    I came through the drive thru, and automatically a gentleman with a monotone voice takes my order, does not sound friendly as well sounding like he doesn’t even want to work there, I order the Whopper meal, plain, medium pop with onion rings instead of fries. I get up to the second window, grab my food and go. I come back a short time later, and when I come back thru, I then am met with hostility, I tell them that I asked for onion ring instead of the fries as well as my whopper not being plain, the onions rings are not fresh, the sandwich was put together terribly, and on top of this, the train is going by, so it’s very hard to hear, I then just pull up to the second window, I am again met with hostility, I ask for a manager, she tells me that she is, I ask for her name, she says “Jonas”. I tell her I am furious and that I will be filing a complaint against her, she tells me “to go ahead”. She is THE rudest person I have ever across in my entire life. I do hope disciplinary action is taken and met. She shouldn’t be allowed to speak to anyone like that, being given a “manager” title, DOESNT give you the right to treat other human beings with straight up disrespect.

    Went to drive thru on weds at 9am. Was greeted with a please wait. Waited 5 minutes and said hello? Was told I was asked to wait a moment, said it had been longer than a moment. She said I'll let you know when ready. Still waited as another car pull in behind me. That car left as it took so long so I backed out and left too. Lazy employees ruining businesses.

    Every time we are at this location, there is vulgar music blaring in the background! The indoor playground is unsanitary! Customer service is non-existent! Employees taking orders always sound annoyed and don't want to be there! Get new management and review your employees tone in their dialogue with customers! I would rather go into St Cloud or Sartell to get Burger King rather than go to this Sauk Rapids location!

    I got my food, nothing wrong with it. But you have employees in the KITCHEN vaping. That is so against health code, there is places for that and especially if your customer are seeing it.

    Service was so slow. Noted 3 employees in the back looking at their cell phones. Meanwhile the employee who was competing our order clocked out and left before finishing it. Store is FILTHY. The front doors are literally sticky. Something was dripping from the ceiling and there was cardboard laying on the floor to prevent slips, but no wet floor signs

    I can't rate the food because after standing at the register for 5 minutes nobody even acknowledged we were there so whatever I will just go to a better place and not waste my time ever again.

    Hours for Saturday says open at 6 AM. Went there at 7 AM. Tried the drive through. No luck. Waited in the parking lot for a bit and watched another vehicle try. No luck. Watched someone try to go inside. No luck. Terrible service.

    This location was open for walk in orders, however, they aren't every day. We've learned that going through the drive thru isn't necessarily a good idea with the train traffic, because you can't hear ANYTHING. This location had great food; red tomatoes, fresh lettuce, crispy fresh fries and polite cashiers.

    I placed an order tonight at the drive thru, and when I got home, I discovered I was missing one of the two sandwiches I ordered. Disappointed, I returned to the store to get my missing sandwich. When I got to the window, the sandwich was handed to me without a word from the attendant. When I asked if there was an apology, she reluctantly gave one. I understand that mistakes happen, but when there is no apology, it solidifies my decision to never return to this restaurant. ADDENDUM- Two days later, I found my missing sandwich on my car floor! I have since gone back to the store with an apology/thank you note to the Burger King team, to apologize for MY mistake. Consequently, my rating has gone from one star to five!

    The inside was absolutely disgusting, everything was dirty and there was fruit flies everywhere. The play area smelled incredibly bad. The employees were rude and not even in uniform. Honestly feel like it should be shutdown I will not be going back.

    I had a terrible experience today at this burger King location. This location is very poor because it sits about 20 yards from a train track. Normally not a big issue last time I was told just to pull up to the window to order because while trains are going by you cannot hear anything from the speaker. Today a train was passing by I decided what I wanted and pulled up to the window. Immediately I was met by worker who with a snotty attitude told me "This is why we have people sit at the speaker until the train stops, so we don't have this problem." I said there is no sign with those directions. Then I got a reply with "What do you want." I replied with "Nothing." And pulled away. I will not be back to this location. I understand customer service is difficult and a lot of customers are terrible. It can be frustrating to be in that position but I was in customer service for 20 years and this would not be acceptable behavior to display to a customer.

    We ordered two regular Whoppers and two impossible Whoppers. They came in the same exact wrappings no markings nothing to tell them apart. One of the regular Whoppers was black around the edges completely. They were all thrown together quickly the only thing that was good was the fries. So I paid $33 for good fries and poorly put together burgers that tasted like garbage. Would not recommend this Burger King.

    There were flies everywhere and couldn't really enjoy any food without becoming a hawk over your meal. Play area was gross and is caked in sticky dirtiness on the bottom, the handle for the door of the play area is broken off and sharp. The food was fine aside from the insects that wanted to dine with me.

    I don't eat at fast food restaurants often, and heres another reason why. I ordered extra onion rings on burgers, got charged extra. checked the sandwiches 1 ring on each sandwich. Will not come back here. I worked at a bk 10 years ago. That wouldn't happen if corporate was there would it? Silly. They should honestly close this location and open something else so at least we know the crew is trained.

    Tried to use mobile app. Applied coupon for signing up for rewards. Got an error code stating they were having problems. At the window clerk wouldn't honor the coupon saying they needed a code. When I tried to explain the error she went and got what I believe was the manager. She refused to honor it as well stating it wasn't their problem. Ridiculous Who's problem is it then. Apparently mine. I'll go to McDonald's next time and use my rewards.

    Manager was yelling at the staff the whole time I was there. The floor was slippery like it had a greasy film on it. There is a black streak on the sidewalk outside the door. Presumably, from the great on peoples feet as they leave. I don't think I will be back any time soon.

    I came through the drive through around 7:30pm. I overheard while taking my order ppl groaning in the background. Our order taker seemed annoyed to be taking our order. He sped through it & cut us off before we finished speaking. Once we arrived at the window which remained opened we overhead the order taker say -“ it’s 7:30 go home & cook for yourselves.” This order taker also was aggressive at the window. With attitude he told us our total & slammed the window. Our food was fine. Our order was correct but the amount of disrespect & lack of hospitality speaks volumes. Very disappointed in the service I was given today.

    It’s been a long time coming, but I finally have to say it… every time I have ever been here over many years, they either screw up the order (more than half the time), require me to park and wait (more than half the time), or the food is bad (not fresh, cold, etc.) And not that my expectations for fast food employees is very high, but it’s extraordinarily bad here.

    It's fast food, but in my opinion better than Taco Bell and McDonald's. Who are we kidding here with this review we all know that fast food isn't meant to be anything other than fast. You're better off stopping to support a locally owned restaurant, your body will thank you.

    Service was beyond terrible. Didn't get our full order after we went through the drive through; had to go inside to get the rest. The shakes that we had gotten were covered with ice cream on the outside. I am now reminded why I haven't been to Burger King in a while: the service is always awful and the food is mid.

    I love their breakfast croissants. However, I don't like pork. It would be great if they offered just an egg and cheese croissant without having to pay for something that I can't have. Their fries are so much crisper than McDons.

    Got the spicy chic-king sandwhich which was great. Maybe a little too saucy but it was good. We also got 3 chicken nugget packs instead of the 2 we ordered which we didn’t see till we already left. Overall pleased with this visit

    Probably the oldest, coldest and Soggy fries I've ever had at a Burger King. Mozzarella sticks were over fried and cold all the mozzarella had been fried out of the batter. They forgot my sauces for my chicken nuggets. The Nuggets were okay, the only Good thing I got. I might wait a year or two before going back to this Burger King if it's still open.

    Would rather give 0 star's. Person working drive thru this morning gave glares like I was putting her out. She was curt & didn't seem to want to be there. I usually get really good service here. I understand it is Black Friday but I worked in the food industry for 40+ years & this is how you loose customers.

    I frequent this location and tend to have a bit more specific of an order than most. Sometimes they get it right, and at times - they mess it up. That stated - my first job was at a Burger King, so I definitely try to be understanding when my order is off. I recently had an experience where I was served by a young lady and a gentleman who had pink-dyed hair, if I recall correctly. Although during my first ride through the drive-thru I received and incorrect order - both made certain that it was corrected and even refunded the order without request. I have to admit the fries I received the first time through were under-cooked (didn't state it, didn't want to make an issue out of it because the burgers were wrong), but the corrected order and subsequent re-frying were all spot on! Thanks for being understanding, willing to correct an incorrect order, and simply for your service to those who want to have it their own way!

    It is one of the cheapest places to get a fast lunch. Good service and food is consistent. Plus they have some cheap options if you don't want a combo meal.

    the only good thing about this location is the fast service. i got a medium onion ring, but the cup was only filled up halfway like it was a small & they were SO salty! like someone dumped the whole thing of salt on them. and as i was trying to speak to the girl at the window, she closed the window….. in the middle of me asking for some sauces. it’s not like she didn’t hear me, she was looking directly at me. very sloppy impossible whopper as well, way too much ketchup and mustard on it.
