Horrible customer service, the short lady blond hair a little chunky is so rude to potential customers, my wife and I were going to have a coffee and a bite to eat,I sat down just to tie my shoe and she came out yelling like I'm a child or a teenager. I'm in my 70s and treated like this don't come here. Horrible

This was our last stop on a 1500-mile Lake Superior circle tour, during which we sampled many coffee shops in different states and provinces. Out of all of those places, our barista Jordan at Superior Cafe was by far the most friendly. She possesses a real gift, and her charisma totally made our day, as well as that of all of the customers we saw her talk to today. Thank you!

The manager is extremely vulgar and was casually using the f word in front of customers and people outside the cafe. They also seem to hate cameras and travel videos so make sure you don’t take any photos of yourself in or around the cafe otherwise expect to be berated.

My favorite coffee shop in the Soo! Excellent menu selection with seasonal drink specials. Amazing bagel sandwiches and fresh pastries. Got my son a chocolate milk and the barista made it extra special by adding whipped cream and sprinkles. Customer service is always friendly and pleasant. Love relaxing on the comfy leather chairs, drinking my latte, and watching cars drive by.

The over weight female with tattoos & hat on backwards is extremely arrogant and rude! I'd be ashamed of that kind of attitude representing the store. Very unprofessional and not good business. She does not get to tell people in public what to do or how to do it. Acting crazy over a man with a video camera. Gezz!

A definite 4-Star rating for this coffee house. Large assortment of Coffee, Latte, Cappuccino, smoothie options to choose from. My wife was in a mood for a nice Coffee whipped with a little ice cream and ice all day and we stopped here just before leaving Sault Ste Marie. She got her coffee and I got a smoothie. They had about 5-6 different smoothie but said they would make a custom one for me when I didn’t see exactly what I wanted. It was great ! Got 4 Chocolate Mocha Truffles as well … they were so rich tasting we could only handle 1 each right then. Place really has a nice atmosphere inside as well with little table, couches, cushy chairs, etc for sitting at by the window as you enjoy your treat.

Quickly became my favorite place on vacation. Blueberry Matcha was excellent, didn't have to try anything else, it was perfect! I got it daily and even picked some up for the morning drive to our next destination! Great staff and patrons, seriously would be my work office if I lived there!

This place has such a cozy atmosphere it makes me want to stay longer than I can. I'm a just black but my lady enjoys the other coffee varieties. I get their beans and ground in the store all the time about a bag a month through the winter. I really enjoyed the creme brule flavoured roast.

Superior Cafe says it all in the name. Superior service, superior coffee, superior atmosphere. Their vanilla Chai latte dirty is my absolute favorite, but they have so many other drink choices it's hard to make up my mind. If you haven't been there yet, it's time to go.

Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this is the place to go! Friendly atmosphere, amazing service! The beverages and food are to die for! The staff that works the earlier morning shifts are my life savers. It’s always a great experience when Jordan’s working. It’s lively and comical! Without a doubt, this is the Cheers of coffee shops!

Lovely little cafe with great coffee and pastries. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s not always easy picking a specialty coffee, they were very helpful and even customized to our liking. Would definitely go back.

We didn't get food here but had some coffee. We had the white chocolate mocha frappe and mocha frappe. Both were really good, almost quality coffee's. The only downside was the amount of ice chunks I had in mine, and with the little straws, it made it hard to drink. Inside was cozy and the staff was very friendly.

Cute, classic coffee shop. Espresso was good. Food menu looks great— I only tried a pastry and it was delicious. Staff is kind and friendly. Also, prices are so reasonable. This is the best spot for coffee in town.

Had pastie was not very warm and a tablespoon of gravy, husband order us sweet tea had only enough for one, so waited another 10 min for them to make me a different tea. NOT your regular cafe.

What a great place to get an amazing cup of Joe. Staff super friendly, esp Jordan and the crew that worked Saturday May 27th. Thankfully my family are regulars here, so I'll def be back next time I'm in town. Keep up the great work!!

Never been here before, even though we get to the Soo fairly often. Were a little bit confused about the menu but the staff was so helpful in explaining what they offered that we got something quite tasty. Coffee was great too. We'll be back.
