Pizza was bad, did not follow my order, fries were hard and not fully cooked. only good thing was dipping sauce. Asked to cook fries employee yelled at me and made fun of my disability. He told me that i look like a monkey in a wheel chair. He then charged me full price for a small bag of chips. Horrible location, bad customer service. Employee made inappropriate jokes, slandered my weight and made fun of my visible disability. People in wheel chairs should not be made fun of, or called a monkey! I will be filing a formal human right complaint!

Ordered a pepperoni slice, and it tastes better than pizza nova in my personal opinion Service was also topnotch (11/24/23 10:40 pm)

I ordered pizza and wings here, the staff themselves is nice and quick working. But the wings, they didn't "toss" them well, and they got the sauce wrong (completely different from what I ordered ) but it was still good anyways, and they got the pizza perfect, probably the best pizza in my area! The place has good food but they just need to get orders right.

Overall good experience with location and the staffs are so friendly. Yesterday, me and my family went to this location for dine-in. The billing staff was more informative and provided various options to choose. The chef understood the need for kids and made the pizza as exactly as we want. It was so delicious. Kudos to this store :-)

Best pizza pizza in the area. They are so generous with all the toppings and pizza's are always cooked to perfection. Would recommend anyone to try the pizza's and the very bootyfull, sexy, and cute employees 😉 here

Pizza not cooked well and customer support and pizza pizza are not helping telling that they cooked it properly. The store staff specifically pizza maker was so rude and don’t know how to speak and doesn’t know how to speak with customer. He start arguing by stating I m working since 10 years and this is how pizza make? However they replaced whole pizza later but still… Truly dissatisfied this time :(

The other day I stopped by Pizza Pizza at Kennedy and Passmore and was served by Shiven Middha - he was very pleasant and helpful. I wish everyone was like him - very considerate and made sure I was happy. Oh yeah, the food was great. Thank you Sir.

Billing lady doesn't meet with smile. She is irritated all the time . They must welcm every one with smile... so our mood stays good .not only music gonna make us happy . Please work on your service and team members behaviour.

Washrooms were very dirty with no tissue paper or wipes. Very unpleasant experience. Urine on the bathroom floor.

Probably the issue is with this specific outlet alone. Got my pizza order after some 15-20 mins of wait time. It was just me there, and wasn't any rush hour either. Got my pizza which was just mildly cooked and mostly uncooked, struggled to eat even a single slice! Took it home and cooked the same pizza myself! Never again, and switching to other options for pizza.

We went to this location just now ordered thin crust pizza and diet coke We received order after 30 minutes We asked for well done Instead of diet coke we received regular coke which was neglected but pizza was not cooked at right temperature Spending 46 dollars is not a joke to eat this uncooked pizza. After showing to the staff Staff yelled at us and also keep shouting i stead of listening to our complaints He was very very rude He also said we should not teach him anything since he is working for couple of years and kept shouting

Overall good experience but the boy who is working in kitchen is very much unfriendly with cashier but the cashier is very good the girl who is working at front is too good but the boy don’t have any sense how to treat customers

Bad experience ever. The person who was facing customers on POS was so rude. I don't know the name of him but we were there on 17 June sunday evening around 7.45 PM. He said that be quick to order we have other customers as well. Also we ordered regular crust pizza and got thin crust pizza. He was not accepting his mistake as well. He didn't know what the customer service called.

Purchase 10 wings and got nine, when I call customer service giving Al my receipt information they can't find anything after holding the line for 8mins or so. Then he transferred me where no one answered I held on for another 8min or so....the worst service.But it's a mafia going on with the wings. I give al the information from my receipt,ref# and the gentleman on the other side of the phone said there wasn't any evidence of my purchase.
