Staff constantly hover for tips and split the simplest task into as many trips to maximise the opportunity. Ordering room service and drinks = 3 trips. 1 for the drink, 1 for the food and again for the bill. Even if you have a fault with a telephone not working, they wait for a tip. Constantly creates an atmosphere not experienced anywhere else

We booked this hotel with utmost excitement in the hopes to get descent service and hospitality but it all came crashing down one by one. We changed 2 rooms, in first the toilet was disgusting, the second one was smelling pathetic. We finally went for dinner and again it was just very poor, loaded in oil with very less variety and thick chapatis and then to top it all off in our room the window blinds fell off and the kettle was dirty and there were no slippers available. Basically not recommended

Staff is polite, cooperative and always ready to help. The ambience is very pleasant, the hotel is fully surrounded with greenery and very has good vibes. The food quality is also very good.

It’s a resorts just in front of the century. Not as per quality standard of resort or business hotels. Stayed as it had Fern name tag but it’s a quite old property. Rooms are good in photos but beds and furniture were dirty. Bathroom was very old and not hygienic. There is a pool and gift shop also. Parking available. The team need to really work on the cleanliness of the hotel especially reception washrooms we’re like public toilets.

I loved this property. The staff were super friendly & attentive. The room was WOW, beautifully appointed, spacious and the bathroom magnificent. I appreciated the amenities like cricket and badminton, things you don't expect in this price bracket. Every turn and every corner was photo worthy, just stunning. The breakfast menu was wonderful, many choices and it was delicious and generous.

Beautiful resort with green cover all round a great evening show. The location is on the main road so good for those (with back aches etc) who don’t want to head deep inside doing off roading . We had a few hiccups while checking in as we were given rooms that were freshly painted and were smelling but they changed it graciously the next day. Food definitely needs improvement here and that’s why 4 stars. Overall a good place to plan ur stay in Ranthambore

I was very dissapointed. Since last 2 days of my stay there is no water in the washroom, I have been complaining to the maintenance team so many times, but no one seems to care at all. I coldn't take a bath during entire stay due to lack of water. I would not advise to book this hotel at all.

This is located approx 10-15 min drive forest reserve entry. Food is good but not very good. All meals have limited menu. Rooms are so so...quite good in terms space but furniture, fitting and bathrooms not very good...reasonably ok. At rent beyond 4k not at all justified.

Splendid food. Though they lack options in the buffet. Also didn't have majority of basic cocktail ingredients. Service was extremely slow. The place wasn't always clean. A few monkeys show up at the property during the noon should that bother anyone.

A Good resort to stay bcz of location but with very poor or worst service. Either they don't have sufficient manpower or they are untrained. It seems like a serious monitoring issue with the General manager of the resort. I have tried to meet him couple of time to lodge my complaint but he wasn't available it shows he never visit or check resort's facilities. Same issue faced by other guests. For every task I need to remind them 2-3 times.. Room with Damaged or unorganised amenities.. like damaged TV and AC remotes.. Dish TV not recharged. High chlorine/ bleaching water in the swimming pool, Set top box hanging on the TV instead of a proper stand. Not only this but also they don't provide basic toiletries when you demand it etc... 1/2 half litre complimentary water bottle for 1 stay.. they bluntly refuse water the next day unless you pay for it. Very unprofessional. It forced me to change my room and resort as well next day. People always prefer good hotels/resorts for services and they pay for it but unfortunately they don't receive acclaimed promises so far by the hotels/ resorts. Fern Ranthambore Forest Resort is among them.. Anyways I would not recommend it at all for a family stay.. go for some other better options

Very bad experience. Staff is non cooperative. Service is very poor. If you need anything in room they provide after one hour. Two star hotel. Rooms are not good. Old furniture. Food was good but buffe was not worth it. totally money waste. If you complain anything on reception they not respond.

I am more than happy to write a positive review of the resort in Ranthambore! This beautiful resort is truly a hidden gem nestled amidst the lush greenery of Ranthambore National Park. From the moment you step foot on the property, you are transported to a world of luxury and relaxation. The rooms at the resort are spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are pristine. Every room also comes with a balcony or a veranda, offering stunning views of the surrounding forest. The resort itself is a true haven for nature lovers. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching and wildlife spotting. The resort also offers guided tours of Ranthambore National Park, where you can see tigers, leopards, and a variety of other animals up close. One of the highlights of the resort is its amazing food. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of delicious Indian and international dishes, and the chefs are always happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Ranthambore. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, the resort has something for everyone. Don't hesitate to book your stay - you won't regret it!

Really enjoyed our visit to this resort. Included as part of a tour package. Great location and a few minutes drive to the tiger park. Unfortunately No tigers during our safaris, bit it is not a guarantee proposition. Lodging was nice and we liked the pool and bar. Dining was included for all meal. Very accommodating with the kids preferences. Overall would use this location again!

It's not like the other Ferns Resort chain. 1. Location good - 4 star 2. Property good - 4 star 3. Rooms not at all up to the mark - 2 star 4. Service not at all up to the mark - 2.5 star 5. Food above average - 3.5 star Over all I would say I'll give 3 star. Its not at all what you'll pay for 1 night. If you don't have money concern, I'll say you should experience it for once. If you are like going for quality time & your money matters to you, then I'll suggest don't go for this.

Like so much in India The Fern feels like a hotel just a little past it's prime. The hotel is arranged as groups of rooms in a two up two down configuration with the blocks arranged throughout the grounds. The rooms have a deliberately rustic feel, with a big wooden door with sliding bolt you padlock to lock, and a stone wall. The rooms are generously sized and the bed comfortable. Given the location and size of the grounds the rooms are generally quiet and I had two very good night's sleep in my room at the back of the property. I should mention the restaurant staff who were very helpful, Ashok was an absolute champion, and the reason I gave five stars for service, and the Rajasthani cultural evenings they have which are a bit of fun. The hotel is a little out of town, closer to the park, so you get to the park quicker, but there is really nothing around the hotel and, because this is India, walkability is next to zero. However, it is still a nice property, the rooms spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and definitely worth a try.

Everything like location, property, rooms was good except food. Usually in our every trip to Rajasthan we have enjoyed good food and service. Here, the service was good as expected, but the food was below average. Nevertheless, other facilities like spa have covered up.

Property is good and they have outdoor as well as indoor games (which is a plus point) but the behaviour of employees is not good. Employees will not help you in anything. They don't even serve anything post 11 pm. I had a very bad experience with one of their employee. I would personally recommend tiger den resort rather than the fern. But the rooms of fern is much better than tiger den resort. Actually a plus point of this hotel is their rooms. I loved their room.

Excellent experience at The Fern Ranthambore. Just besides the forest area with good and polite hotel staff. Very nice ambience with added cultural program for the customer. I would definitely recommend this hotel at Ranthambore (Sawai Madhopur).

It was an excellent hotel, with an atmosphere that make you feel as if you were in the midle of the jungle. The staff is warm and they do everything perfectly . The food is good, with the variety you can expect in a place with that location. I absolutely recomend it.

We went there expecting d best.. But came out highly disappointed.. There is no coordination between front desk and housekeeping services. Our demand of extra pillows was fulfilled after one day. Housekeeping services were delayed. Tv signal was bad, shower didn't work, sink got jammed and bathroom exhaust was not functional. Housekeeping services were very basic n ordinary. Food taste was ok. But infrastructure need more maintenance

I regret our stay in the Fern. Staff was very rude, huge delays in food services. I felt that the staff was very limited in the property. I really wish they improve the standard of the hotel, as they possess.

Property was not as shown in pics, bathrooms are in pathetic condition, intercom was not working, service is so bad that we ordered tea at pool and waited half an hour at pool and received tea at room after almost 45 minutes, food was good but the service was so bad that food got short. You need to wait for roti which is the worst thing while having food.

I wish I could give a rating into negative. Being a global"brand", I had huge expectations from the hotel. But we were very disappointed with the hospitality, services and most of all, the food of the hotel. The food was not at all upto the mark, and hotel services were very poor. I regret our stay in the Fern. Staff was very rude, huge delays in food services. I felt that the staff was very limited in the property. I really wish they improve the standard of the hotel, as they possess.

was brand The Fern we choose. Property is big, Prime location. Rooms are spacious but ok types, washroom needs high maintenance and cleaning, it stinks. Food is not great. Food menu is common all days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They really need to work on menu selection and tastes. However I ordered Tandoori chicken it was really tasty. This property for the price we paid was disappointing. Highly disappointed by Fern!!! Or driver room nothing service for driver also

One of the most beautiful hotel by fer group in ranthambore. The location is very good they are located on the main road near main city. Still inside the environment is lush green and completely silent. The rooms are good in term of space and interiors. All basic amenities available at hotel. They also book hotel for weddings.

👍👍 Hotel staff is super courteous, and service is awesome. The property and food is also super good. I will highly recommend the place. Only lacking part was washrooms, which I think should be face lifted and modernised a bit

👍👍 It is beautiful National park. I recommend you to go in rainy season. You will see there very beautiful grass and trees. Deers live in this park in very large number but you can hardly find tigers.
