I
recently
had
a
highly
disappointing
experience
at
Eggsmart
that
left
me
frustrated
and
dissatisfied
with
their
customer
service.
As
a
customer
looking
to
have
breakfast
alone,
I
arrived
at
the
restaurant
only
to
find
that
all
the
smaller
tables
were
occupied.The
restaurant
had
3
large
tables
that
were
unoccupied,
two
could
sit
6
people
and
one
could
sit
8.
However,
when
I
approached
the
waitress
to
inquire
about
sitting
at
one
of
the
bigger
tables,
I
was
met
with
an
extremely
unwelcoming
response.
The
waitress,
without
any
attempt
at
empathy
or
understanding,
simply
refused
my
request
and
bluntly
stated
that
I
would
have
to
wait
until
one
of
the
smaller
tables
became
available.
When
I
questioned
the
reason
behind
this
policy,
she
dismissively
replied,
"I
don't
make
the
rules;
that's
the
policy."
Such
a
response
is
completely
unacceptable.
It
is
evident
that
the
waitress
lacked
any
willingness
to
provide
a
satisfactory
explanation
or
even
show
basic
courtesy.
Her
indifference
and
unwillingness
to
accommodate
my
reasonable
request
left
me
feeling
disrespected
and
undervalued
as
a
customer.
It
is
essential
for
any
establishment
to
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
create
a
welcoming
atmosphere.
Unfortunately,
this
Eggsmart
failed
to
meet
even
the
most
basic
standards
of
customer
service
during
my
visit.
I
found
their
policy
of
not
allowing
customers
to
sit
at
larger
tables
when
smaller
ones
are
occupied
to
be
arbitrary
and
inflexible.
This
rigidity
reflects
a
lack
of
consideration
for
individual
circumstances
and
the
unique
needs
of
their
customers.
If
anything
they
could
have
broken
off
one
of
the
small
tables
from
the
8
people
table
to
accommodate
one
person.
I
believe
that
a
successful
restaurant
should
strive
to
make
each
customer
feel
valued
and
appreciated,
regardless
of
the
size
of
their
party.
In
this
case,
I
was
made
to
feel
like
an
inconvenience
simply
because
I
was
dining
alone.
This
discriminatory
treatment
is
not
only
disappointing
but
also
reflects
poorly
on
Eggsmart's
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
Based
on
my
experience,
I
cannot
recommend
this
Eggsmart
to
anyone
seeking
a
pleasant
dining
experience.
The
lack
of
empathy
and
inflexible
policies
demonstrated
by
the
waitress
have
left
me
with
a
negative
impression
of
the
establishment
as
a
whole.
I
hope
that
Eggsmart
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
reevaluates
their
customer
service
practices,
ensuring
that
every
customer
is
treated
with
the
respect
and
consideration
they
deserve.
