The traine RAJIV THAKUR sir is highly qualified and motivating plus it is one of the cleanest places I know. Trainer keeps cheak on all gym members equally helping them throughout the workout. gym is equipments cardio and sterngth training has different sections.. Also GYM fee is totaly worth it. I must say if u want to join recommend this gym highly.
