Local language, no maintenance, no proper service,Cleanliness is a big issue here. The staff are least bothered to clean a table once someone leaves, even if they do, they don't do a neat job at all,

Prompt service,nice ambiance and hassle free system for order. Only limited four wheeler parking is an issue.

The outlet is very spacious. Service is good. They have a small birthday party place as well. Parking is a bit limited.

My pick up token no was 142 dated - 17/3/23, Place is good, staffs are well mannered but un skill served raw chicken nuggets and also burgers were asked not to put any vegetables but they didn't do it. It was not accepted from a multinational food joined like McDonalds.

Pathetic Service. Poorest of poor. Most of the beverages not available. Beverages in Combo are charged extra (as combo beverage are not available - No supply, machine gone bad, etc. etc.) but if you pressurise -- it is complimentary. Serving staff has no idea of the food being served. You ask a question -- they will wait -- let me check with Manager. Ask for Tissue paper -- Sir, I will get it -- they will never come back. Table are not cleaned though the serving staff is standing. Chairs are not clean - you have to clean your self with tissue paper or HK to clean (which they may not clean). Ordering machine has issues -- machine kept open -- risk hazard for kids. Atmosphere -- is not so great -- Though the interiors are nicely done but felt really dissatisfied when visit in the hot summer - 2nd June, 2023 with family.

This is a McDonald's outlet that's just 5 minutes away from the Shirdi temple. We visited there on a Friday night but it wasn't very crowded. The outlet was big with ample seating space. You can order at the counter or make your order at the digital kiosk, which also allows you to club offers from the app. Food: We tried 2x cold coffee and a berry cooler. Both items were good and were served quickly. Staff: The staff is courteous and extremely helpful in making your order or recommending items. Pro Tip: Use the McDonald's app to redeem amazing offers. The cold coffee costs Rs. 159, but we got two for the price of one.

not crowdy on weekends, As we're vegeratians, we love McDonalds India as we have lot of vegetarian options. We had McVeggie Burger and Maharaja Veg burger. The Maharaja Burger was huge and was quite a mouthful for the kids. A bit on the spicy side, though. Good place to visit with family, friends, and off-coure with ur Partner loved one's.... 😊, there is good ppace to celebrate birthday parties 🎉 aside ... next door inside McDonald's 😉 about staff, they are good so please do a visit and make ur day enjoyable

This is one of the best places to enjoy western food with family at Shirdi. Ambience was cool according to every McDonald's as there is a unique theme across all over. Service was quite faster, very lower time to wait. Kids always enjoy such food, it was a fantastic experience for me and my son. Thank you McDonald's

Located at nice location,a good treat for visitors who visit Shirdi.

Food is good as it is McDonald's. But they don't have any menu from which you can choose your favorite foods. Also, the display they have shown only has high prices of food items. So we have decided to explore McDonald's menu online and ask for some cheaper foods like puff, and egg burgers. Then they provided it to us. It's their market strategy so that people who visit will spend 500 rs on average.

Interior is good and spacious. Sadly today they told us their ice cream machine was broken so no desserts were served. I used app to order but they said I cant order twice from app which surprised me because in every other mcd outlet I went in and out of the country we can order more than once through the app. Food of course is awesome. Ambience is good .

It's newly open place,clean and hygienic Staff is good Unlimited coke if u take reuseable glass from them. It's 5 to 10 mins drive from Sumruddhi Starting point.

Not at all maintaining McDonald's quality and quantity. People who have not visited big cities McDonalds' might find this a good place.

Well maintained as it just started now. Staff has kept it clean. Staff is very friendly. Self ordering kiosk is good thing. Just keep it going. As the nearby villages are within vicinity of 5-10kms, you should expand the delivery circumference at least till rahata.Best thing is they serve chicken also unlike domino’s which is only veg.

Travelled here for a trip on my visit to India from United Kingdom !! Staff is very polite and friendly always smiling staff ready to help the customers !! The guy mushikesh is always ready to help Had a cold coffe to beat the heat coffe was cold asked to add an espresso and served as per my request in no time !!!
