Cool place, nice climate, clean air. I am giving 3 stars because my brother said so. He was expecting a swimming pool here which is absent. There's a children play area, a sitting area, a proper space for jogging and other exercises, a club house. There are a lot of nice idols. You can see Krishna's bhakt Meera's idol outside on the wall, a ganesha Idol at the entrance, there's a unicorn statue with no horn/ a horse with wings(I don't know what that type of horse is called). The property has 1BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats. The ground floor is all parking area. The images are not proper as we were in a hurry.

Really had good flats in Porche area of the Surat city with underground parking,main hall for celebration,garden area,small temple also.
