By far some of the most freshest and authentic sushi around. I was stationed in Japan for a little while and this place ranks as close to Japanese sushi as you can get. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is clean with a chill ambiance. You won't regret the experience.

I went there with a friend who likes sushi but I don't like sushi. I read they had other items on the menu that weren't sushi, which they did have. My friend said that the sushi was pretty good but I was disappointed with the cooked food. The shrimp tempura seemed to have a doughy substance between the shrimp and the outside crispy tempura. I had the hibachi shrimp and beef with vegetables. The beef was tough and overcooked. The entire dish tasted like it was cooked in a pot that had burned food residue in it. Maybe it's a Japanese efficiency thing but I found there continuous prodding to clean the dishes off the table to be rather annoying. It's not like they were busy either and wanted to make room for new customers quickly.

It's so cold inside, they could've set the room temperature little bit warmer since summer is over. Servers were nice and friendly with very attentive service and foods were flavourful and tasty. We'll be back maybe when they set the inside more cozy for us to eat

It wasn't a bad place to eat. The atmosphere was nice and the wait staff were friendly. I had the spicy shrimp miso soup. It had a nice flavor, but could have been served warmer. The salad was tasty. The sushi was reasonably good but the fish didn't have a lot of flavor to it.

I ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice with shrimp tempura sushi. The rice had egg shells in it. The sushi didn’t taste fresh it was cold. Yum-Yum sauce is a not complimentary it cost an extra $1. It wasn’t worth the $1 because it was poor quality and watery.

I love eating in and taking out at Sushi Tendou! I live close by, and it’s always a highlight of my week when I get to have their sushi. It’s so fresh and always has great presentation. My favorites are the salmon and eel hand rolls. They even throw in extra sushi rolls when I get take out!

I’ve been to Sushi Tendou at least once a month for the past half-year or so, and the food is always impeccable! The chefs and servers are wonderful, and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for anybody that wants a great sushi experience!

I love this place! Go to for lunch whenever I am there, just something about thier sushi is extra good!! David knows what he is doing & is an amazing chef & all the staff are the best !
