Visited on a Saturday morning. Not too busy for the time of day. Had coffee and caramel shortbread which is great once you get over the price. Visited lots of locations owned by this chain and usually have some issue with cleanliness. However not the case here. Very clean toilets and tables, quick efficient service. Great experience.

My 78yr old dad kindly treated us to breakfast.only when I opened up this toastie this is what I found. For the price you charge for what you get its absolutely disgusting, no taste 1 side is just bread not toasted.This is not how you advertise on your website so unfortunately you won't know until it arrives. If anyone is thinking of ordering this think again and save your money. Disappointed.

I love the reward scheme (even though they're upping it from 8 coffees to 10) and the coffee is good albeit a little inconsistent. The sweet treats are better than the saviirity stuff held in the fridges but I can only go here when I've saved up; Costa is pricey.

Good staff, prompt service I would like to see more sofas/chilled seats

We love their choice of hot and cold drinks. Good quality but huge queues always...We love this place but can't deny lack of staff leads to dirty tables full of trays and cups from previous customers especially on the first level.
