Die durchzuführenden Übungen sind an den jeweiligen Geräten erklärt. Manchmal auf deutsch, aber auch auf englisch und einmal komischerweise auf französisch. :D Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich soweit zufrieden. :)

Ich trainiere seit ca. 1nem Jahr hier und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl an Geräten und anderem Equipment ist vielfältig. Die Trainingsfläche ist groß und bietet noch Platz für die Erweiterung des Gerätepools. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat oder auch einem individuellen Trainingsplan zur Seite. Leider gab es aber keine Einweisung, sogar nach den Umkleiden musste ich fragen. Erstellen eines Trainigsplanes kostet 10€. Das war bei der online Anmeldung anders angegeben. Nicht schön finde ich auch den Raum der Massageliege (der Lüfter pustet ein die ganze Zeit an) und die Duschen (kaum von der sehr kleinen Umkleide abgetrennt). NACHTRAG: in einem persönlichen Gespräch wurden die "Probleme" besprochen und nach Lösungen geschaut. Einen Trainingsplan habe ich nach einem tollen persönlichen Training mit dem Chef auch erhalten. Lediglich die kleinen Umkleiden/Duschen bleiben natürlich. Daher leider noch einen Stern Abzug.
