Been
here
a
few
times
before
,
food
is
fine
at
best,
but
we
did
enjoy
the
atmosphere,
and
service
so
I
booked,
in
person,
2
weeks
prior,
a
small
20
people
party
and
reserved
the
"function
area"
which
we
had
done
previously.
When
time
of
event
came,
we
were
bumped
out
for
a
better
prospect,
a
larger
function
had
taken
the
room.
They
never
advised
me
of
this
change
and
when
we
were
questioning,
we
were
completely
dismissed
by
the
"manager"
and
blatantly
lied
to
that
they
have
two
reservation
books
(I
think
not,
they
are
not
that
busy
to
require
2
books).
Bottom
line,
I
will
not
tolerate
being
lied
to
and,
had
they
called
me
and
advised
me
earlier,
I
could
have
decided
if
I
wanted
to
continue
or
go
someplace
else.
They
offered
no
apologies,
except
to
tell
me
that
I
should
have
left
a
deposit,
again,
insulting
to
me,
if
they
told
me
this
was
the
policy,
I
absolutely
would
have
(it
was
BS).
Take
it
for
what
it
is,
they
lost
my
business
and
looks
like
they
need
every
bit
of
business
they
can
get
-
just
bad
customer
service,
just
not
worth
being
lied
to
and
made
to
feel
like
dirt
for
what
you
get.
