Where
do
I
start.
To
begin,
The
brown
guy
who
answers
calls
is
absolutely
vile
and
completely
incompetent.
He's
a
child
working
at
a
pharmacy
with
no
respect
for
customers
and
has
hardly
any
idea
about
what
is
going
on.
This
pharmacy
Charged
me
192$(they
wanted
to
charge
me
222$
but
i
fought
)
for
a
medicine
that
costs
150$.
They
overcharged
me
by
40$
for
their
own
incompetence
and
I
had
to
pay
out
of
pocket
with
money
that
I
didn't
have
because
I
was
out
of
time.
The
pharmacist
is
extremely
rude(
a
lady)
who
also
told
me
that
their
time
was
wasted
when
in
actuality
they
mismanaged
my
prescriptions
and
didn't
actually
fill
it
properly
as
I
had
requested.
She
also
lied
to
my
face
that
i
had
told
her
that
I'm
flying
out
tonight
when
I
told
her
I'm
flying
tomorrow
morning.
Then
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
to
come
back
next
week-
I
am
out
of
country
I
say
to
her-
and
her
ridiculous
response-
you'll
come
back
to
canada.
Ummm..what
part
of
a
30
day
medicine
is
so
difficult
to
understand?
I
need
a
30
day
medicine
because
I'm
GONE
FOR
30
DAYS!
I
had
asked
these
folks
before
my
scripts
came
in
what
the
total
would
be
for
30
pieces
of
medication
and
they
told
me
it
will
be
150$
and
some
change.
They
also
told
me
that
my
script
only
had
a
refill
for
20
and
I
told
them
to
fill
that
and
fill
the
rest
as
soon
as
the
script
comes
in
for
the
remaining
10
which
was
Monday
and
the
brown
guy
told
me
that's
completely
fine
and
he
never
mentioned
that
there
would
be
any
additional
charges.
Also
to
note-
I
asked
for
my
medicine
on
Thursday
and
they
were
filling
it
by
Monday
which
is
an
incredibly
long
time.
I
agreed
despite
not
being
happy
with
that
time.
I
picked
the
medicine
and
paid
122$
and
when
i
called
2
days
after,
these
incompetent
people
had
not
filled
the
remainder
of
my
medicine
and
had
the
guts
to
tell
me
that
other
people
were
before
my
refill
which
is
absolutely
ridiculous
and
wrong.
I
had
to
fight
to
get
my
script
filled
by
them.
I
fought
with
them
for
a
good
10
minutes
in
person
and
I
have
to
say
that
I
have
not
experienced
such
unprofessional
behavior
at
any
other
pharmacies.
I
cannot
believe
how
incompetent
and
extremely
RUDE
these
two
people
working
at
the
pharmacy
are.
They
need
to
be
fired
and
replaced
asap.
I
will
only
return
to
the
pharmacy
if
the
owner
is
present
and
does
something
to
rectify
this
situation
that
happened
today.
Absolutely
horrible
experience.
