They are really helpful and they went the extra mile to ensure I had my travel test done on time. Even a snow storm wouldn't stop them! Despite the uncertainty of the situation, they kept me updated and that really made them stand out!

Mornelle has been our families pharmacy for years. All the staff is friendly and they make a point to fill your prescription quickly. They have the best prices and also offer free delivery! Would highly recommend.

The staff is always kind and welcoming. They are very prepared for the rush hours, unlike a lot of other pharmacies. More than fair with their prices too. I would say this place is worth the extra drive!

Three constructive comments from my perspective as a family doctor: 1. What kind of pharmacy opens at 9 AM? You're not a family-run, lazy little town drugstore, but a big chain pharmacy in the country's largest city. Get with the times, folks. 2. It's a major challenge calling-in prescriptions. It's bad enough that you open at 9 AM when most clinic days are well underway. but there isn't even an option to leave a verbal orders after-hours on VM, as I might at Shoppers. Do you not want the business? 3. You're one of the least-reliable pharmacies at faxing family doctors for renewal requests. We're all busy. Still - please don't tell folks you'll be faxing me if there's a 50/50 chance you won't. The patient then calls my office upset, assuming I'm sitting on the prescription. Thanks for considering these - I hope you'll agree that these are very reasonable areas where improvements could be made.

The pharmacist here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to get a rapid test done and he was able to get it done quickly and answered any potential questions I had. Highly recommended and will go back!

They have incredible customer service. I had to get my travel PCR test on the day of the horrible snow storm and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it done in time. I reached out to Anand and he made sure that everything went as planned. He even had to drive to work with all the snow! I am glad I booked my test with them.

They are always one notch up. Never had any difficulty in 18 years. All the staff are well knowledgeable and possess very good customer skills. Their free delivery service is amazing especially since I'm partially disabled. I can go on and on.
