Never again! In order to activate a SIM card promptly, the official O2 solution was to drive to a shop. This requires a sum of money for the checkout for printing out a QR code and its small effort! This is very bold since it is an “official” O2 shop. Especially since as a customer I have nothing to do with the costs and pay my monthly amount! Answer: I was very happy to be in your shop and I can also tell you the date and time. It was the O2 shop at Weintraubenstrasse 30... And it was in May, so there shouldn't be any excuses anymore. Why is no invoice issued for the amount?! I would like to see the contract. Since I pay a monthly fee to o2, the service is included for me! Then demand the money from o2 for printing costs of less than 20 cents.
