Ms. Missall is insensitive, sober, and appears to have no knowledge of patients with ADHD or the symptoms of ADHD. He immediately treated me in an accusatory manner, even though I was already frustrated at the time of the conversation. Why don't I have a family doctor or psychiatrist yet, where are all my documents? Very offensive language during acute psychological complaints, not listening or open. Then my sick note was created incorrectly, even though I requested the first day of illness to be postponed several times. I left the consultation with her with a very bad feeling, it was almost humiliating. For people who need empathy and are not patients over 70, this place is probably very inappropriate. Mental health problems are not taken seriously!

I'm very satisfied. Very short waiting times despite the large number of customers. You immediately notice how operationally the staff works. Our cardiologist Dr. Pschierer is simply a treasure. I would highly recommend.

I have been in this doctor's practice for over 20 years, and despite moving several times (currently 35km) I remain in this great practice. Doctors competent! The doctor's assistant is always friendly!!! Waiting times like in any other practice. Absolutely clear recommendation!

Unavailable by telephone. Appointment could not be booked via Doctolib. Which is why the practice was entered for the designated infection consultation with respiratory symptoms and an FFP2 mask. You get yelled at in practice because you suspect Corona and are thrown out. This is not how to treat patients. The ladies at the counter should ask what an infection consultation is for. I will never enter this practice again. That really doesn't work at all! Preferably 0 stars.

2 queues (with/without appointment) to the outside. People who just wanted to pick something up were constantly trying to push forward. There was an aggressive atmosphere and several arguments among those waiting. It was so stressful that after a short time I was completely exhausted. I've never experienced anything like that at the doctor's office.

I have been a patient in the practice for many years. I have not had any bad experiences with the practice's staff so far. Waiting times must be accepted if you come to the practice without an appointment. I am very satisfied with my doctor.

I have been waiting from 9am and now it is 13, it appears that colour and race have priority in this Praxis as it is very German.

Very poor time management. I had to wait 3 months online for my appointment for a health check from the age of 35. Well... when I made this appointment, I registered at reception and then, after waiting 45 minutes, I asked the doctor straight away when it would be my turn. He didn't even know I was there and was waiting. I then left without having accomplished anything and looked for a new family doctor.
