Infos die uns jedesmal erst zu spät gegeben wurden. Nach Nachfrage dann die Info aktuell nur Montag oder Dienstag 10.+11.10.22 möglich, aber nur vormittags. Den Rest der Woche gar nicht. Die Gläser wurden vor Wochen bestellt, leider schafft man es nicht diese einzubauen. - Beraterin 1 beim ersten Termin war nett und gut. Beraterin 2 beim dritten Termin, konnte nur zwei Sätze selbst sprechen und musste ständig nach hinten laufen um Rücksprache mit ihrem Chef zu halten. Hier ist es ein Glücksspiel an wen man gerät. (Bei Termin 2 haben wir nach 50 Minuten Wartezeit aufgegeben.) - das beste ist jedoch, dass uns ein Rabatt zugesichert wurde inkl. Gutschein, den man dann kurzerhand für ein Missverständnis erklärt - egal, denn wir werden hier eh nichts mehr kaufen. (Geplant hatten wir drei Brillen dort zu kaufen, die wir nach dem ganzen Zirkus woanders kaufen werden.)

    I went to Fielmann because I couldn't see clearly anymore. Eye test, advice and new glasses. It was super quick, but also super competent and objective. Super friendly team, top advice, never had the feeling that they were trying to “talk” me into something. Very competent and needs-oriented advice. The next pair of glasses will definitely be purchased from this team! Not just a thumbs up, but a crystal clear recommendation with 5 stars out of 5!!!!

The staff is very well trained, and when I had cataracts, the staff recognized it immediately and sent me to the ophthalmologist...     I was there recently because I just wanted to have my glasses cleaned quickly. This might take half a minute. I was assured that a colleague would contact me “immediately”. Instead, I'm ignored for 10 minutes and just left standing there while employees talk to each other on the other side of the store. Then I just left because it was too stupid for me. I have practically always been a Fielmann customer and have never bought my glasses anywhere else. I'll probably buy my next pair of glasses somewhere else until you get this work ethic problem under control again!

    These were my first and last glasses from Fielmann. Last time I waited 40 minutes to pick up my glasses only to get a pair that had +2.5 diopters wrong on one lens. Two weeks later I waited 50 minutes. Apart from the fact that the atmosphere in this store is incredibly staid and unpleasant, I have never had to wait so long for a clear sales pitch at any optician.

    I went there to get replacement glasses. My advisor Mr. Sandbrink offered outstanding customer service. You might have to wait a couple minutes for a worker to come after getting seated. But the service is worth the wait. The prices are reasonable and I'm very satisfied as a customer. My only grievance is that there is no large selection/ choice of glasses for people with big heads.

    I have been a Fielmann customer for many years and leave the branch super satisfied after every consultation. My last glasses consultation with the branch manager was super relaxed, and the contact lens advice from Ms. Labrenz was also competent and very satisfactory. I don't understand why many people complain about waiting times even though they come by without an appointment. Even with supposedly small work on glasses, I've always been helped, so I'm happy to take 10+ minutes if I'm then provided with a straight frame and free of charge! Leave the store for repairs. Bei jeder Fachkraft, bei der ich bisher war, sprich Brillenreparatur, Brillenanpassung, Brillenberatung - war alles perfekt. Freundliche Beratung, zuvorkommender Service, WLAN Zugriff, sogar eigenes Brillenreparatur-Set gabs für mich zum Verkauf. Meiner Erfahrung nach gibt es keinen besseren Optiker, Filiale sowieso. Die Auswahl ist zudem bei ihren Produkten wie Brillengläser, klassische Gestelle, Sonnenbrillen und Kontaktlinsen echt groß. Von mir gibts eine klare Empfehlung und kann daher die negativen Erfahrungsberichte in dieser Niederlassung nicht bestätigen.

Steinhoff had done an excellent job with my glasses, I went to pick them up. Upon trying them on, I felt an unusual pressure at the back of my right ear. I brought this to the attention of the associate in charge of fitting, who was not M. Steinhoff, unfortunately. Despite her best efforts, the pressure persisted. As I had to travel and be out of Hannover for a week, I stressed the importance of getting this right. Regrettably, after one day of use, the pressure evolved into pain and ultimately a swollen, increasingly painful bump. As a result, I was forced to cease wearing my new glasses. Consequently, I've spent a week attending and presenting at various workshops and conferences without my glasses. The choice was between this or enduring severe pain. Upon my return to Hannover this morning, I promptly visited Fielmann to have the issue addressed, as I had a flight to Lisbon at noon. The service I received was lackluster. Steinhoff was patient, taking all the time needed to ensure I was at ease with my choice. Honestly, I'd happily give Fielmann an extra star if I could, mainly due to the exceptional service provided by M. Steinhoff. Fielmann's service is not only efficient and swift, but they also employ well-trained assistants, ensuring a seamless customer experience. I truly appreciated the honesty and integrity they embodied throughout my visit. Keep doing what you're doing, Fielmann!
