Ordered on the app last night and selected to pick up my order in the store. I get there, park, go to walk in, but the door is locked. No sign or anything. I checked the app and it said my food was ready. I called the store to see if someone could simply bring out my order from the pickup shelf that I could see just beyond the locked door. Surprise...no answer. It just rings forever. I am forced to wait 45 minutes in the drivethru, get to the window and wait another 5 minutes before the guy tries to have me pay for someone else's order. Meanwhile my food is still just sitting on the shelf totally cold. Not only are the employees rude, but they are also clearly incompetent. This is not fast food anymore.

At 12:10 pm on Sunday, the teenage staff had the Taco Bell locked, watched me walk to the door as they sat in the lobby, and then ran off in the kitchen. I don’t know if they are “training”; if not, this could be what stealing from a company looks like…? Management should look into this, or inform customers why their staff is acting this particular way.

Placed an order delivered by Door Dash, no problem with Door Dash! I ordered 14 items, 10 were wrong! Ordered 4 soft tacos with lettuce, all 4 had lettuce, they were for kids. Ordered 2 boxes had burrito and taco, no taco with either box! I spent almost $100 dollars for this. This restaurant is a disgrace! I tried to call, they must screw up so many orders they are afraid to answer the phone! Complained to corporate, no response either! What a shock

I just bought 3 chalupas from this taco bell. just awful. cold and hard. It's the first time I've had chalupas like this. I repeat, horrible. cold and hard

I can't rate the food because I wasn't able to purchase anything. I stood at the register and EVERY employee ignored me. It was just me at the register, so I walked out because they wouldn't even look my way or say we will be right with you.

I went to taco bell today and ordered 3 chicken tacos. They asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes the hottest. They gave me one taco and no sauce and when i took it out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped that it just spilt all over my car.

Solid location. Like most Taco Bells, it's either drive thru or ordering from the kiosks inside, which I actually like. Would like a little more customer service or at least a greeting but can't complain too much!

Every time I have to pick up a GH or DD delivery from the store I completely ignored while waiting. Food is never ready. The picture says everything you need to know, this is how an employee just walked in behind the counter

I stayed away because of all the silly press TB got but I was blown away by that new dipping taco. It's basically Taco Bell Birra. Ate the whole thing and felt great doing it. All sorts of wild cheese dipping sauce for my burrito. I was in foodie heaven.

I have been going here for 3 years now and have had no issues. Food is good and served fast. Kashemma at the drive through window is always friendly and helpful.

RUDENESS. SMH went to go to taco bell to place an order..I told the lady give me a minute to look at the menu and order. Not even a minute later I'm getting told WE HAVE A TIMER FOR ORDERING as if she wants to rush me lol I left but as I seen from the reviews it's a big business problem. I'm paying customer idc if I take 1000 mins ordering don't talk to people like trash cause you had a bad day.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me. I go to the drive thru all the time during the week. The girl who always takes my order is very nice, patient, kind. She repeats my order, making sure it's correct. When I get to the window to pay and pick up my food, she greets me, asking me how I am doing. Then she asks if I want any sauces. As I get ready to go, she always says "Have a nice day." I am very impressed with the customer service at the drive thru!! It makes the rest of your day and you drive away with a smile on your face.

This is the worst Taco Bell location. Like please just shut down. I know times are tough especially with finding help. But common decency put the cravings box items in an actually box don’t individually wrap the items and leave them with others… wrong packaging on all my food items couldn’t tell which is which. Chips are crushed. And just overall attitudes. Like I’m sorry but if you hate working there just leave.

So much better customer then at liberty tree at danvers. These guys were freaking fast and their lobby was open. Only issue I had was I asked for 3 items with no sour cream and 2 had it. No big deal, I will be back for the awesome customer service though, it's worth it to go a little extra coming from Gloucester.

It is a pity that they are always with the wrong system. and never have the drinks running. The worst taco bell in Massachusetts. the place is beautiful and the location but the most lousy service. They need a good experienced manager to make that place shine.

When they are open, they are good. Went Tuesday sat in drive-through for fifteen minutes behind 3 other cars to find out they were closed. At least put a damn sign so people know. Revere Taco bell is the best one to go to.

Love Taco Bell but had my first terrible experience lastnight at this location. There was only one car in front of us yet it took 15 minutes for them to get their order so we were stuck behind them. Then, a couple hours after eating my food I woke up very nauseous and sick. Will not be ordering from this location again. The Baja blast I got also looked and tasted really watered down or something too.

It's fast Mexican food. Nothing to write home about, but good if you're traveling or on a tight schedule. Our food was prepped very quickly and was served hot. The staff was a little surly, but what do you expect at a suburban fast food joint? I tried the Baja blast for the first time and was simultaneously impressed and grossed out. Worth a try!
