Sri Sai Siri Residency is a complex building attached with a Hotel named "Landmark". This residency building has a basement with three storied structure opposite to Gayathri theatre. The hotel and room facilities available here are quite affordable to middle class people. The hotel has both veg and non-veg options to dine-in, take away and delivery. The foods available here are tasty and the quality of the stuffs are well taken care. The staffs are friendly speaking with customers. Parking available at the basement.

It is the one of the best hotel I ever stayed . Well maintained, clean hotel in Thumakuru. All rooms are much spacious and clean . All the facility they are provided in the rooms are so good, especially the washroom. I stayed for three days and I was so comfortable during the stay. They have a parking space also. Services are nice too. The clean rooms are the attraction there. Happy to stay again.

This lodge is the worst one....Staff are terrible.... Reception guys were worst and arrogant...i went with family and they have no consideration.. room charges are very costly..

This hotel was a nightmare. Worst service and the person at the reception (Maji Gowda) thinks that he is the Maharaja of Mysuru and talks as if he is giving shelter to beggars. Bathroom is filled with cockroaches. Sheets smell of urine. When complained, Maji Gowda claims it to be very natural. He demands to pay in cash and hides the QR code and the card swiping machine citing some silly reasons. While checking out, when we told him the list of complaints he yelled at us to get lost and that he will himself pay the balance amount from his salary. Looks like the hotel pays him more than he deserves. The management should use that money to improve the quality instead. There are good hotels to stay in Tumkur. But this is not one among them.

I travel regularly to Tumkur and a regular at this hotel .we were two ladies.. The manager who is older with spectacles was extremely rude for no reason . We were two hours late fr check out as there was powercut. He started yelling loudly and was so disrespectful even though we were so polite and talking softly to him. We just walked out quietly. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality .. I wonder how people tolerate him. So arrogant and rude fr no reason.he acts like it’s the only place ... Will never go back there. I travel every month to Tumkur. I hope the management looks into in his behaviour. Everyone was watching him talk like that.

Nice place to stay. Good cooperative staff even during night times.

Accommodation is good but the price is not acceptable.. they charge 2k for 24 hours stay. Which seems to be little bit high price. But stays are good enough..

Very helpful Admin and helpers. Parking is a little difficult but he is arranging the place to park the vehicle. Apart from that, it's a nice place and on the main road itself.

Except for mosquitoes nothing much to complain. This lodge is right above Bar which discourages family. Also finding parking is an issue.

12-Feb-2022 today at 9:45PM on desk manager talking behaved was very poor and they don’t want there customer and also not respect. They use some bad word also so please there are many good hotels in Tumkuru but just try to don’t stay in Sri Sai Siri Residency.

Hotel is clean and hygiene , friendly staff , tarrif is also reasonable , nice to stay .

Room charges are very high in tumakuru now. Compared with other hotels this is better. Receptionist are very supportive.

Worst service i have seen ever. I have visited many hotels till now and this is one of the worst hotel. We booked 2 rooms, no good service, worst lift service, no proper communication. Food is one of the worst (LAMDMARK) which is been suggested by hotel. Need to have there only, and order from their only. No plates would be provided. Rates are too high compared to local hotels, no cleanliness and TOO HIGH COST.

A decent place to stay the night. They don't have a car park but there is always space on the road opposite the hotel. Rooms are available in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Service is decent and staff are responsive. Its just that the old building and the old fashioned service standards may not be up to everyone's liking. Its right in the heart of Tumkur and all shops are accessible nearby. A double bed room costs 2k a night and the suite which costs 3k has two double beds. The lift is the slowest moving i have ever seen but it works. You'll also struggle if you don't know kannada. But the front desk is staffed by nice people who can speak in English and Hindi.

Rooms are okay. But bathroom is dirty, and bedsheets doesn't smell good. The pillows looks as if they haven't been changed ever. But to top it all , service was the worst. They don't provide hot water kettle, or mineral water bottle. Parking facility is not there. Rude and sarcastic front desk guy, who would sarcastically offer to pay for you if you tell these complaints to him. The lift is so slow that you can reach faster by using staircase.

The place was okay and the hospitality is good. The place is spacious and there is plenty of space for parking which is a good thing. The most exquisite thing is the price which is moderate and reached to a large number of customers (affordable).Overall it is a great place to hangout with friends or family while you are out or you need to have breakfast quickly or something like that.

Food is kk... Service is good... Andhra Thali needs to be added n serve at all time..
