The server running the drive through was rude af, then they messed up have my order and burnt it, plus they made me wait over 10 minutes for biscuits I never even got. I tell ya Hwhat the colonel would be very disappointed

When shopping in Sault St Marie Michigan we head to KFC for lunch. We discovered their chicken pot pie. This is not available in Canada. It has a light crust filled with chunks of chicken, vegetables and gravy. It is a good size to be a complete lunch. Nice to have something that is not deep fried! This locations is always very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was dirty food on the table on the floor the food was very greasy wasn't cook all the way chicken was pink In the middle the service was horrible waited 20 minutes for my food then they trying to me to buy something else I don't recommend this place to no one unless they like grease foods and dirty service Oh they don't wear food gloves or wear uniforms no hair nets picking their nose then handling the food to serve to customers I already call the food health inspector and they are going to see kcf themselves and hopefully shut this kcf down in Sault STE Marie Michigan no one deserves to eat people hairs or see their food contaminated food poison

The food was so good I love there biscuits just everything is really good I have no bad new about them at all there good workers that works really hard the gravy is really good to

Not normally a fan but Roberta made me one! She’s a delight and made our meal a bit better (and it was pretty darn good to begin with!) just by being an awesome presence. Will definitely eat here again!

Service was very quick and facility was very clean at the time of my visit. Absolutely love their Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich as it tastes amazing and looks surprisingly accurate to the photos, especially for a fast food restaurant. 10/10 would go again.

Hadn't been to KFC in a long time - will go back - great food

Food was good. Ordered 8 PC meal and asked for all thighs. (Customer in front wanted all drumsticks and no thighs) cashier said sure. When she saw I had a coupon she said sorry, if I was using a coupon I could not now have thighs.

For a kfc is was great. The food was hotel and fresh but the service was fantastic. Cashier/Server, whatever they call her, was cheerful, bright and very smiley.

It's horribly overpriced! My chicken strips must have been under a heat lamp for hours, absolutely disgusting. I was really irritated when at the window I asked to try there new Buffalo ranch sauce and the lady says "that's an extra 52 cents." Seriously I just spent over 40 dollars and your worried about one dipping sauce. Give me a break. Never going back

It had been years since I last ate at KFC and I don't think I'll be going back. The food they gave me was fine, I would have preferred to have gotten what I ordered, as that's what I paid for.

Well we decided to give KFC a try. To say they are short staffed is an under statement. That being said you choose your own attitude. I hope they can hire people soon.

Very pleasant young lady taking orders. However, didn't get my mac & cheese.

It's good to know all customers aren't treated equally cause my experience was far from great. Half the order missing and the other half was wrong.
