Just visited this place and instantly regretter. We were cheated here. We ordered cappuccino and one health freak salad. I chose health freak salad since it had lettuce, broccoli and some fruits along with grilled vegetables in an orange dressing. What I got was super soggy tofu with cabbage and bell peppers. When asked for lettuce and broccoli, no broccoli and wilted lettuce was added to my salad. It tasted bitter. No orange dressing was added, not even lemon. The taste was bad. Coming to penne arabiatta, it has to be the worst pasta of my life. I have been to several vegan cafes and nothing comes close to this messed up pasta. Worst part is they overcharged us. In menu, salad is for 150₹ they charged us 200₹. Pasta is 270₹ and they charged us 320₹. Prices were checked in menu as well as in zomato app, we were in a hurry and I accept it us my mistake to have double checked. Somewhere in my mind , i was thinking they are already doing a good task by promoting veganism, didnt know they cheat customers too. Already the prices are high and on top of that they overcharge by cheating. This was an extremely disappointing experience for us. While we love Shirdi food but this in particular just turned our experience sour. Never visiting again. Please dont cheat your customers like this.

It is one of those rare finds which I had not expected in Shirdi. I had a very different kind of expectation for the kind of eating places I would encounter. But one evening, on looking up alternate options (as we only having Indian food during the road trip so far), we came across this place. Vegetarian I would expect in Shirdi - but vegan I did not. On landing up there, the only person manning the place - Sachin Golwad - was fantastic. He described all the menu items with passion, talked proudly (and yet humbly) about the way he would make each one of the items (yes - everything is made in-house - including their vegan ice creams!!). And right at the outset, he had mentioned that the items ordered would take some time to get prepared - as they are all made fresh. And boy - was he right! What a pleasure it was to have a simple-sounding tomato soup - where the tomatoes were got whole, chopped and made into a soup AFTER the order is placed! The difference in the freshness was so palpable - it blew us away. All the items we ordered were great. Would love to go back to Shirdi to visit the samadhi of the great saint, and to have many meals at this tucked-away place.

Ahimsa the Vegancafe was awesome place for vegan people. Their Ahimsa special salad in Tahini dressing was very good ! Very hospitable staff and a cosy atmosphere.

Veg pizza, Soya chap sub and black forest cake were superb, premium quality and a must try unique vegan cafe in shiridi.

We had an exceptionally delightful Vegan lunch at Ahimsa ! Fantastic pizza and tofu salad ...did not miss the cheese at all .The chef is truly a master chef ! World class.

This place is the best in the whole shirdi. The food is amazing, mouth watering dishes ranging from burgers to pizzas to pastas. Every dish on the menu is freshly prepared infront of you. The hygiene is top notch. You need to taste the food to believe how good it is. The vegan culture is emerging in India at a very good pace and they have made justice to this culture without compromising the taste of the food. Have their burgers, you will forget Mc Donald's, burger king, Carl's Jr. Have their Pizzas you'll forget Pizza hut, dominoes. The staff is courteous and the head chef who is by the way a South African is a beauty by heart. He is very friendly and his menu is fabulous. If you're in Shirdi you must visit this place. Moreover the cost of the food is not at all expensive. I would say it is rather cheap and as per Shirdi standards. Thanks Regards

Hein, you are extraordinary. I loved his cooking, commitment towards vegan dishes. He asks for the feedback and try for betterment of the dish. I love this place and every time i visit shirdi, this will be my food stop. Vegan Ice creams are really extraordinary. I am in love with them.

Certainly not as much as the hype..I went here today just to visit the cafe..No doubt the food is good..but not excellent. The cafe is a part of larger hotel.. It is better than CCD,though.

The perfection and delightfullness is what i could find in every dish and especially which is prepared by Hein- a wonderful cook and a person.

Amazing food quality, lavish menu, most important very friendly and dedicated staff namely , Amit, Hemant , Krishna … also to mention , as requested they provided us with oil free less oil food . Felt like home .

A few days ago, my wife and I went to Shirdi for Sai Darshan, we wanted to try something new, so we visited some hotels but were not satisfied, then we visited Ahimsa Cafe, there we met Sudhir Chef and he was very nice. Made delicious food, which we have never tasted before, we will come again and come with the whole family Sudhir..

This restaurant is part of Jivanta Hotel. Our hotel welcome and lunch was here. Neat, fresh and tasty food is the way to describe this restaurant. The pastries were fresh and tasty, considering the fact that my little one is very choose about food and he enjoyed it, our believe in the taste was reinforced. For lunch we ordered aloo methi, dal fry, mushroom curry and rice along with rumali roti and butter roti. The aloo methi was a dry dish and was very good. Mushroom curry was medium spicy and loaded with mushrooms. Dal fry was bit spicy for kids but taste wise excellent. Quantity was sufficient and staff were very helpful. Tip: Order in advance cause as per management, all food are prepared from scratch and will take time. However our dishes were delivered pretty quickly. For journey if you are planning to pack food, then they do not do that. Checked this at the counter. The open at 7:30 in the morning. Will recommend at least one meal here for the taste

I visited the vegan cafe again, this time it was better than before, I met chef Sudhir, I really didn't see any change in chef Sudhir, Sudhir is very friendly, and I tried coconut mozzarella cheese for the first time in my life. I tasted 4 types of cheese, I have never tasted anything like this anywhere, it was really a great experience

It is a very good place to eat in Shirdi. Have lots of vegetarian options and the staff is polite too. The person Anil at the restaurant did a wonderful job in serving us at all the times. He took care of all the minute details that we expected for our food. Hats off to him. Kudos to Anil, he is a gem of a person. Thank you for the services.

Food was good however service need improvement. Everyone had one excuse that Restaurant is under renovation and hence...... Had to call Chef and he was prompt enough to accomodate. Kudos to him.

The clear vegetables soup is tasteless. Have to call a few time to get someone to give us a menu to order our drinks, even though the restaurant is pretty empty. Ask for pineapple juice without sugar. Received one tasted with pineapple puree. Don't felt that the manager is interested in service.

Good food with nice ambience. Very different food than what one usually sees in Shirdi. Mushroom soup, black bean burger, pasta and ice cream - each and every item was tasty.
