Got an Uber eats from here tonight and spent 50$ on steak tips that were Mush with un-cooked French fries and a Caesar salad with no dressing. If you enjoy uncooked prison food, this is the place.

I was quite disappointed when I dined here about a week with my mom and daughter. My mom ordered chicken wings and I noticed there was a hair in one of the wings. When my mom mentioned it to waiter she argued that chicken has hair. First it was clearly human hair which I’ll share the picture, also since when do restaurants sell chicken wings with hair?! Because of the horrible customer service we will not be back.

Bad experience. Just went in and was ignored by Daniella for 5 minutes at the bar. The bar was empty with only one person sitting when I sat down, two others came in and were immediately greeted by her and given menus and offered drinks and specials of the day. Ended up ordering a drink before leaving and the mule mug rim was covered in dust and dirt. I wiped it off and had a black mark on my fingers my partners drink had almost no Tito’s. Would not recommend

Casual and no nonsense. The homemade meatballs were some of the best I've tasted and that's why I'm giving 5 stars. Our other dishes we were split on. Ribs were great. Steak tips were juicy, marinated nicely, and delicious. A pasta special we got was a bit boring. I'll be back for the meatballs. Wishing they'd put a meatball sub on the menu!

I ordered food for delivery and it was absolutely terrible. The asparagus was almost yellow instead of green, the corn was shriveled and had bits of brown all over it, the bbq chicken was basically just a piece of grilled chicken and the mashed potatoes tasted strange. Very disappointed.

I have been here a few times. However, tonight we had a waitress that lied straight to our face and a manager that could not apologize for his error, and refused to understand our point of view. Don’t ever go there on a Friday when a band is playing since they will not let you know how limited your time is at certain tables, but then tell you the table you are sitting at has been reserved and you have to leave. I have been going there for a couple of years now, and will not be returning.

I ordered crab cakes as an appetizer you can tell it was frozen not fresh looks like they heat it up in an air fryer.

First time there. Great experience. Server was wonderful and friendly. My friend's Salmon dinner was very good she got a side of asparagus with her dinner. I got steak tip and sausage combo with mashed potatoes. We both had salads and saved room for dessert, vanilla ice cream for and apple crisp with vanilla ice cream, good also. I would go back. This place has gotten good and bad reviews. We went this rainy Sunday afternoon at 1:30.

Went in on a Saterday at 2, and there were only a few tables occupied. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come by and take the drink order. Waited 30 minutes to get ok food. And kept trying to flag her down to get the check. She would see us motioning for her to come over, then look away and leave. Turkey tips tasted good but were dry and over cooked. This was our second and last experience.

By far the WORST service I’ve ever had. The server we were graced with was a very rude,extremely bothered, incompetent, and liar “server” named Jessica! Don’t expect a damn thing from this place. You will not be checked on. The food was beyond awful we left full plates there. They couldn’t GIVE it away to us. If they don’t get rid of her those door should be locked for good. Close it hire all new staff.

Just left there without eating. There was no wait which was great....however it took too long to get 2 sandwiches. We got delicious wings and the server was attentive at first. However, our food wasn't coming out even though we were told it would be. All the other tables were eating their meals even when they were seated after us. We paid for our appetizer and soda and left. There was party in the backroom which seemed to be more important. We won't be back.

Food was excellent. I had steak tips which were marinated well and very tender. My wife had stuffed shrimp which she completely enjoyed. Waitress was very attentive.

Lunch on Saturday. Service was slow, 2 waitresses started out fine but a large group came in using the separated backroom. Our waitress disappeared! We waited for refill for water and bottle beer. Hamburger was over cooked and grilled chicken was dry. Sweet potato fries were hard. Very disappointing.

The food was okay. Calamari was obviously frozen, not fresh. Hard to get a feel for the target audience from the decor. Some elements were verging on upscale and other elements were sports bar. Our server was friendly but not very attentive. It was not a bad experience, but not necessarily a memorable experience.

Usually I have a good time when there. The last visit we waited 20 minutes before I went and asked for waitress. Then the food was close to an hr. When it came out it was very good. In fairness it was busy with the wildfire band playing but the feeling of being ignored made this visit unpleasant

I have had four different events at Route One Grill House and I can’t say enough about them! Every single person, (managers, bartenders, wait staff, hosts), I’ve encountered there has been professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with! The food is always spot on and a great value. The atmosphere is so fun and relaxing. It is my go to place.

I had lunch at the bar while I waited for my tire to be fixed at Sullivan’s and was mortified when I found out that I forgot my wallet. The two female bartenders went the extra mile. They allowed me to Venmo, one of them, my bill and tip, and one paid. It’s nice to know that there are some good people in the world. thank you girls for all your help. The Steak tips are delicious and of course the service was incredible. Thank you 😊

Daniela is a self centered person who is trying to hold on to he youth! Was her birthday the other day, n booked a band during BRUINS PLAY OFFS. WHEN a personed asked to put the game on before the band started she said NO! I HIRED A BAND FIR MY BIRTHDAY.... I ASKED THE MGR PLEASE DIR PUT IT ON BEFORE THE BAND N HE AGREED. She then decided to cut people off from there tab n said they had to much to drink. BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO HEAR THE BRUINS. I'm sorry but I don't know about you,, Not one person has that hold over me. . Felicia n Mike are other bartenders that work there and are AMAZING. ASK FOR THEM. I HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS. CUSTOMER IS ALEAYS CORRECT...... NOT ACCORDING TO DANIELLE OR HOW EVER YOU SPELL IT

The food and atmosphere were spot on. Would highly recommend a new spot. Will be returning

What a great find! We were literally driving by, saw the sign and decided to stop it. Excellent decision! The Chicken Ziti Broccoli was the best I have ever tasted.

In summary: Interior is great Server was fantastic Martinis were unimpressive, for sure not shaken over ice Fries were lukewarm at best Pretty certain the chicken on the tacos was from frozen chicken breast Burger was fine I think they could do better, and if they do, they'll pack 'em in

I ordered out- had everything delivered by Uber. The cheese steak egg roll- nasty 2. The kids ribs and Fries, the ribs were good the fries, nasty. 3. Parmesan wings, tasty. 4. Flatbread pizza- not so good and the steak tip sandwich on a scale of 1-10, 3!

First time there, and we stopped on whim. Sat at the bar. Bartenders took great care of us. Drinks, food, and service was very accurate, fast and tasty, and not too expensive! Will be going back.

Been here a few times before , food is fine at best, but we did enjoy the atmosphere, and service so I booked, in person, 2 weeks prior, a small 20 people party and reserved the "function area" which we had done previously. When time of event came, we were bumped out for a better prospect, a larger function had taken the room. They never advised me of this change and when we were questioning, we were completely dismissed by the "manager" and blatantly lied to that they have two reservation books (I think not, they are not that busy to require 2 books). Bottom line, I will not tolerate being lied to and, had they called me and advised me earlier, I could have decided if I wanted to continue or go someplace else. They offered no apologies, except to tell me that I should have left a deposit, again, insulting to me, if they told me this was the policy, I absolutely would have (it was BS). Take it for what it is, they lost my business and looks like they need every bit of business they can get - just bad customer service, just not worth being lied to and made to feel like dirt for what you get.

I went there because i couldn't find an awesome brazilian bbq across on route 1. But this is just an average place with average meat. Though if you like bbq, you will be happy

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered steak tips and ribs. Both were cooked perfectly. And the mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon bits were amazing.

Busy night before Thanksgiving with Vinyl Groove. Managed to get in some steak tips that were excellent. Thanks to our incredible waitress who waited through the crowd and get us our drinks and dinner. A fun time.

Very, Very Impressed! Recently reserved their back room for a 40th birthday day diner. We had about 30 people including kids. Everyone was raving about the food.. (steak tips, chicken broccoli & ziti, and sausage peppers & onions for us) Both Jeff and Tony were professional and so nice and easy to work with when planning the night. The waitresses (Tracy & ) were on the ball and very accommodating of the picky kids and our special diet request. Honestly, i cant wait to go back.
