Recently opened Papa John's location provided exceptional customer service and amazing pizza. The pizza here is much better than pizzas at other close by pizza stores. Ordering online made it really convenient as there is a rewards system too. I would highly recommend their pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Philly steak pizzas especially when they have promo codes available. It can get quite busy but the staff were very friendly and patient with everyone that came. Overall, would recommend coming here again

Had a family combo for take out,2 medium pizza with garlic knots. It took about 15min wait and pizzas are cooked in front of me. Very fresh and tasty, but the portion is a bit smaller than expected .

Gave a 5 star rating previously, but didn't write a review back then about 7 months ago. Now updated with a review for a new July 11, 2021 visit in store. Ordered 2x 4 topping large pizza, pepperoni, sausage, bacon and mushrooms. Well it still gets 5 stars from me. First of all the server was really attentive and friendly. Told me order would take about 10-15 mins, so I waited outside in my car. When the time came to pick up the pizzas the server saw me coming toward entrance, she was already prepared and had my order ready for me and came outside and gave me the pizzas. The pizzas were so fresh and tasty, had the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. So happy there is a location so close to me, I've even downloaded the app so, I can order in advance in the future and I definitely will.

Consistently good pizza results when ordering from this location. Compared to your standard franchise pizza store, the portions are on par, the amount of toppings seems more than others, and I must say they cook it very much the way I like it and never under- or over-cooked. Service is always fast (I usually pick up myself) and customer representatives are always courteous and professional.

We had been customers of this Papa John's for a long time. I must say that pizza and papadias are awesome, very delicious and the staff are really kind. Recently, I had a complain about a pizza because had much dough with a few toppings in it. The customer service contact me and explain the situation and apologized for the inconvenient. It was surprising because not many places hear their customers. Papa John's satisfy expectations from their customers, keep their service in excellence. Thank you for that.

Great experience at this location. Most Saturdays are Papa John pizza days for our family. Great quality pizza! This is our kids preferred choice of pizza. We order through the app with no issues. Friendly and kind staff. Great deals too, we always order the large 4 topping special. Highly recommend this location!

Taste better than Pizza Hut pizzas. Will go back for sure. Staff are very friendly. Wings are delicious. My son loves their brownies. I will try Garlic Knots and Poppers next time.

Out of all the chain brand pizza places, this location is always consistently good. Their pizza never let's me down. Customer service is pretty good too.

We had never tried Papa John's before and were very pleasantly surprised. Nice balance of ingredients, Cooked just right. We'll likely order from here again. Hint: Stick to the classics and never order a thin crust from anywhere (why would anyone pay for less product?)

The staff are patient and friendly, food is well made and well priced. Quality of ingredients and options available are plenty. Mixing and matching for veggie pizza is a plus. Papadias are the best thing. Thank you for a great experience each time.

This is my go to takeout joint when I need a pizza. The staff here are friendly and the pizzas are always done right with the perfect amount of toppings. Prices are fair when you order online using discount codes. The Butter Chicken sauce is top notch and it's vegetarian!

I visited this store and ordered a very typical sort of pizza. I had eaten the same crust and toppings' combination from a competing brand in North York and I went in to order just that from here - very reluctantly, since my first experience with the pizza's taste wasn't good. However hats off to Vaishnavi at the store who prepared it quite well and changed my perceptions altogether. Very courteous and prompt customer service displayed by her. Tasty food and adhered commitments. Sure recommend. Would be great if the store had some provisions (atleast standing tables) to enable dine-in facilities too.

We ordered a 4 topping large pizza and 10pc chipotle honey chicken. The sauce on the chicken was overflowing which totally ruined the product. The pizza lacked the topping very much. Each slice had literally 2 pieces of pineapple and mushroom each (considering a large pizza). First time ordering at this location and my experience was terrible due to the very less toppings.
