Katie did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. I hadn’t had it cut for over a year and have lots of trust issues from bad haircuts in the past. She knew exactly what I was after, answered all my questions and gave amazing advice. My hair is so much healthier now and I’ve gotten so many compliments since. So happy with the service, definitely recommend!

Had my eyebrows laminated with Rachel and it was a fantastic experience. Rachel made me feel very at ease and listened to what I wanted from the appt so attentively. The wax and lamination process was flawless and I loved the massage in between! Absolutely obsessed with the results. Highly recommend, I’ll be back!

Always happy with my brow experience at Ra Ra and if I’ve ever needed a touch up for whatever reason Rach has always been super helpful and done it asap. The most lovely surprise is the light massage throughout. I leave floating with fabulous brows!

The manager here is a head case. I specifically asked for handmade only as the pre.made fans irritate my eyes. When I realised how fast she was going I asked her if she was making the fans and she assured me she was. Within 48 hours my eyes were itching and they started falling out and well guess what was falling out "Premade fans". When I waited 2 weeks I called back to make an appointment and was told I was not allowed back at the salon as I made the technical uncomfortable. Well maybe the manager should tell the truth when booking in. When I questioned the manager about the premise she still advised they were handmade but as I have extensive knowledge I simply explained the difference to which she advised well then you must know and hung up. I would reccomend going to Belle Cherie. She is amazing and was honest and she used premade fans with sensitive glue and they lasted 6 weeks. I have to edit my response as I am not able to reply to your response. Yes I did do my appointment last year, I went to Belle Cherie after our call and they were wonderful. Firstly, I did leave a 5 star review because as mentioned it was Constructive feedback not a complaint. The techmican was lovely and very experienced but the issue is you sold a lie and then tried to back that up in our last phone call by saying she did you handmade but she didnt. 2nd I was never ever inappropriate or rude to her we actually had conversation about her life, how she had just moved from Melbourne 3 moths prior, where she was living, how long she had been in the industry etc.. not sure how If I was this ride she would talk to me about her personal life. 3rd, it was not weeks before i called back Regardless the problem is the manager of the salon and as I said she lied and due to that lie she mislead a client to believe she was getting handmade lashes, just to get a sale. I truely believe the technician had no idea of my request. The response to my review is a clear indication of the managers professionalism. I still would not reccomend here.
