    Although store shows "goods immediately available" the goods are sold out. Just back from the shop...it still shows "goods available for purchase in shop" but the shelves are empty... Went in total 60km to the shop for nothing...that's really cheating people. I even reserved online, to just figure out the shelf is empty and they don't have the product. What a crappy customer service...

    Great electronics good offers Staff needs to be more pro active and attend to customers rather than saying please wait for my colleague although he might be free

    Bad service i called with my phone the shop i was not speaking good german end the girl on the call troll me saynig (Digga er kann nichts ) i am very sad about this end i will not recomend this shop :)

    I always go there to buy house hold and electronics stuff my 1st experience was bad as I brought TV washing machine and other stuff from there whihc was bit expensive compared to market but last time I meet one of sales man gentlamn who was from Iran originally and was very professional some how the place containing all the stuff but sales staff is too short whihc they need to increase.
