I really like this property. It's not that old, well maintained & very spacious. Restaurant staff is professional & mature enough to understand your needs. Food is delicious. Now comes the best part, The rooms size, arrangements and amenities (Will give 10 out of 10). Things need to improve: Reception area, the staff working in reception ( Poor customer handling with lack of knowledge & upgradation ). Rest wonderful 👌

Hotel is conveniently located and is easily found. Staff is really welcoming, trained professional. Room is spacious and clean and sound proof. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. Interior done really well. Food is up to the mark. Tv didn't work, so they offered to change the room but the problem persists. personally i didn't bother about it much. My only disappointment was there was no arrangement for driver's accommodation.

This place is mainly for wedding and functions.  Majority of guests which stay are the invitees to these occasions. Do not expect very professional service but its fine, since you are for a family occasion. The halls are nice and specious,  food is ok and service is ok, not great. There was major flaw in display as vegetarian and non vegetarian were being kept in same trolley while its generally kept separate.  The same was with snacks served in the hall. Even though I am non vegetarian but I would definitely request for a segregation keeping in respect the sentiments of vegetarians.

This place is run by Ferns & Petals....I have attended it for a couple of ceremonies and one of being a recent family function. The decoration and cleanliness are good. The staff is courteous and the hotel is at prime location. However, the food is not at all good. It is highly recommended that the food quality and taste should be made better because for ceremonies food is very important. Rest I will recommend the place for celebrations.

This is a resort by fern n pettles, rooms are ok ok. I think it's not maintained, but their garden area and lawn are really good and maintained. Rooms are clean, but their heaters need to be maintained, and slight maintenance work will make this property a superb place for stay.

Stayed at this pace for a relatives wedding functions. Food is quite delicious, the F&B staff is very proficient. Rooms are okayish, not very clean. The Housekeeping staff is not well trained in in room cleaning. The decoration of banquets and related arrangements seemed quite impressive. Location is very far from Railway station and Airport, also has connectivity issues.

location was very good. The hospitality was great. The rooms were spacious, very clean. Breakfast buffet could have been better, desert section was great. The bed was comfortable. Trained professional Staff was very helping. Specially Mr. Azaruddin(House Keeping).

The facilities and amenities at Opulent hotel were equally impressive. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for lounging under the sun or enjoying a refreshing swim. It was quite close to popular attractions and offered easy access to transportation, making it base for exploring the area.

Opulent is a great shoreline for shorter and longer stays. Equipped with all amenities, the rooms are spacious and hygienic. The staff is friendly and eager for feedback, which is a good sign. Will definitely come again! :)
