Picked up a large Philly steak pizza on 1st September around 10.30 pm. The girl who took my order has no manners at all. She starts taking order and cuts me off to pick up a call. That’s fine and when i am done ordering she charges the full amount whereas theres a 8ft big sign outside saying “50% off on all large and medium pizza at menu price” and when i tell her “ isn’t it 50% off” she gives me eye rolls. And as shown in the picture one half of the pizza has no cheese and little toppings. I mean if you dont like your job then why you even working lol. Most people here giving 5 star reviews cause apparently that girl gives you a free can of drink if you write good reviews lmao. Manager should train their employees better and not just pick anyone to represent their brand.

Found 3 pieces of bone in my slice and was told because it wasn't the same day that I complained about it, they wouldn't do anything in regards to BONE in my PIZZA. If it was a different ingredient, sure I understand, but 3 PIECES OF BONE!! I have pictures as well, and have reported it to the head office. Just waiting to hear back. Edit: Store has yet to contact me back, and I let it slide. Today I go in for a walk in special for a 1 topping Medium pizza @ $7.99. When I asked about it, Simran immediately started raising her voice at me. I asked her to take a look at the sign that clearly states "1 topping medium pizza for $7.99" which she refused to do, and instead, tells me it's a small 1 topping for $6.99. There was another customer with me who heard the whole conversation, and asked to me to show him the sign. He then came into the store with me and confirmed this. I then brought the sign to her since she refused to come and see it herself and wants to assume that im not reading correctly. Even after that, Simran continued to yell at me and I've left a report to Domino's head office. Stop letting people with garbage customer service skills work in customer service environments, especially those that hardly speak English.

This is probably the worst Domino's Pizza store in my neighborhood. I went there last week to reedmen a coupon, which I got during the promotional purchase for sick kids. The lady at the customer service told me they do not accept these types of coupons. She also verified with two other persons over the phone, possibly the manager and the owner, and finally refused to give me the pizza. The coupon has an expiry date on August 15, and can be redeemable to any Domino’s pizza store. No restrictions. I went to another Domino’s store. This store had a very excellent customer service and gave me the pizza without any questions. When I told them about the other store, they explained-the other store should not dishonour this coupon. This was distributed by the head office. Since this is a complementary pizza, they did not want to give it to you. In a competitive market, this is such a damaging decision for a small savings. They refused the coupon and eventually send me to another store to redeem it. I will never go back to this store who lie with their customer.

Decent place with some space to dine in. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Good spot to take away

I came here on a Christmas day (today, December 25), it seems like the store is not so busy today. I ordered a custom pizza for my husband and I, we enjoyed the pizza, it was crispy and tasted great. There was only one employee at the store (her name is Talwinderjit), she was nice and helpful. I will come back in the future.

The cuisine at this particular hashery was adequate in the sense that it replaced calories burned by the expenditure of energy required to perform various physical and mental tasks on a day to day basis. Beauty is truly in the taste buds of the beholder; and with that consideration, taste is truly relative to the individuals experience in other areas. From personal terms, I can state that I have had my calories replaced in a manner that was much more stimulating in other venues, although I cannot make the claim that this particular joint did not at least in some way trigger a release of dopamine resulting from the ingestion of saucy, Italian originated nourishment. Will I return to this particular eatery? Philosophically speaking, we never actually know what our future holds, whether it’s on a day-to-day, week-to-week or even year-to-year basis. Given the statistical likelihood that I’ll be in a state of existence that renders me consciously able to return, I would consider it, but not above a small number of other cafeterias located in the general vicinity that I have semi-frequented and found myself to enjoy more in the temporary physical sense.

Woman who answered the phone order was really nice and polite. She really knows how to deliver good customer service. The pizza was made perfectly exactly the way I asked. Even in person, she was professional and efficient. Because of her, I'll come back in the future.

Ordered 6 pan pizza. They messed up with all pizza. Not evenly made. Use different sauce at base. Worst customer service. Not recommend at all this store. 😡

Ordered pizza and wings from here. I Order the same thing everytime. Person on the phones first language is not English and has comprehension problem. I show up and see my pizza order is wrong toppings. I explain that my pizza is incorrect and will just be taking my wings calmly. The lady tells me I am the one wrong and demands I pay for both. I tell her maybe if English is too difficult to understand perhaps she should not be the one on the phone taking orders. She says they will take down my number and I'm banned, jokes on her I had no plans to return. I had been coming for years but no more and I've told anyone I can.

Made an online order and when I got there they told me they canceled it. I asked why they said they called me to confirm the order and I didn't answer. They had to call head office to redeem the order details and I wait for my pizza which defeated the purpose of me ordering online ahead of time.

My first redemption for "free" pizza using my points did not go well at this location. I ordered two additional toppings on my veggie pizza. I received a pizza with no tomato sauce and a few spinach leaves. My "easy on the cheese" request seemed like it was ignored. It was an hour before closing, so maybe that was the issue? If I am in the area, I will avoid this location.

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff, clean store, has a lot of specialty pizzas, and tastes good! ❤️
