Very bad experience. Hotel require a lot of repairs. Very old construction. Lift is not working. Hotel doesn't even provide dental kit, electric kettle. Worst breakfast at 392 per person. When we cancelled the breakfast, they are trying to harass me by saying that I can't cancel it. Unacceptable behaviour.

Excellent location. Just opp to Mandir. Rooms are good. But washroom is not good. Fittings in bathroom and toilet are to be maintained properly. Though rooms are good, bathroom and toilet fixtures are not good. If maintained properly, this is the best hotel with affordable price. Restaurant is good.

This is one of the better hotels to stay at Shirdi. A very iconic hotel and it's very close to the temple. The rooms were good. Still one can hope for some modern amenities but it's a very good hotel to stay. There is a lot of parking space for private vehicles. The hotel is easy to reach as it is on the main road.

We spent 9 nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. tThe location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city.As for the room, even though being small but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip.However,this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

First if all I thank this Hotel to give us room on a Saturday, when no hotel (with good reviews) has any room. We were offered a non-AC room @ approx 3400. Hotel is good, have restaurant facility. Location is best, Temple is walkable. Lot of good eateries nearby. So you will enjoy. But, Room was not good. Being a Non-AC room, no ventilation. Even outside temperature was better than that of room. The bedding was so so. Room service not good, huge delay. On top of that, while checking out they asked if we liked the stay. When I told them I did not liked, they simply said you paid 3400 and you got this room. I told this room is not worth this amount, they simply said OK. Means they are not bothered if customers are satisfied or not. And they don't need any feedback at all. *Can't review the AC room

Nice hotel and clean rooms. Good place to stay. Kind staff and helped us. Housekeeping and stay also nice. Ali helped a lot for through out our stay. It is opposite to temple.

It's a very good hotel. Started in 1981 n inaugurated by film star Rajendra Kumar. Every type of room is here. The staff is very supportive. The restaurant of the hotel serves pure Jain food. The main attraction is that the hotel is in front of the mandir entrance. I recommend staying here once .

We have been staying at this Hotel whenever we visit Shirdi. Very polite and courteous Staff. Seam less check in.. Good and tasty food. Distance to Temple is very near. Overall comfortable stay. Highly recommended for stay.

Excellent location. That's it. Stingy service. At least 500 rs difference between 2 person and 3 person exec ac room. Yet they had issues giving one more tea bag for the third person in the room! Room was adequate otherwise. Food is good, but service is very slow. Try a la carte. Management should focus on providing a good experience. Money will come.

Hotel is reasonably good . The best advantage of it his hotel is it is exactly in front of Sai mandir. Keep your shoe , mobile everything in hotel and you can walk. The surrounding area is full of hotels and food joints. Room wise it is probably not value for money. Children playing zone a very small one and gym is there. Staff are well behaved

Our family has stayed at the hotel twice in Dec 22 and Aug23 and both the times we have had very good service from the hotel staff. The rooms are clean and neat. They have an excellent vegetarian restaurant and decently priced. Would recommend.

The location is great. Rooms are fine. But compared to others they were clean. Only thing is the cooling and the position of the fans is not that great, hence people sleeping on the ends do not get the cooling. AC cooling is also not that great. Breakfast options are there, but not that great in taste. Masala tea is very good.

Located on the opposite lane of The Samadhi Temple and special entry gate. Clean rooms and very nice restaurant. The room service was also fast. There is ample parking space and additional drivers resting room. Overall a good place of stay for devotees.

In front of Shirdi Mandir the best location to stay as you will rach the gate no 1 by walking in 2 mins. Washroom has water logging issue else all is ok. Free parking available for cars, travellers for people staying in the hotel. Inhouse restaurant also offers good food.

Overall experience was okish. Only thing that can be better is beds, blanket and bedsheets. Very old and smells weirdly. Bathroom could have been better. Room service and food at restaurant is not that great. Good thing was proximity to temple and very friendly staff.

Hotel stay was fantastic. Staff was supportive. Room was clean. Only and the most important problem was the room food service. We ordered Tea from the in-house restaurant. It was pathetic. Thermos wasn't washed for weeks I guess. It smelled pathetic. They charged us even after complaining for the same. Once a popular restaurant now seems quite pathetic. I am suffered from diarrhoea after having just one sip of the tea. Ultimately we threw it away.

I have always stayed with this hotel and every time the experience has been amazing! My only concern was the check in time being 2pm as I had booked through MMT which I feel is quite late and can be shifted to slightly earlier. I had to leave early from my destination due to the heavy rains and therefore reached earlier than my check in time and ended up paying extra!

Rooms are ok as per 3star standard. But towels are hard n brush n toothbrush we not given. Rest is good fair for 1-2 days . Location is best selling point of this hotel. No kettle there for self tea making . I'll recommend it for stay.

The ambience is too good. I had a pleasant stay with this hotel. The food was great and the staff is very friendly. Besides the perfect location, just opposite Gate No 1 of the temple, the staff at the reception and other locations is very cooperative and helpful. The passenger lift needs upgradation though the staff immediately help in any glitches inherent in a lift of this type where the collapsible door is required to be properly closed at each exit.. Will recommend to my friends….

Very nice hotel, opposite to gate no-6 where the paid online darshan entry happens. Excellent room service and very good vegetarian food from the in-house restaurant MADHUBAN. Highly recommended.

Terrible service and management (A little insight into my experience)- We booked two room for one night. Check in well and above a little later so they had more than enough time to check everything. 41 degrees outside, so I decide to take a shower. 1st room, the handles do not exist for the shower. Broken. 2nd room, no water outlet had cold water. We called service and they came in 15 minutes later, couldn't fix it. We had to keep calling 5-6 times and they'd just look at everything and go away. I sat in the steamy hot mess of the bathroom for about 45 minutes before I could acquired two water buckets of the temperature to not hurt human skin. Definitely the worst part of my trip. Management needs so much attention and so does feedback. I'd recommend looking towards other hotels.

Went there with my wife and 4 year old kid . Walked in on a Saturday afternoon but got the booking .. Location is brilliant, right in front of the temple . Enough parking space , staff is friendly and cordial , eager to assist . Tarrif is economic and Rooms are decent . They have both AC and non AC options . Dormitory for drivers as well .

Worst hotel in Shirdi, got fooled 😵 by the reviews and booked an AC room but AC was not working inspite of repeated requests to check on. Maintenance staff were not able to resolve the issue and had to sleep in a hot 🥵 oven like room. All customers are being sold breakfast products when trying to check in, glad we rejected it at that expensive cost of 392 / head... They were offering the same spread for dinner at 600 / head which is expensive again. Only solace is the location close to the temple & walkable to the gate. Cleanliness is bad and they need to maintain neatness.

Had a great stay @ Hotel Sai Baba International. Staff is very cooperative and attentive. Quite good options are available at breakfast (pure vegetarian). Also hotel is very closed to gate number 1 (approx. 200 meter away). Only thing is that some basic appliances like hair drier etc. is not available in the room. Overall stay was quite good and would like to recommend this hotel to stay.

It's a good hotel in Shirdi for a stay. The Madhuban restaurant offers very good quality and tasty food. The front staff were discourteous and arrogant and even if you are late by 30 minutes in checking out due to delay in darshan at the temple, they will charge you by the hour. But what I did not like was the way they demean you in front of other customers when you say that you were held up and request their consideration of a waiver. But for this, i will rate them a minimum of 4 stars or even a 5.

Amazing stay. Courteous staff and clean and Hygienic rooms. Sandeep from room service is an amazing person. Best place to stay with the family and it’s bang outside the temple.

Nice clean rooms. Well maintained hotel. Excellent and very supportive staff. Madhuban restaurant is one of the best place to eat in this hotel. Vrushali had been very helpful and had taken care off even small things to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

Very close to the temple infact bang opposite to Gate no.1. Limited food options in the hotel but lot of options to eat just outside the hotel. Bathrooms seems like to be refurbished recently so look neat and tidy, but the rooms need some renovation and probably needs a change in bedsheets and curtains as they look quite worn out

I recently stay at Sai International hotel and unfortunately didn't had a great experience with the hotel manager. My family and I were exhausted from our travels and were looking forward to a comfortable stay at the hotel. However, when we approached the manager ( Vinit ) to ask for assistance with our room, we were met with non-cooperation and rudeness. The manager even went as far as suggesting we look for another hotel if they are giving better deal which left us feeling frustrated and stranded as we had no other options. We understand that running a hotel can be challenging, but we expected the manager to be more accommodating. A month before I was here with my brother in-law and they charged us extra for early check-in however, the duty manager ( at that time) was kind enough to offer us discount on our next visit. However, Vinit denied the fact that there is no such discount will be offered. I hope that the hotel takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy, especially when they are in need of assistance.
