Why is my bowl not even full 😭😭. Like I’m not expecting it to be overflowing but this is half empty. Staff were really nice though. I walked back to my office, ready to eat because I was hungry and ready for it to hit the spot…. And this is what I see when I open the container. Really skimping out on portions. I paid $15 for this. So disappointing.

When the sizzling plate of Chicken on the Rock arrived at my table, I was immediately captivated by the aroma and presentation. The chicken was grilled to perfection, with beautiful grill marks that promised a flavorful bite. Placed on a hot rock, it continued to cook before my eyes, ensuring that every morsel was tender, juicy, and infused with smoky goodness. The chicken itself was exceptional. It was marinated with a blend of herbs and spices that elevated the flavor to new heights. Each bite was succulent and packed with a delightful combination of savory and aromatic notes. The grilling process on the rock added a unique touch, imparting a subtle smokiness that enhanced the overall experience.

I had a doctor's appointment and noticed that there was an Osmow's in the same plaza when I pulled in. I was excited because I have heard of the restaurant but have never had a chance to eat there. I was good and hungry and ordered myself a lamb shawarma wrap with sticks added. (French fries in the wrap). $15, and what was handed to me seemed quite thin and small for the price. More than I've ever paid for any other Shawarma wrap I've ever had, and definitely the tiniest. I went back to my car and started eating rather than driving home first. I was glad I did because a few bites in, I couldn't help but notice that I had yet to hit a single French fry. Since I was still in the parking lot, I went back in and mentioned this to the girl behind the counter. She asked to see the wrap, she took a look and said "oh I forgot" and immediately checked the shawarma into the garbage. I was shocked! I couldn't believe how thoughtless and wasteful it was. I would have happily accepted a side of fries and been on my way. "It's fine I'll make you a new one." Okay... Any other establishment like this that I go to, if they make a mistake, they usually allow you to keep the item and make you a new one in the correct way. I didn't feel entitled, but I never expected it would just go in the trash. She quickly made a new wrap, I'll give her that, but again, this wrap was so thin, I think even thinner than the first. I got back to my car, and again took a few bites. Nothing. So I decided to deal with a mess and opened it up. 5 fries. FIVE! Not even all full sized. And they were ice cold. It cost $1.50 to add fries to your wrap. Unbelievable. There wasn't much of anything in it to be honest. And with or without the fries, I've had much better Shawarma elsewhere. I've gotta say, I don't know what all the hype is about. Not at all impressed, and no need to go back to this location, and likely any others. My money is better spent elsewhere.

Love this place and was super courteous and Diya helped customizing our order. It's our go to Osmow's location now. Best thing is it's open 24/7.

Bad! Too spicy! I stayed two hours in the line on national shawarma day to get chixken shawarmas, and they gave me two without even a single piece of chicken in it. Too bad. I couldn’t make it to again to the restaurant to make a complaint. But I lodged it online. Nobody got back to mee. Along with that i bought two chicken on the rocks, they were yummy but they added too much spice on it.

I ordered shawarma on rocks. Instead getting yellow rice ended up with white rice with sauce. I’m a big fan of Osmow’s since many days. You can see the color below which turned after mixing with sauces.

Osmow's became so poor that they couldn't afford quality in garlic and chef Mr. Mukul was irresponsive on it. Mr. Chef says they change the recipe daily and cannot assure the same taste.
