After moving an older hot tub into our new home, we looked to Bliss Leisure to help us make sure that we knew how to take care of it. The owner was patient when explaining to us, and offered tips on how to make it a more enjoyable spa experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quick lesson.

Owner Derrell is very nice and helpful. My first closing experience was a disaster. Boys couldn't find my address, weather was bad, then they got behind two days. Finally the team showed up, they did a great job, except that a few hours after they left I had to fish the bags of one side of the pool out that had fallen in, take them out (very heavy as they are full of water) and fix the tarp. Will definitely be saving the money to buy the $3k cover

If you are looking to finally invest in a pool for your home I would highly recommend Bliss pools. Kadel was amazing and very responsive throughout the entire year we were planning. He was fair with pricing and delivered on everything he promised at the scheduled times. don’t risk your hard earned money with any other company! I have heard horror stories about others . amazing experience from purchase to hot tubbing, (including delivery and install) The tub brand they sell is Canadian made (many other brands are not insulated properly). We shopped around for best value and we nailed it having bought from this company who really has worked out all the details.

I essentially paid over $300 to have a switch turned on and to have some shock thrown into the pool. I was told that the filter would get the leaves that were clumped in both the deep and shallow end, only to have another company come in to vacuum them and to explain that there is just no way the filter would have got all that was in there. Bliss came highly recommended through friends and family but I will not be using their services again. I'd have gone to 1-star if the tech that came had not been as nice as he was. Edited to one star. Why reply to the review asking me to reach out, only to never reply back to me after I do? Grossly unprofessional.

As new pool owners, the owner and staff have been very helpful and accommodating. They always make time to stop by to answer questions and fix issues even though they are busy. We needed a new pool heater and they were very helpful with selecting the proper one for our needs. Thank you!
