The behavior of receptionist is not that good. They don't even give bills 🙄 do take a bill whenever the next time you visit this place !

Good for people those who like to stay in the room peacefully without any disturbance. It is almost at the end of Shirdi and nearest from Gate number 2. Walkable or 50 Rs. by special rickshaw or Rs. 20 for couple by sharing. They renovated it and looks new one. Rooms are also clean and does have all bathroom fittings clean. Linen was washed properly. Toiletries were povided in a nice packet of OYO first day. But was told to be finished on the next day re-check-in.

Best pet-friendly hotel in Shirdi. Value for money. Just 10 minutes walk from the temple. The breakfast so tasty and the staff always attentive. I would strongly recommend staying here. It is also safe for single women travellers since Kajal and Sharat take care of the guests like family

Hotel stay was excellent.perfect stay for family's. Hotel management and staff are helpful and polite. Hospitality at its best. Transport management of the hotel team arranged transport at very reasonable price and addressed every adhoc request. Best part of the hotel is food. Quality and quantity is best. It’s Budget 2star hotel, located at end of a road. Service is not that great, only 2 staff one will be at reception and other will do room service, Lift is old type, most of time is it’s gate is not properly locked, lift will be not working. They allow pets in rooms which is not displayed at website neither at hotel entrance; who is a matter of concern. On top of it owner herself has pet which moves freely in small Restaurant and one can find dog hairs everywhere in restaurant as well as passage; Not Acceptable to everyone.

I stayed over there for a day . - The room was clean and well maintained. - It is Hardly 15 minutes away from Temple. - Food was Okay Okay . - Hotel is having Lift facility . Good for oldies . - The Owner is Basically Gujarati. - The Staff was good in service. - You can park your vehicle over there . - You can also get auto for Temple. - Parking Facilities available for car and small bus also . - So many Food options available, nearby Hotel ..... Hope you got My Point .

The location was quite and peaceful. The lunch was delicious and the rooms seemed quite clean on the surface. The walls and tiles in the room and also the bathroom were squeaky clean. On close inspection we realized the bedsheets were not clean. They had half washed liquid stains. The hot water kettle in the room had milk in it and hadn't been cleaned at all after the last customer left. The bathroom and toilet faucets and facilities were extremely dirty. Also there was no hot water at all in the day we checked in. The windows were odd shaped and were not adequately covered by curtains. You'll see in the photo we got one bedsheet hung up so we can have our privacy. For over 2 hours we kept following up on the hit water issue and got no resolution. Later we were not even provided additional towels we had asked for in the night. When confronted the next day, the staff pointed fingers at each other and it seemed they do this ownership shrugging regularly. Pretty unprofessional attitude to say the least. The breakfast was too simple with just idli, paratha, white bread and old jam that had dried and hardened in the fridge. Again, pretty horrible sight to see old jam in a bowl. We got boiling hot water in the morning. The rooms were not sound proofed well. All the door banging and elevator noise kept coming through the door all through the night. The ac worked well and the blankets were warm. There is parking space for about 5-6 cars with atleast one camera pointed at that area. No matter how economical the pricing may be, it's not worth your hard earned money. The facilities and attitudes are deficient across the board. The staff does not really care.

The rooms and bathroom were clean. Hospitality was good. Food was good and was made as per our needs. The receptionist were polite and always ready to help. Overall a pleasant stay. No complains. Would Definitely recommend for family and friends.

Its our second home since many years. Very pleasant stay every time. Amazing service by each and every staff. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. The hotel Sai srushti offers very good quality and tasty food. if you are late by 30 minutes in checking out due to delay in darshan at the temple, they will not charge you by the hour. Keep it up.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and the service was prompt. The rooms were very clean. Also, if you are a dog lover, there are 2 cutest dogs Tuffy and Julie. They are very friendly and adorable!!

Good place to consider when in shirdi, there rooms are clean & tidy. Home cooked food is served here. We liked their parathas and poha which they served for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very average. The cleanliness of bathrooms were not good. No wardrobes to hang clothes. There was no hot water in the tap. Overall a bad experience for us.

Hii We stayed at this hotel for 2 night. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The staff members humble and honest. They provided tasty breakfast. They provided good food also as per our individual requirement. The location of the hotel is also good and convenient. Totally well good hotel to stay with family. We are so happy.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and the food was exactly like home cooked meal. As a bengali, there is an added advantage as you find a home away from home in this hotel. The rooms are pretty decent and most importantly clean bathrooms. Very comfortable stay and will come back here definitely.

This property is damn clean. Super courteous staff ; who treat you as family and always helped what we needed before our ask. Yummy hygienic breakfast. Huge parking space. You can go for night walks after dinner. Nearby (1 km ) to Sai Temple. You may feel it is far but a short walk worth it. I would highly recommend this property to everyone landing here at Shirdi. Guess what we extended our checkout just to relax and enjoy the vibe with the locals. For dinner and lunch you can either order food at the hotel or else explore the local foods.

I had a very bad experience with the owner of the hotel she was very rude greedy for money and even she behaved very bad with my son she said I will slap you the reason was we booked the room for 2 persons online and done the payment also got the confirmation too. After reaching hotel the owner was asking for extra money and we refused for the same than shown them all the details of my booking and also telephone call records still she was not agreeing... It was a horrible experience I came to shirdi for seeking blessings of baba but this women messed up every thing I would never suggest any one to stay over their even will never recommend in future.

Excellent hospitality by the owners😍. Room was spic n span👌, bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was yummmm🤤.. Chai/Coffee too was awesome👍. Not to forget, arrangements for driver too was very good. Overall very very very good experience😃. Surely will visit again n recommend to friends and relatives. Good memories 💕

Tasty veg food. Hospitality by owner and staff was good. Room were nice and clean. AC was not working but it didn't affected as it is winter.Nice Nd peaceful place. It took Rs 50 by private autorickshaw from hotel to Gate no2 of temple.

Worst among the ones I stayed, owner cheats for money without any necessary items given and a big fraud, better avoid staying at this place if you are to have any peace in staying. I kindly suggest oyo to look after this

Hotel is 1.5km away from main temple. Staff and owners are very courteous and friendly with guests. Rooms are decent for the price.

Change in management has changed the outlook of the Hotel.... Great Stay and great value for money.... Really enjoyed my stay and food....Paneer Chingari is a MUST try....Will recommend every one reading this to tray out a stay at this hotel.

We reached hotel by 4:30 am from Mumbai train, we already mentioned that our checkout will be on the same day, we were just two members & we checked out at 8:30 am itself on the same day they have charged 1500/- for just 4hrs . There was an water leakage from AC towards the bed, no hot water to take bath. Also for the breakfast they have charged 300 for two person, that too food was not good at all. Better to eat near the temple, Waste of money totally. For just 4hrs. No WiFi, no complementary breakfast this would be available in all the basic hotels though.

Very close to temple, hardly 10mins walk so super convenient. Hotel is recently renovated and very well maintained. The Staff is very cooperative and allways available for assistance. We spoke with Ms Kajal Doshi and she was very cooperative right from our booking till checkout. PET FRIENDLY!!! YESSSSS We had booked 3rooms for 3families and all were travelling with Furry Friends(golden retrievers) even they enjoyed stay and special meals were also arranged for our pets during stay. Would definately recommend for all travellers and especially pet parents.

Thank you for the excellent stay Sarath, Kajal & Smita. We checked in late night at 11pm due to traffic along with our entire family, drivers & 2 indie dogs. Sarath & team had kept all our rooms ready & even arranged tasty dinner at late hour. Breakfast was also sumptuous and timely even though hotel was full. They treated us & our dogs like family. Their dog Tuffy is adorable too. Highly recommended as a pet friendly and customer friendly stay.

Room was nice but no proper ventilation,food i ordered was not that good ,cost of food also high. Service was not upto mark. Only 1 socket for charging Prices are bit high comparatively with the kind of delay in responses. Its just come ,dont expect much

Worst service ever I have seen in my life. There was no attendant at the reception. Rooms are very dirty not hygienic at all. So many mosquitoes are roaming inside the room. No WiFi no tv connections are available. We were promised complementary breakfast but to our shock we were served road side idlis ????? I have never seen such unprofessional services in my life? People were slipping at the reception area till late morning???? I strongly demand refund of the entire amount and I will never recommend anyone to do the bookings through OYO not recommended at all.
