My sister has a phobia of needles and she explained that to Nurse Practitioner Julie Day and she did not care. When the other nurse offered to hold her hand she said she was being dramatic and she would be fine. This is the reason black women are dying in hospitals. Nobody took my sister serious. How are you in the medical field but have no type of compassion. I will be calling the board because something has to be done.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t go. It’s terrible. Go anywhere else but here. I made an appointment and they canceled it without even telling me until I drove three hours to them. They said they tried to contact me but they did not because I received confirmation texts confirming my appointment. Even up until that morning so I had no idea. Also the front desk lady was rude and clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. She needs to be replaced please. Very unprofessional.

Scheduled a womens wellness exam. Said I am here for my womens wellness exam. They were so confused and asked what my symptoms are and I said I had symptoms and problems in the past but just wanted a check up for a WOMENS WELLNESS EXAM. was not given anything I asked for and when I said I no longer had symptoms (which I wasn’t even there for) they literally sighed and treated me like I was wasting their time.

My OBGYN did not have what I needed in stock and this place did so I decided to give it a shot. Waited over 1.5 hours to be taken back from my scheduled appt. and walked out with nothing. Lack of communication with their process and protocol. 2.7 stars for a reason.

They force you wait outside under direct Sun, they don't care if you have High blood or any other condicion you got to wait under the heat. We end waiting 3 hours to get assistance! There is no professionalism! To make it better the front desk women she doesn't know literally nothing and she only cares about her phone, she need Customer Care, Worst health services ever.

We went for support and direction. In the actual evaluation it was cold, lack of empathy and no answers. Please know that women of color come to your facility to be their advocates. This is disheartening and disappointing.

Had at an appointment and 3+ hours later I still wasn't seen after 4 or 5x asking how much longer it would be. Then told me 1 price over the phone and when I got there it was a higher price. Unbelievable people that got there AFTER me went in BEFORE me. I told Lindsey the medical director of my dissatisfaction and all she could say was I'm sorry...do you want to reschedule? My ride missed work and I drove hours to this pathetic place. Ridiculous.

Had scheduled an appointment for birth control 1 week in advance only to get here for them to tell me they don't accept my insurance. The only reason I had scheduled an appointment with Planned Parenthood was because I had confirmed 1 week in advance that they accept my current insurance. I asked the lady who works at the front desk if she could refer me to a clinic who would accepted my insurance and basically said to research it myself. Horrible customer service.

It’s funny how in the name planned parenthood it makes it sound good like they promote being a parent. But when I got my IUD removed they gave me so much pushback for stopping birth control and made it SOOOOOOO important that I start it back right after I have a kid. Birth control all the time is terrible for us. Im so glad all the birth control they pumped in me didn’t affect my fertility. The ability to produce life is the greatest gift we could ever be given, nothing is worth losing it.

Staff is very kind. My obgyn didn't have what I needed and I went here. The waiting time wasn't anything bad and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very nice place. Very clean.

Thet are completly un professional .after making me wait 30 mins ,they tolde they could not see and that i have to book another appoiment

They helped me with birth control and theyre super sweet people. Helped me feel comfortable with the whole thing.

The nurses were all fantastic and a great help. Highly recommended going here 😊
