Writing this review while waiting in line for my amazing pizza. Clean location with friendly staff. Ordered the food online....

This place only operates well when the manager is in. He seems like a good guy and I have respect for him. But when he’s not there, the service goes down hill. Lots of orders backed up , 4-5 staff members in the back while no one is manning the cash. They don’t put the dips in bags even if I order 3+.

I am a regular customer of this particular Pizza Pizza location. Most of the time, the pizza is of acceptable quality. However, for the last 3 times, the experience has been worse of all. For two times, I ignored. I too work in a restaurant and know the rush - therefore ignored it. For the third time, it was too much. Found two hairs - one on the pizza and one on the dipping sauce. I asked for Well Done and it was not even Done properly. It wasn’t even properly cooked. The dough was really uncooked. Please take these issues into consideration. Spending a considerable sum on food and getting this quality - simply not acceptable. Please respond!

I always come here because the staff is friendly, the customer care is fantastic, and the vibe in the shop is wonderful! The food is always freshly prepared and perfectly cooked! The nicest part of delivery is that it happens quickly, even during rush time. Even so, I recommend others to visit this pizza pizza!

Best food and customer service in town always fresh served with smile and fast best management in the whole pizza pizza chain ! Walked in best slices and with great smile thanks !wow I just visited again so fabulous

The owner was so kind when we were ordering. Came in with my parents and he was so helpful when they took their time. Helped us customize our pizzas so it was exactly what they wanted. Excellent service!

I had panner pizza large size .., really enjoyed the taste. Also great great service.

I ordered medium two pizzas 1 was uncooked, unchewable and the other one was overcooked and the quality of cheese was less than the original quantity and they added too much Kalamata olives the pizza taste was too salty . I am really disappointed with this service. Beside that i just founded peice of pepperoni sticked outside the box and I am 100% vegetarian that was really worst thing ever happen to me from pizza pizza .

Didn’t ask for thin crust, told the guy who made it. H could care less moreover tried telling me that’s what you paid for. Good job loser.

We usually order from this location twice every month and the quality is acceptable. However, last night, we received raw pizza. It wasn’t cooked properly and we were able to taste the dough. It was all dough. Spent $30 but didn’t got the expected quality. I hope such instances are taken into consideration so that appropriate quality food can be delivered.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I had. I enjoyed everything about the pizza's. The dough, the cheese, the perfectly cooked toppings. The pizzas ordered were of exceptional quality 'hot and tasty'. Special shout-out to "RAMIN" for always treating his customers like family and providing GREAT AND AMAZING SERVICE. I would definitely come back here again :).

Ramin and Rafi are amazing. Usually I dont like pizza pizza but this location does it right. Great cuatomer service. Always made properly. Well done is always golden brown and they dont cheap out on toppings. If I have an issue, whixh is rare, it gets rectified ASAP. Come here twice a week.

The guy at the cash counter was impeccable and the service the food the ambience was exceptional I would love to rate it 10 out of 10 if there would have been a option but for now it will be 5 star 🌟 🤩 😃

On the night of 31st they wouldn’t take any orders. They never specified why and were not communicating properly, but when I met the store owner he cleared everything up. I am satisfied with how respectful and apologetic he was about that day. Amazing service
