Soo have patience with me this is gonna take long . we ordered our pizza at 12:02 am we got our pizza at 1:00 am so technically we are entitled to get free pizza so naturally we asked for free , the delivery guy was so rude he didn’t even listen and told to call customer service to get free one , we did and we got free one !!! No no hang in there , this is not end when we opened the box the pizza was so burnt that it was not even feasible to eat .. so we called customer service they where were ready to give away same order another time this time it was around 1:05 am and mind well the store closes at 2:00 am they still have 55 minutes to make up ( spoiler alert : we are just 650 m away from the shop ) . And when the clock strike 2:00 am we called customer service to locate our pizza .. now the customer service representative rude and told us that the guys are just waiting outside ( spoiler alert : no one was there ) then after few minute we get call from no caller id ( possibly : delivery guy ) that they are coming in 2-3 minutes .. Wait for it ... they didn’t show up So now after ordering our pizza at 12 :00 am we didn’t get any pizza we were waiting up to 2:30 ( total waste of 2:30 hours ) and we couldn’t even call customer service after 2:15 am So feel free to give me insight how can somebody be so negligent ??!!!!!!! And believe me one star is only because google didn’t allow me to give none

Good place to order a pizza of your choice. They will make it the way you want. Friendly staff. They should leave the washrooms open for public without asking them for the key. The rest is nice.

There was a big piece of a blue rubber glove in my pizza and all you offered me was a credit that expired in 6 months. And then after much argument you gave in and provided a refund. You could’ve done better to avoid this review.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. I had late night cravings and this definitely satisfied my needs. You have to understand I am a person that is very active and goes to the gym everyday so I’m pretty aware of what I eat. Having said that this pizza was the most amazing cheat meal I’ve ever had period compared to other pizza pizzas. This pizza was not just made with dough cheese and sauce. This pizza was made with love and care. They provided such an amazing mouth watering experience that I will never forget. I will always come back to this location to order this pizza. Amazing. 10/10 love the food love the service, the lady at the cash was very nice and made smalll talk while I was ordering my pizza. She definitely creates a customer bond and trust for customers because that pizza was goood.

The night cashier the one who is a girl is not good with the customer services talk very rudely im also working in a food service industry and im also cashier , but I will never treat customers like that like that will really effect the goodwill of the store in the market and just because of one person whole store sales can get effect , I request owner to please deal into this matter so we can get a fine experience while giving order .

This is the second time I ordered jalapeños poppers and they literally burned it. I visited this store couple of time in the last month and night staff is very rude. Very disappointed with their service. The store wasn’t even busy when I went to pick up.

This is for only the guy who was working on Jan 29, i went their around 8 PM for pick up my pizza he made my veggie pizza so fabulous he is so good at making pizza's keep it up

We ordered two medium pizza .. it was pretty good and after that we ordered one half moon … it was actually raw and when we say them … staff replied very rudely with that it is was it is . Well, it was they first time that me and my friends experienced this kind of things !!!!

The place is well maintained. Follows the hygiene protocol. The cashier recommended best deals according to our needs. The slices are fresh and delicious. The pizza that we ordered were worth every penny; perfectly cooked, even taste through the pizza. Definitely a place to hang out with loved ones.

A very nice experience today. I took a Mediterranean pizza and the crust was perfectly crispy and the texture was amazing. I would definately recommend to anyone out there!

The order taker did not greet me when i entered and i asked her what the walk in special was and she named them without saying the prices. After i ordered a pizza i noticed the tables had crumbs on them so i sat at a cleaner looking table and it was sticky. I asked the order taker if she could clean it.she said in five minutes. she wiped the table very badly and weak, I said that she missed a spot and she wiped it again the same way and said to me i could move to a different table. And i replied that the other tables are dirty. Then the cook asked her something in thier language and asked me what was wrong i told him what happened and he said are you sitting at all the tables?. I said what? And he said she can't clean all the tables. I said i never told her to clean all of them. I just want my table cleaned. He said he don't have time to clean the tables. And said to me to have a seat.i told him he didn't understand what the issue is and he wouldn't take responsibility for the messy lobby. The washroom also was filthy. I lost my appetite and got a refund. The cook refused to give his name and the order taker lied and said she doesn't know his name.

Purposely ordered for the Crave coupon from their Crave Combo. Get there and the staff there say that they ran out of coupons and that the offer already ended. They could at least call us to tell us or offer free dipping sauce or drink as compensation, but they didn’t. We called customer service to see if they could email us the coupon, and after they spoke to the manager of the location we ordered from, they said they’ll give us an extra coupon the next time we order from them.. which doesn’t make sense considering they said they ran out and the offer already ended.

I recently visited a Pizza Pizza location and had the pleasure of interacting with the cashier on duty. I found them to be friendly, efficient, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, quickly processed my order, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They were also able to make helpful suggestions when I was unsure of what to order. Overall, I had a great experience with the cashier and would recommend this location to others.

We order sweet potato fries in a cup but they give me the fries in a brown paper bag with a lot of oil, and it looks like a garbage food it's so disgusting. The service was so poor I visit the store today June 24, 2023 at 11 pm I want to post the picture of the item but it's not available in the comments section.. There a lot room to improve your service very poor not recommended this store

Pizza pizza are best option for a pizza lover , I have tried a lot of stores in this area but this store is an exception it's really an amazing experience to have food here. I visited here last monday and I love the vibe pf this store except from the food the workers are also amazing and I fell in love with there new stuff crust overall it's worth a visit here
