Chris!! Is all I can say. He is such a great guy and rep for the company and is always there to answer any questions I may have! He is the best of the best. 3 months later and I'm enjoying my hot tub and me time when I can squeeze it in with my 4 crazy 🤪 boys! Thank you Chris and team you guys rock !!!!

I purchased the enamor plug in play hot tub from Chris at Pioneer family pools. It's been 2 years since then and my family loves everything about our spa. The assistance and support I receive from Pioneer is second to none and highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone looking for endless family fun. The plug and play units they sell are very affordable and easy to fit into your backyard. Nothing beats the smile on my childs face when it's spa time at my house. Thanks Pioneer family pools.

We recently purchased our first Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools in Newmarket and had excellent service. Chris Currah did an amazing job from start to finish, answering any questions or concerns we had. He was always available every step of the way and provided updates throughout the process. The other staff members have also been very welcoming and friendly each time we enter the store. 10/10 all round!!!

We can't say enough good things about the experience spearheaded by Chris Currah in purchasing our first hot tub: the Hotspring Pulse!! We absolutely love it! Our purchase began in January this year after hearing good things about Pioneer here in Newmarket and about Chris; it made sense to visit, talk and eventually (not long) purchase. The installation finalized last week as we decided to put in a concrete pad and had to wait that long due to weather conditions. From the start Chris was in regular communication with us to ensure everything was on track. He came to measure and verify a tight but acceptable path down the side of our house to ensure an easy delivery. When that time came, the delivery guys took it all in stride and were very professional. A couple days later, David came to setup the salt system and was in and out within an hour; he is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our experience and appreciate all the Chris has done for us on this long journey!

We get thw Xs model and Chris was the guy that guides us through all the process of getting or first spa . First of all, the hot tub was to arrive at the end of September and surprisingly it came early. Jay and Mark came to install the spa, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. We had a small problem with the the drain of the hot tub which was resolved within days upon installation. We are very impressed with the size, quality, and comfort the tub provides. It is much more spacious then we had anticipated but really love the size. Managing the chemicals has been a learning curve but we are getting the hang of it with the support of the people at Pioneer. We very much recommend taking the time to read the manual because there is a lot to understand that can make the experience more enjoyable. Very happy with the choice and purchase. Great company and great friendly staff! Chris Currah was great to deal with. He answered all my questions via email quickly even on his days off. I was on vacation when the crew came in and set my pool up. Nice surprise when I got back. They plumbed it in the week I got back and it was ready to go. Fantastic!!

Ordered the Innova Stream Spa at the end of December. Delivery came end of January. Jay & Mark delivered and were very pleasant! They were helpful in explaining the set up and answering our questions. Chris has been very helpful also! We can call or text anytime with questions and he's always there to help! Overall it's been a wonderful experience with the staff! The tub is also great, working well! Had it hard wired and the temperature holds steady at 104. It has even hit 105 on a few occasions!
