    There are some tough training sessions, but my trainer keeps me motivated, so I'm able to persevere and do my best. But what do you think about this price for about 2 kg per month? It's a long game to get results! If you think about it calmly, other companies may be cheaper. Detailed explanations such as prices are insufficient. ・If paying by credit card, there will be a 1,000 yen fee (I never heard of it!) ・As stated on the website, the price will remain unchanged for those who join until the end of March, and the price will be revised for those who join after April → In the end, those who subscribed to the subscription service were informed that the price would increase. ・Write a review and get 1,000 yen off on your next ticket. ・The website states that there will be no penalty in any case, but the contract says that there will be a penalty if you don't tell them that you want to cancel your membership. There is a difference between the HP and the explanation, so we recommend that you ask questions and get an explanation.

    一か月で、想像以上に体重減ができました。トレーナーの方々の細やかな食事指導もあり実現することができたと思っています。今後も継続して、目標に向かって頑張っていきたいと思います。

    3か月、週2ペース、食事管理有で-11キロまで体重減しました!産後、肥え続ける体重、落ち続ける体力に終止符を打つべく、はじめましたが、運動をほぼしたことがなかった私でも楽しく減量と体力増加、ボディメイクができているのはトレーナーさん達のおかげです。 食事管理も優しく教えていただけて、充実していて、勉強になります。お値段も破格なので本当におすすめです!! これからもよろしくお願いします!!

    体重増加と猫背が気になっていたので、今回ご利用させて頂きました。 知人からもスタッフの方は親切ですごくいいパーソナルジムだと伺っていたので、安心して利用する事ができました。 まだ通い始めて1ヶ月にもなりませんが、的確なアドバイスもあり体重が減ってきてるので嬉しいです!トレーニングはやったらやった分目に 見えて変化が分かるので楽しくやってます! 理想の自分になる為に日々頑張ってる自分にも少し自信がついてきたのでスタッフの方々には本当に感謝してます!! これからもよろしくお願い致しますm(*_ _)m

    ダイエット目的ではなく筋肉をつけたくて通い始めました。 ネットでパーソナルジムを探して、リーズナブルだった為無料体験に伺い、そのまま契約して週一のトレーニングで1ヶ月経ちました。 他のジムに行った事がないので比較は出来ませんが、私はこちらにしてよかったです! 毎回楽しく、自分に合ったペースの中でいい意味で厳しくトレーニングしてくれます。 食事指導もしてくれるし、これからも通い続けたいです。

    週1,2で通いはじめて1ヶ月ですがすでに効果を実感してます✨トレーナーさんたちが体調などを見てトレーニングの量を調節してくれるので無理なく続けられるのもありがたいです! 何よりこのお値段で食事管理もやってくれるのが凄すぎて、、いつもタメになる知識をたくさんいただいてるので、自分なりに健康的な食事の摂り方がわかってきてダイエットが苦痛ではなくなりました☺️長町〜名取近郊に住んでいる方にはおすすめしたいジムです✨

    I've been dieting and rebounding many times until now, and before I knew it, I was at my maximum weight... I found out about Real Body through an introduction! I used to think that exercise wouldn't last long and that muscle training would be tiring, but I'm enjoying it! He gives me training that suits me, and the trainers are also very kind, so they always keep me positive! It's also great that they give you accurate dietary advice so you can diet while eating the right foods! I still have a long way to go until I reach my goal, but I think I can do my best while having fun!!

    As I entered my late 40's, my body started to show signs of wear and tear, so I decided to take a step back and regain my health. And since I can't train alone, I was looking for a personal training gym. However, since most gyms are located in front of Sendai Station and cannot be accessed by car, it has been difficult to get into them. However, this gym is located in the suburbs, has a parking lot, and is easy to get to, so I decided to participate in the trial session. The trainers are also friendly, give me proper theory, and push me to the point where I can't walk every time (lol). It's been a month since I've been doing it twice a week, but my muscles are still sore. This seems to make me feel better so I'm going to continue using it. Added on 2024.3.19 Bench press 40kg during the trial I gained 105kg in a whole year😆

    All the trainers are nice and I enjoy coming every time♪ I didn't originally like exercise, and even when I did muscle training on my own, I couldn't keep up with it, but since coming here, I've been able to continue training even though I get bored easily! Up until now, I often went to a chiropractor due to stiff shoulders and lower back pain, but after training here, I no longer need to go to a chiropractor at all. He pushes me to the point where my muscles hurt every time, so my body is getting toned up little by little!

    Even though I thought I had to do it, I couldn't keep up any muscle training for long, but thanks to the trainers, I've been able to stay on top of my diet and have fun while keeping an eye on both diet and exercise! Thanks to you, I've lost weight, gained muscle, and my posture has improved, so I've grown taller lol. I'll continue to do my best.

    I started going there at the end of the year because I wanted to exercise and build up my strength. I often bring my children there, and I am grateful that they accept me. I thought that if I didn't get personal training, I would be too easy on myself and wouldn't know if I was using the correct form, so going here was the right thing to do. They also give me advice about meals, so it's encouraging to be there until I reach my goals. I want to keep it this way, so I'm not thinking about anything else at the moment.

    I started going here to lose weight due to lack of exercise. Thanks to training once a week and managing my diet, I'm gradually losing weight that I hadn't been able to lose before! Also, the trainer monitors my physical condition and adjusts the amount of training, so I can continue without straining myself, which is great! ! If you do muscle training alone at home, your willpower will be weak and you won't be able to keep up with it, so I recommend training at least once a week to move your body and refresh your mind.

    It's been about a month since I started attending, and I'm asking for a course of 8 visits. On Saturdays and Sundays, I have reservations available from 8am in the morning and from 6pm in the evening, which is helpful because I can attend according to my family's convenience. The trainers are different each time, but they all make it fun. We also ask for dietary guidance, and we now manage our meals using an app. Up until now, I had thought that all I had to do was eat a meal that I thought was somehow healthy, but now I'm not only concerned about calorie intake, but also fat and carbohydrates, and I'm reconsidering my eating habits. It is also a good opportunity to reconsider. I want to do my best to reach my goal as quickly as possible.

    I work hard at muscle training here once a week, both to relieve my daily lack of exercise and for anti-aging. I used to pay money every month to go to the gym in my free time, but I ended up going only 5 or 6 times a year. I can't do my best when I'm alone, but when I have a trainer with me who encourages me and pushes me a little when I'm struggling, I can do my best. After all, a personal gym is great. What's more, even though it's personal, it's cheap and reasonable. Both the handsome trainers and the bright and cute female trainers who speak English are very friendly, making it a place where you can have fun and feel at ease without worrying about anything. The fatigue from your daily work will become a pleasant soreness, and you will be able to sleep soundly. thank you. I look forward to working with you.

    Although it was a personal gym with a high barrier to entry, I was attracted by the attractive pricing and decided to join. When I entered, I was surprised to see the trainers politely greeting me and even showing me off. I am grateful to you for training me with detailed guidance within a reasonable range. I would like to continue to aim for the body type I want with the support of my trainer.

    I'm grateful that they look at my movements and give me advice (^^) I haven't been exercising for a long time and I thought I wouldn't be able to continue, but I'm really looking forward to going there and I'm surprised myself. I think that's because they interact with each person individually and make things fun and lively. The 50 minutes each time go by so quickly that I wish I could do more (^^) In terms of facilities, I think the nice thing about it is that there is a parking lot and water available!
