I am really not one to leave reviews, but after that experience I really hope no one else has to deal with this. I had a 1 hour massage with Nadine tonight. She started out with saying "My hands are freezing." Throughout the whole massage she was rushing, not making any part of the experience relaxing. She was kicking her chair around making loud noises. To top it all off, she never rubbed my feet,arms, or hands, but did make sure to tug the ear lobes. I have been to several massages and never once have I had my ears massaged. It was the strangest thing ever. Her transitions with the pillows and sheets were very sloppy and not relaxing, she put the sheet over my face at one point going whoops. It felt like this was her very first day. As a mother who cried when receiving this gift I am HIGHLY disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone here. I would like to edit that the owner called me the next day. She asked me how things went and I explained as I stated above. She offered a new massage with a different person free of charge. Tonight I went and had Andre and he was amazing. He was the total opposite of what Nadine had done. He was very relaxing.He made sure the bed warmer was on, placed a warm towel on my back when finishing. He was great. I guess if your going to saugis make sure you get Andre.

Andre was amazing! It was my first cupping experience and it will not be my last! He was very attentive to where I told him were my problem areas. Andre made sure through the whole massage that I was comfortable and that the pressure was not too strong. After my massage he provided me with a personalized aftercare plan and what he recommends! I can’t wait to go back!!

Wonderful ambience upon entering, the front desk receptionist was so warm and welcoming both on the phone prior to arrival and upon arrival in person. I booked a 60 minute couples massage with my husband and it was great! While I unfortunately forgot the names of our masseuse; they were amazing! Great technique, both knew what they were doing. We left feeling so relaxed. Would definitely recommend here! No part of the experience was bad at all

My husband and I was giving a gift card for a couples massage at Elements Massage in Saugus ma and we finally went and let me tell you from walking into this place upon departing was spectacular and amazing experience, very friendly , caring and nice staff and management . Would highly recommend . With our busy schedule we will definitely make time again to another massage . Don’t wait book your appointment now. Thanks again

My therapist is Andre, and I cannot say enough about his skill set and professionalism. I have had a lot of massage therapists, but none can compare with Andre. He is versatile, focusing on whatever you need. He can't do enough for me, and I am impressed with his consistency. I need him to work on multiple areas and when I leave I feel refreshed and healthy. He comes highly recommended!

Friendly service at the door, always greeted. Dan always has a smile and checks with me what I need. From the heated bed, hot stones, aromatherapy, areas that I need him to work on in my body. He also checks in with me throughout the massage. We do have great amazing conversations! Therapy sessions are relaxing! Bathroom is always clean. Water and treats are always offered.

I was hesitant to write this because my technician Nadine was nice enough but this was soo not the experience I wanted...especially for the money! First I was taking back 5 minutes after my appointment. Then I sat there 5 minutes later. Now it's 10 minutes after my appointment but I figured it would just be added to the other end but she abruptly stopped at 4:00. All she did at first was yawn. After that...all she did was talk about politics. I don't know about you but I'd rather not talk and just relax. I left there more stressed than when I went in. Now I go to pay and for whatever reason...he couldn't give me a receipt and said he'd email me. I like to see things on paper. I still haven't received it. I know they have my email cause I have received about 5 wanting me to book again. I don't know what she did but when I woke up this morning...I have a severe pain in my right shoulder blade. I have issues with my back as it is and now I can add another pain to it. I certainly will not be going back nor will I ever recommend this place. Save your money and back and go somewhere else!

From the moment I walk in, I am quickly greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff and my massage therapist Andre. There hasn't been one time where he is not present prior to or as I am walking in to my appointment. What a great feeling. He has such a polite and respectful demeanor, creating an environment that feels comfortable, relaxed and like a safe space. He asks questions and determines areas of focus depending on your wants and needs. I've worked with several therapists in the past, and it's been very difficult for me to find someone that is able to listen and truly provide pain relief. I am in a sitting position for the majority of my day and it can be rather bothersome and uncomfortable. It's caused much pain in my neck, lower back, glutes, hamstrings etc. Some days I feel as though my body is falling apart and I cannot get myself to a point of relaxation. From day one, Andre has really listened to my needs each session. He is able to find all of my trigger points to include ones I didn't even know existed. His massaging technique allows the necessary relief of having knots loosen up to the point that I immediately feel a difference when walking out. Andre goes above and beyond with suggestions pertaining to at home stretches, hot and cold therapy, cupping, etc. to help make my days a bit more bearable. We at times discuss different options for desks, chairs and tools to loosen up any tightness throughout the day. My favorite is when I joke about the dreadful headrest and he works hard to ensure the best comfort possible with what he has to work with. He truly gives his all in all that he does. He is extremely personable, answers all of my questions and makes sure that I am comfortable with the pressure, table, temperature etc. I am really glad that I switched over to this location. I tried one therapist prior to him, but the style was not a fit for me. I've been seeing Andre since and look forward to our sessions that help my body and mind receive the relief it deserves. He continuously reminds me, we are like cars. They need their oil changes to keep running and we too need our massages to keep our bodies going! Our sessions truly allow me the comfort for a better night of sleep. I cannot thank you enough Andre for being so kind, helpful, respectful and professional!

Very satisfied with my monthly subscription at Elements. Clean, professional, and experienced therapists. I have found my preferred therapist with Andre, who is wonderful. He always greets me with a smile, is attentive to my areas of concern, and is determined to get every single knot in my back out so that I leave feeling ache-free as well as relaxed. He’s the best at what he does, especially for those who desire deeper level massages.

Had a great experience been there a few times. I have signed up for the membership totally worth the discounted price. It is a little hard to call in an appointment they can be pretty booked out sometimes. I originally started going to Elements due to problems with back pain, I’ve found it to be the best solution! Compared to all the other remedies I’d tried in the past having a session at elements message has been consistently beneficial.

Was so-so for the high price they charge. Mine was to be deep tissue massage. The guy tried, but it was just tapping with no structure. My husband had a lady who also tried, but it was done poorly. Better go to Chinese places for massage. They know their business. We were also promised a Groupon price by the manager, but were charged a full price that is much more higher than other places charge. Shame on you Elements!

Elements massage 190 Broadway, Saugus, MA 01906 90 minutes massage wasn’t offered because one of the masseuse is 9 months pregnant smh they told me she can only do 60 minutes with jo money back. And they told me this because I called to confirm my appointment. Took the day off to be able to relax and my Appointment wasn’t really booked so my name wasn’t added to the booking mind you I have been trying to book this appointment since August 8, 2023 Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had my first professional massage tonight at Elements and everything about it was great! The lobby and front desk reception was very welcoming. Dolores, the masseuse, was nothing short of amazing. She made the experience relaxing, fun and I felt like a whole new person after the massage.
