We used to stay at Hotel Indigo every time we drove down to Savannah but this past stay will be our last. Staying here was not cheap. One of the biggest selling features that made it worth the higher price was the cheap and convenient parking deck on property. NO MORE! They've changed the deck to valet-only and charge you $50 a night to park. They don't allow you to park your own car so you have to tip the valet to walk 15ft across the ally to retrieve your car for you. They also charge a $25 per night "resort fee." They claim their hotel is a resort due to it offering coffee in the morning, water in the lobby, and a few discounts for activities around town but if you ask me, those are all pretty standard offerings for even basic hotels - and they don't even have breakfast, a pool, or affordable parking. They say they give you a $25 drink ticket to use at the bar that "reimburses" the resort fee but that $25 can only be put towards 1 alcoholic drink and it expires the day you check in (that's right, if you get two $12 drinks, the $25 drink ticket only covers 1 of them, and if you don't want alcohol, you're out of luck). They also tacked on a mysterious $5 "state of GA hotel fee" that I have not been charged at any other hotel I've stayed at in the state of GA and a $1 occupancy fee that they said is because I booked through a 3rd party even though I booked through their website. The people at the front desk were not helpful or understanding when it came to all the additional charges. I asked them when the deck changed over to valet-only and they told me it had "always been that way since IHG took over in 2018" even though when I stayed there in 2022 I was able to park my own car and parking was only $20 a day. For the cost, I'll choose a different downtown location to stay next time I'm in town.

This past weekend my wife and I drove down to Savannah for a quick getaway. My wife had points to use per she is a Platinum Elite member, unfortunately our experience was anything but. The room itself was spacious per we had a suite but the upkeep didn’t match. All of the air vents were rusted/dirty/chipped. The couch was ripped. Friday morning around 11am as we were headed out for the day we stopped at the front desk and requested housekeeping. The lady at the front desk wearing a T-shirt and jeans with a nice pack of Marlboro’s in her back pocket asked for the room number and confirmed we would be placed on the list for cleaning. After returning to the hotel that afternoon around 4-5pm the room had not been serviced. I notified the person working that afternoon that we requested housekeeping that morning but the room hadn’t been serviced. She asked what time did we request it and I confirmed that morning and time. She then asked for the room number which I provided. She said she would text housekeeping and have it serviced for us. After returning to the room that night it still wasn’t serviced and I was told unfortunately it wouldn’t be. If it was a staffing issue or lack there of simply state that up front and expectations would have been set accordingly, but when you promise a customer a service twice, the expectation is that service request will be fulfilled. Overall, the best service during the stay came from the valet those guys worked hard and efficient. Will definitely be back to visit Savannah but will seek better accommodations where customer service isn’t a lost art.

Room was okay, extremely small. My knees hit the bathroom door when you're on the toilet. Location, however, was fabulous. The staff was absolutely atrocious. I've never seen anything like it before. Patrick was amazing and so was the concierge gentleman. Everyone else was shockingly rude. The one woman at the front desk was taking customers that she personally knew over the massive line up that we waited over 30 minutes in. Guests could just walk in front of the line and the lady working the desk would help them so questions, meanwhile everyone else who didn't personally know her had to wait in line. Management also took her side and was extremely unhelpful. I had called weeks before my reservation to discuss some things. I needed 2 rooms adjoining because I was traveling with seniors and people with mental health issues that simply were uncomfortable and not capable of being separated from myself. I was guaranteed that. I also said I need just one extra pillow in one of the rooms because one of the seniors I was traveling with required to be more elevated while sleeping in order to not cause her pain. I was also guaranteed this. Upon check in and arriving to our rooms, we were greeted with neither of those things. I called the front desk and was told that neither of my requests were no longer possible. If only someone could have called me before checking in, I would never have stayed here because these are medical issues! Not just luxury requests. The only compensation I received was free parking. Free parking in exchange for members of our party sleeping without pillows so that my 87 year old Aunt wouldn't be in excruciating pain overnight. I find it ext hard to believe that I couldn't get one or two extra pillows. Unacceptable. I do not wish to be contacted about the matter.

I highly recommend staying at a different hotel while in Savannah. As has been mentioned previously: yes, the rooms are dirty. Yes, the rooms smell like mildew. Yes, the parking and drinks are overpriced. All of that I can overlook. What is inexcusable is the attitude of the staff. During a two-night stay on business, I encountered not one team member who seemed pleased with or even neutral about his/her job. From valet to bar to service counter, the hotel staff was consistently rude, curt, and unwilling to answer questions or provide assistance when misfortune arose (and lord knows misfortune does arise at this hotel). I’ve never felt less welcome and more like an inconvenience at a hotel in my many years of work travel. With so many other options, I’d recommend staying anywhere else.

This was me and my husband's first outing, we are so use to working so much and taking care of our kids that this was well needed. And I want to thank indigo so much for the most perfect stay for our anniversary. We received outstanding customer service and even a upgrade, the building is remarkably beautiful, our room was very clean, bed was comfy pillows were so soft. We were able to walk short distance to seat in front of the river and talk, hear nice music, eat and bars are not far. The experience and scenery was more than we could imagine!!! Thank you all so much and I look forward to taking more days to have time out with my husband.

Location was great! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and shower worked well. Only complaint I really have was with parking. We got there about 730pm and the parking garage was full. We had ride around to find parking, ended up parking 5 or 6 blocks away. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed here in mid January 2023. The hotel has a lot of charm and potential but much is left to be desired. Especially at the current price point. We got a lackluster welcome from a very kind, but definitely overworked and tired, staff member in the lobby. The lobby was fine, not particularly well maintained but had nice seating, a bar and a restaurant which never seemed to be open. The elevators could use better ventilation and be cleaned once in a while. The room was big and spacious and you could tell it used to be nice. The AC unit left a funky smell, the doors and walls had missing handles, dings, and patches that needed fixing and painting. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the room did not look or feel that clean. The furniture had seen better days. I’ve noticed the hotel excuses some of this with an environmental sustainability claim, which believe me, I’m all for - but sustainability doesn’t excuse charging hundred of dollars a night for a room that hasn’t been cleaned well and that needs to be repaired.

I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter and her friend booked this hotel purely because the check in age read 18 on the website and we called to confirm. Fast forward a month and my wife and I happened to be on vacation a week prior to their trip so we stopped in to check it out and request a late check-in for the girls since they don't land until 11:00 PM. We were told it was too early to request a late check-in. 10 days out and you can't make a note in the computer? Then we mentioned they are 19 and we were just worried parents. We were told the check-in age policy had changed to 21. Since when? We weren't informed. We asked what would have happened when the girls showed up at midnight. "We would have turned them away" is literally the answer we got. Turn two 19 year old girls away at midnight with no car and nowhere to go because they happened to change their age policy without notification. Without even a suggestion on where to go. I understand if the policy changed but you either have to grandfather in existing reservations or blast out notifications of a change like that. It's a safety hazard. We had a paid for receipt with the minimum age listed as 18. They weren't even apologetic about it - not helpful at all with an alternative or solution. The lady at least was polite but the guy was just outright rude. I wish I would have gotten his name. Called to speak to a manager the next day and were told he was unavailable (of course). We were assured we would get a call within 24 hours. Surprise no call. Not at all the kind of service we are accustomed to in Savannah. Especially at that price point. Not at all what I expect from IHG either. If you need some helpful folks at a nice hotel in Historic Savannah with age 18 book / reservation / check-in try the Embassy Suites by Hilton or The Bluff Savannah Historic also by Hilton. I promise you I am not affiliated by Hilton. Still mad about what would have happened had we not stopped in and also still a bit irritated that our reservation at the Pink House was tainted by the aggravation we experienced at the Indigo on the way. It all worked out in the end but this is by far the worst experience with IHG I have ever experienced.

This was a hotel that is hugely understaffed with virtually no services. The location is very very good being right near the river in the downtown historic area. The rooms are reasonably clean for being pet friendly. However, there is virtually no customer service services available due to how understaffed they are. It seems in this case that this is business owners trying to save themselves in overhead. There is literally no front desk call feature, all they do is pick up the phone and leave it off the hook where you hear background noise. The staff is very helpful and friendly, however this hotel is so busy that they simply do not have the staff to have a front desk customer service line. There’s also no other services so we would have to go to the lobby and do things our self. Our room had only decaf coffee, only one trashcan, none in the bathroom, and room cleaning is virtually not available since they are so understaffed they often don’t get to the rooms until about the evening time when guests are coming back. While this can be a decent place to stay, I would not want to pay more than $200 a night for this due to the lack of services.

Location was great in historic area. The hotel room was dirty, I always wipe down and sanitize room when I travel, I was shocked at how dirty room was, the walls were dirty and mold in bathroom. There wasn't refrigerator or microwave in room. Conventionally Starbucks was around corner of hotel. Breakfast is available if you pay extra, parking is valet only( which was no problem) but very expensive. Front desk staff seemed like we were bothering them checking in. I was really disappointed in overall staff. Parents with children need to take snacks and drinks that don't need to be refrigerated. This trip was a treat from my daughter and outside of hotel being a disappointment everything was great. I do recommend taking downtown historic trolley tour and going to City Market area and eating at City Market Cafe, the food is great. I highly recommend going to Plant Riverside District, lots of shops, restaurants.

Decided to do a quick get away for our anniversary & my birthday, upon arriving we were unpleasantly surprised that there was no actual parking locations to stay at this hotel. Being out of town, I completely understand & if we missed that on the website it's our fault. $45 for valet per night or pay parking garages in and out. That being said, when checking in there was an orderly couple that checked in before us, & hearing the interaction that this lady had with them was top notch. We didn't receive the same. Maybe cause we're not members? Once arriving to the room we had a beautiful view of construction. When asked if there's anywhere else we could be moved to, they were already "booked", could give us the first floor with the same view. Or pretty much just deal with it. Mind you, this is the same lady that changed her voice to the people in front of us seemed so helpful. She didn't even give us a smile. More of we were bothering her. Spending what we spent here for the time frame was honestly, straight up disappointing.

If I could leave no stars I would. The room was fine but tiny. However, the staff here is so unfriendly it was honestly sad. The only staff that was nice was the value guys. All the front desk people are rude and act like they’re annoyed to answer your questions. We were also double charged for so many thing. A pet fee of $125 for one night is insane. I called multiple times stating my dog was a service animal and they still said I had to pay it. I booked this because I was using my points which got us a free night. It would’ve been wayyyy cheaper to just go to a different franchise and pay full price. Avoid this place at all costs!

A little disappointed, I've stayed in Hotel Indigo IHG hotels before and always had a great experience. This time was an overnight stop through Savannah. We arrived at 8pm after horrible traffic, there were 2 ladies working and they were slow as molasses for checking in, I was 3rd in line and it took over 40 minutes to get a room key. By the time we had gotten luggage to the room and got out of building all the local businesses were closing for food services. We were told the bar was open until 11, we went at 930 and the bartender rudely told us the bar was closed, she did make a beer and a drink for me, but told us nothing messy, simple drinks only, so my girls weren't able to get a virgin daiquiri. One issue, parking is valet only at $48 per night. 2nd, I booked though a 3rd party (paid more for breakfast included in my night rate) I booked for 4 people (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) the manager gave me a voucher for 2 to eat, when I pointed this out, she crossed out 2 on the voucher and wrote $40 (everything at breakfast was over $15/per person not including drinks). The breakfast area wasn't very busy when we arrived and we waited more than 20 minutes to even get acknowledged for drinks (there was 1 women working the dining room, maybe 3 tables with a few people who were already eating). The location is beautiful, the overall hotel is nice, the server was very friendly (its not her fault they are under staffed during the holidays). However, I probably will not stay here again, for the cost, there are many other nice options available. (Picture of my $13 parfait that took an hour to make)

We came to savannah for our anniversary this weekend and chose to stay at Indigo to be close to River street. We arrived right at 4pm for check in. After waiting In line for about 15 minutes, we get to reception and they notified us that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready, but they would call us when it was. Okay... we took it in stride and decided to wait in the bar area. After an hour and 30 minutes with no call, we checked back with reception and they told us our room was now ready. Glad we checked. Once we got to our room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mold upon opening the door. The air conditioner was extremely loud and was definitely not functioning correctly. The shower temp switched between hot and cold throughout every shower. The bed was hard and not cozy at all. We needed some additional toiletries, so we checked with front desk the next evening. They went to look for some but came back and said they had been moved and they couldn't find them, so we had to go without. The bar staff were friendly, but the drinks were all terrible and way over priced. Based on this we didn't try breakfast (not included) or dinner in the restaurant. The parking is expensive, but the valet team were friendly and hardworking. Over all we would not stay here again and the hotel is not worth the price we paid. It definitely was a negative impact on our special occasion. We did try and contact customer service via the website, but it said there was no record of our stay, even with our confirmation number, which is very strange.

What a disappointment… I’ve stayed at many fantastic Hotel Indigo locations across the country and this Hotel Indigo was pretty low quality. - There are no hooks in the room to hang towels… we ran out of clean towels within the first day. The most fun part of this story is that the cleaning service never came to our room to either clean or replenish the towels… we ended up using face cloths to dry off after showers. We ran out of those too. - Our room had no soap in the shower. Because of the way the soaps are mounted to the wall, we couldn’t move any soap into the shower from the sink and had to go buy soap at a CVS. - The AC unit doesn’t just run, it ROARS. Good luck getting any sleep with the dysfunctional AC unit running. Pretty bad experience. Choose your hotel elsewhere.

I have stayed at Hotel Indigo in several other states while traveling, but I’ll never stay at this one again. Starting with the $48 valet and no other option for parking other than walking down the street for a garage was annoying. On checkout I texted the valet to get the car so it was ready when we got down to the lobby (got a text it would be ready in 5 minutes), 15 minutes later we were still waiting for our car. The hotel seemed nice and it wasn’t anything huge, it was a lot of little things that I would expect at a cheap motel. Customer service wasn’t great and they were always a little persnickety because we booked through the American Express travel website. The $25 drink ticket to make up for the “resort fee” was shady. We got a couple drinks at the bar and the apparently the $25 ticket only covered two drinks. Definitely don’t order two $12 dollar drinks. The curtain was missing the sunshade so the only option was the blackout curtain. The shower water pressure was poor and the water only got lukewarm. We were there for two days the the key stopped working in day one, I had to go get it fixed. days Never going to stay here again. I don’t expect a crazy level of customer service and quality at the hotel, but for the price of everything I expected better.

The WORST hotel ever. I’m an IHG Diamond Elite, so I’m familiar with the entire IHG brand. This is by far THE WORST IHG hotel ever. This might as well be a “motel”. The staff has consistently been horrid. I walk in, there’s 8 people waiting in line to check in and this one lady behind the desk keeps ignoring the line to talk about her FINGERNAILS to some drunk chic, for twenty minutes. This is the third time I’ve stayed here, thinking “Maybe they’ve improved”. Nope! Then, once I finally got to my room, it was filthy. Moldy bathroom, mold above the window on the ceiling, and absolutely disgusting windows. Awful. STAY AWAY. There are so many amazing hotels in this same area that are less expensive and have staff that care. IHG needs to fire every single person here. The fact that this is an IHG branded “higher end” hotel, is appalling. Spend your money elsewhere and I guarantee you’ll get a clean room, amazing customer service, and zero headaches. You certainly will not receive that at this place.

Me and my friends have had a room booked for Halloween weekend since March of this year. We look forward to this weekend especially since life has become busier and we all live in different areas in GA. However, a few days ago we received a call saying they were overbooked and moved us to a hotel that was nowhere near downtown. (If you know Halloween weekend, then you know there’s bar crawls going on etc.) Well my friend called and kept getting transferred because nobody knew what was going on. I’m sorry, but why were we moved elsewhere when we’ve had our room booked since March and paid? Each person she spoke to was either rude, or had no idea what was going on. She then got an email saying the entire trip was cancelled. She called again, and a front desk person named Sylvia told her “I can put you back on the list, you’ll have a room.” We were left confused because again, we booked 6 months ahead and we should have a room regardless if they overbooked. My friend called yesterday and was told there was no reservation after being told earlier we’d have a room again since the “list” hadn’t been finalized. She then had to call the other hotel that Hotel Indigo so rudely moved us too, and just canceled that room. My friend drove 4hrs down so we could go out this weekend and now plans are ruined. I’m very disappointed with this hotel and will make sure all of my friends and family know not to book with this hotel so they’re not left feeling the way we do now!!!!

I was here on business and I promise I will never stay here again or recommend it. 1st my coworker was treated way better and was offered more things than I but that wasn’t a problem. The room is small and I get it because it was an old historic building. The mattresses was thin and needs to be replaced, it was clear that the housekeepers don’t clean behind nothing, the furniture/desk chair was too big for the room. The light in the bathroom had to heat up before it would turn on. The valet service was extremely slow. We waited on our car for 30 minutes and then was told that we could just go get it ourselves. The valet guy was texting when we asked about the car and no other person was waiting in front of us. The elevator broke while we were there and wasn’t fixed the entire weekend. Everyone there other than the young lady that checked us out was not happy people. I only chose this one because the one in Athens, Georgia is so amazing. Lesson learned.

HEED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD. I recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Savannah and it fell far short of the good experiences I've had at other Hotel Indigo locations. We arrived in Savannah around 4 pm, but our room still wasn’t ready. We wandered around for about 45 minutes until it was ready. When we finally checked in, despite specifically requesting a room with a king bed and pullout sofa, we were given a room with two queen beds instead. As a non-drinker, I was disappointed to discover the absence of a mocktails menu to cater to guests who do not consume alcohol. If there was a mocktails menu, it certainly was not advertised. On two consecutive mornings, coffee had ran out when we went downstairs at around 8:30, and when I requested half and half for my coffee (the urn was empty), I was offered milk poured straight out of a jug. This lack of proper creamer options and basic service detail was symbolic of the overall experience. Lastly, the central location is great, but of course, if you’re on a lower floor, it’s loud. Have your white noise app ready on your phone. Overall, a dud. Stay someplace else when you're in Savannah.

Hotel Indigo has earned a place in my heart and we will be back soon. It is in a great location to the Historic District and all River Street has to offer. From the moment we pulled on the property we were welcomed with friendly smiles from valet staff. Every time that I requested my car it was pulled up to the front of the hotel within 2 minutes. When we returned for the day they knew us and greeted us with the same great smiles. The front staff were all amazing and so helpful. They addressed any of our needs or questions immediately. Wonderful clean rooms with nice storage areas and a small refrigerator. Again, we have loved our stay, and we will be back soon!

I don’t get the negative reviews. Maybe they changed managers and staff but I had a great experience at this hotel. We got there early and the staff was very friendly. We immediately got valet and the staff let us store our stuff until the room was ready. Very nice lobby and bar and the room was bigger than I expected and very clean. Great location and beat the prices of the other historic district hotels. Overall a great experience! I usually don’t leave reviews but I saw all of the reviews bashing this place and wanted to let people know how great of an experience I had and not to let the other reviews discourage you from staying here. Thanks for the great experience!

The hotel itself is very lovely. All of the updates they have made to the interior are very impressive. We had only a 1 night stay here. We arrived late at night. The person that checked me in was not very friendly and did not explain the parking situation very well. There is no parking available except street parking. The lady that checked me in told me that my car would be fine parked on the road up until 8am and then I would have to pay the meter. So, I set my alarm for 7:30am and went down to pay the meter. There was already a ticket on my car! The hotel does not offer any voucher for parking. Also, I had checked in around 1:30am and they could not offer me a late check out because they said that it was a weekend and they were fully booked and needed me to leave immediately. I thought it was expensive at $200 a night to only get a few hours sleep and then be met with a parking ticket. However, I would stay at this hotel again. It was very nice and we enjoyed it while we could.

We were a little scared to stay here given the different kinds of reviews. Our check in process was easy and quick. We asked for a double bed (traveling with a toddler) , but we only got one bed. I was a little scared to ask to be moved because our room had hard wood and I didn’t want to get stuck with dirty carpet so we just stayed. The view was great and the room was mostly clean aside from the floor being a little sticky. I did find an old bag of graham crackers in the room that housekeeping missed. They don’t clean your room in between days but we were fine with it because it was only a 3 day stay. We had absolutely no issues with staff. They were so kind and accommodating, including the valet. Hotel could use some cosmetic updates and the elevator is very slow but aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and a decent view if you book the right room. We lucked out with booking and were street facing on the 6th floor. Check in was easy although they only had one person up front so wait was a little long. The lady checking us in was very nice. One thing to know, there is a parking desk for the hotel but its $35 for the night which wasn't great. Wish I knew that before I booked. Breakfast was delicious, some of the best I've had at the hotel. Definitely get it if you like a quality breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel, bar and staff. Point off for parking and

Your only as good as the people you hire and the staff at Indigo where excellent. Dove checked us in, made sure we had everything setup for our tours and upgraded our room. Shane our valet and helped with luggage was great Staff was short handed as most business, but employees like Sienna, Dove, Shane, Ty, Michelle, didn't skip a beat, did what ever it took to make the guest comfortable. The Hotel was wonderful, it's in an old building that had been used for trading goods in the 1800's, they have kept the integrity of the building. The breakfast buffet was great and staff made sure of it. The rooms had great views and very clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is in the center of everything, We definitely will be back.

Rooms are quite small but very modern and nicely updated. Lobby was a madhouse, check in seemed a bit slow. Excellent breakfast provided. Our door did not shut properly, very noisy and loud hallways. Small bar located in lobby area, extremely slow service, we left. Location excellent, heart of downtown close to center of city and riverfront.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a large group of us staying here, and every single one of us had issues with cleanliness. The hotel lobby and bar were nice. The staff was super friendly. The rooms however were totally unacceptable, especially for what they charge. Our first room had stains on both of the beds, crumbs on the floor, wrappers in the bathroom, etc. We thoroughly check bedding when we travel, including the mattress, and it had what looked like yellow pee stains all over it. We asked to move to a new room and they were very nice about it. The woman at the front desk made it seem like room cleanliness is a reoccurring issue. Our new room honestly wasn’t much better but we figured it was a lost cause at this point. The walls are covered in scuffs, the rooms and hallways smell musty, there were ceiling leak stains, construction going on outside, etc. It was just a super disappointing experience. The only pros are the convenient location and bar.

So disappointed with my recent experience. I booked a stay 6 months in advance directly on the property website. I was called 4 days before check in and told that they had overbooked and I was being moved to a different hotel with little to no apology. I specifically booked here as it is within walking distance of everything downtown, so I expected to be moved to a comparable hotel in the same area. This was not the case, as the hotel they moved my reservation to would require me to drive and/or rideshare. During such a busy and popular weekend, doing so is a nightmare and can be very expensive. I called back the next day to discuss this and was told something completely different by the individual I talked to - she said that I would definitely have a room at the Indigo. The following day, my reservation online showed as cancelled, so I called yet again. I was transferred to Sylvia who informed me it was in fact cancelled there and had been moved to the alternate hotel. I politely said I would have to cancel all together if that was the case and she responded by saying that she would reinstate my reservation at the Indigo and we would definitely have a room and she was taking my name off the list of guests to be moved. Today, the day before I was supposed to check in, I decided to call for the last time to confirm my stay before traveling so far, just to find out that the reservation is still cancelled and had definitely been moved to the alternate hotel. I guess they were going to have me drive all the way and tell me when I attempted to check in, which is absolutely wrong. If I wanted to book a hotel further away 6 months in advance, I would’ve paid half of what I paid to book here. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and I will definitely not be back on my future trips to Savannah. It’s unfortunate as I’ve had good experiences during my previous visits, but things have clearly gone downhill.

My friends and I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend back the end of 2022. When we got there this past Friday they only had one room ready. The other room was still not ready at 4pm and we had to ask about it. 4 of us had to get ready in one room for supper. We were finally able to get a room when we returned from supper. The front desk lady had to bump people because they had double booked rooms. Saturday after our room was cleaned we were left with no toilet paper. We only had a half roll in the restroom. I had to go find a housekeeper to get toilet paper. The towels were small and rough. The bed was hard however, the pillows were quite nice. The website says they offer cappuccinos and lattes at breakfast and they do not. It also said online that the Five Oak Taproom opened at 4pm. The bar wasn't ready until after 4:30pm and the chef didn't show up until 5pm but had to prep for the night. We left and went somewhere else. Not sure I will ever stay here again.

We stayed at The hotel Indigo on 5/28/23 and 5/29/23. The bar tender added $5 to each tip on both nights. If she did it to my check I’m sure it happened to others. I called the hotel several times and still have not been refunded my $10. They also did it with my restaurant bill but my credit company did refund that immediately. I’ve left messages for the kitchen manager and the hotel manager. I spoke to a manager and explained what happened and haven’t heard from anyone since. It’s now October and still no response. I will never stay there again.

Perfectly fine. Was able to check in early and get late checkout when leaving. I didn't use the $25 drink vouchers so can't speak to their drink or food. It did seem like they cut corners a bit on cleaning (scuffs along the floorboards and walls, crumbs on the floor), but the linens were clean and that was good enough for me. The scent of the whole building was a little unsettling but I got over it. Would probably go there again.

Loved this adorable hotel. It’s right near the river and within walking distance of everything. I found it clean, the beds comfortable and the rustic atmosphere perfect. Everyone is friendly here. The rooms are smaller than normal BUT you are not in the room a whole lot. The food is very pricey, but again, you are in part of town that is right by the river. I would absolutely stay here again and have zero complaints. I like the ecelecticness of the rooms-while it has standard hotel amenities, they are appropriate for the rustic climate. It’s worth the price, which was totally reasonable when we stayed. And the concierge was wonderful with my son, who had lots of questions and she could provide some history.

I booked this hotel based on the location and price for the weekend my husband & I stayed- after reading reviews I was really nervous about our stay but it was too late to find somewhere else. We had a pleasant experience, rooms were clean, the hotel staff was great. The only thing we had concerns about was there wasn’t a safe in the room to keep personals in. Other than that- we were aware of the $48 a day valet parking and the $25 a day resort fee that they gave us coupons to spend at the bar for. There was a little black mold by the AC but I see that often in hotels. We would stay again!
