Monique is THE BEST!!!!! She crafted my sandwich with love and care and even those it’s almost closing time she was still so nice and kind. The subway by my house closed early so I had to come to this one. Thank you Monique!!!!

First time I ordered from here they messed up the order and gave half of literally everything I ordered and paid for...then the second time (because I obviously didn't learn) I waited almost an hour to be notified they CLOSED an hour and a half early yet still excepted and confirmed my order then it got canceled. Lesson learned.

Run out of ingredients on regular basis and long lines as only one person working. She was a trooper doing best she could. Needed help!

I never leave bad reviews ever.... but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The food was fine. But the customer service was sooooooo bad. The staff was blatantly rude to everyone in the establishment. There was a foreign man with a language barrier and the employee was mocking him after he left making fun of him how she couldn’t hear him. I’m disgusted. Will not be going back. Please do better.

Do not place an online order, if you watch them make your sandwich it’s usually ok, if you order online you always get a ton of veggies and only 1/3 of the normal amount of meat. The sandwiches are messy!

The service was excellent but the lady didn't get our order right. The cucumbers were old and soggy because they didn't have anymore. The lettuce was brown but I have been noticing that at a lot of Subways. Oh yeah, the coupon machine wasn't working as well.

I've usually had a pleasant experience here on my walk-in orders. But I've tried ordering online for deliveries twice and each time the there seems to have been an issue. Well tonight was no different. Called to see how to apply the buy 2 get one free? I hit the coupon offered made the order, but it wouldn't apply when checking out. Called store, as before they said, "I'm absolutely do not know what to tell you. Smh... Really? Wait, then called me back to say, at 9:10pm they just ran out of bread. You're open until 10pm... really? Anyway... 2 for two isn't a great record.

Give Ms. Monique a raise!!! She gave us the best customer service and was so kind. It’s refreshing to meet kind people that work in the food industry.

This place is a joke. Employees lock the door when they’re going on break and we already paid for a pick up order. Then when they let us in they hadn’t even started making it. Ordered at 7:15 and didn’t get it till after 8pm after standing there for 30 mins. Next time I’m telling him to go ahead and take his break and I’ll just come around and make the sandwich.

Hire more workers, one person on the line isn’t enough. Give this man a raise!
