Worst property I’ve ever lived in. Living here has introduced me to a maelstrom of health complications I have to deal with now. Ive been sicker than I had ever been living in this complex and I was in 2 separate units. The first unit had a copious amount of black mold while the second unit had a biohazard of an hvac unit that was dated to 1968. I’m immunocompromised and the way the office handled the situation was disgustingly palpable. I was lied to and led astray while my health declined rapidly. Stay far away from this complex. They don’t care.

We’ve been in the complex for almost two years. Angela is a great manager and great asset to the community. She’s prompt & communicative. Jimmy is also a great maintenance man. It’s a shame he is the only worker on sight but he’s really a hero and keeping our apartment amenities together at a timely manner. Between Angela & Jimmy, this place feels like home. Also love how safe the area is!

I visited the leasing office as a previous resident who moved out months ago, in order to get help on verifying my rental history. I was prepared for answers like "We cannot trace your record" or "We prioritize the needs of current residents and please wait for 100 years". To my superise, Angela, the assistant manager, carefully checked the computers, made phone calls, and moved boxes to locate the documents we need. She tried her best to help me. Angela cares her old clients and it shows!

Angela Brooks is wonderful! I hope Ascend knows how lucky they are to have her; she is incredibly hardworking, kind, and skilled at clear and efficient communication.

The office staff, Angela Brooks, was most amiable. She was professional yet friendly and I was comfortable asking questions. The grounds were clean. My overall experience was pleasant and I am definitely considering making this my home while I am in this area.

Ascend at midtown is one of my favorite apartments in the one of the best regions to live in in Savannah which is obviously close to downtown Savannah with its beautiful scenery of the old south and the historic district being a stone toss away but that’s all great in it of itself but what is even better is the help you’ll always get and can always count on from the hardworking maintenance crew and the geniuses in the front office, it’s a very respectful and kind community and even better it’s also a quiet community, you’ll get little to no complaints from the other tenants, if I had to live anywhere it would without a doubt in my mind be in ascend at midtown.

Angela, assistant manager went above and beyond to help me have a smoother relocation. From managing the leasing process from long distance to getting the apartment clean and ready to move. Very pleasant and patience. Jimmy also is very helpful snd genuinely friendly. Right away assisted my with a small situation and got it resolved. They both very professionals and I’m so grateful for making my relocation process easier. Thank you kindly.

Ms. Angela Brooks at the Ascend Midtown, was wonderful when I went there today to get information about apartment availability. She answered all my questions, gave me all the info I needed and took me on a tour of the community, and all this happened without an appointment! I was a walk in! Her interaction with other people (tenants and callers), while I was in the office, was top notch. She’s an awesome multitasker! I loved what I saw and I am looking forward to moving to the Ascend Midtown soon!

I met with Angela Brooks and she gave my friends and I such a stellar tour. Not only did she show us the rooms but she was open and honest and that made these apartments feel like they had the potential to be a home. She is a gem and they are lucky to have her working there.

I just want to say that I went to tour Ascend Midtown and learn about the area. However, I walked away feeling like I’d found my future community and home. Mrs. Angela Brooks is a top tier, A1 professional! This is a Community Assistant Manager who is both knowledgeable and passionate about providing for her all of its residents. It’s was obvious that she’s not only respected by the tenants but adored by them as well. The community was clean and welcoming making the experience all the more inviting. I’d look forward to calling Ascend Midtown my home in the near future.
