utensils (the parents were not using utensils either so maybe it was a family habit). Inexpensive for the food an choices you get. We will go again (but if I see someone not using utensils I will teach them how to behave in public).

Worst experience ever in Alex. Felt like no waiter is interested in serving or taking order. Waited for a long time on the table, also after the order, the food was not properly cooked. And one of the waiters was very rude.

Good place to have brunch. Good service and cute decor. Overall the food was good. We did the sunday brunch buffet and everything I tried was good. If you are looking for an American style brunch on Sundays, this is your place. Price was not bad at all for an all you can eat buffet. You also have the option of ordering from the menu individual plates and again, everything looked good.

We came there when most of the restaurants around were closed and it was the best decision. The food was delicious and the service was very nice. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a nice atmosphere. I totally recommend!

The food was good, but our order got incorrectly taken, my husband received his food almost 20min after ours, and when he did, he got his burger the way he didn't order it, and had to return it, and, finally, we never got the side dish we ordered. The place is nice and, again, once the order was complete, the food was good, but the experience as a whole was not pleasant.

The food is delicious, ambience is nice although I find it a bit over stuffed and loud, they try to compensate with music but does give a little bit if cafeteria vibe. Waiters are nice but there's long wait for drink and they interrupted a conversation like it's normal...I did not appreciate that. You want to book a table in advance, specially on Sunday morning as otherwise you won't have a place.

Great brunch. Lots to choose from and they take steps to ensure a safe environment. Will definitely come back again!

Lovely place and nice food. Desserts are really good and the real mint tea is just awesome. The waitress was polite and kind.

The food was delicious and the staff was nice. I ordered the chicken schnitzel with extra chicken and it was 18€ but was enough delicious.

Great location, nice decoration, friendly staff, a nice variety of brunch choices. It would be very cozy to sit outside when the weather is good.

Last min find. Got to Regensburg really late and found this restaurant. Glad we found it. Drinks were amazing and service was good. Food presentation was good. Apologies had to take photos from my partners phone as it would not transfer on my phone.

Disappointed: We were on a tour with a couple hours for lunch and we saw this inviting restaurant which had a few people in it. We were promptly sat down and drink orders taken. The drinks came in decent time but the two cheese burgers ordered had not come for 45 mins. The table next to us seemed to be having similar issues. One of their dishes came but the other hadn’t come. I politely inquired if we our order had not been forgotten. After another 10 mins I went and looked in the kitchen galley and saw our order was not even being worked on. So we paid for the drinks and left. Sadly, the table next to us still had not received the second persons dish. I am sure there were issues with staffing as this is certainly no way to run a restaurant. I wish them well. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and we were excited to experience the ambiance.

We use to go Paderborn Alex several time. When we shifted to Regensburg and saw Alex here as well , We were super happy. Food is as usual good. Bug restaurant with super atmosphere. We will come again. 🥰
