The first time I heard of osteopath therapy was by manager of this clinic. And I am so glad I chose this service. Mr. NAMEGH KHALEDI is truly a healer. He understands your muscles and bones problems better than orthopedic doctors/ surgeons . He helped me heal injuries from years ago. I recommend him to my family and friends, and now my family and friends are his patients. Even though this clinic is 1.5 hr away from my home. It is worth it.

I found this physiotherapy place incredibly helpful for my lower back pain. Initially, I was skeptical after the first session of electrotherapy and ultrasound, as I didn't feel immediate relief. However, by the second to third day, I noticed a significant improvement. Over two to three treatments, my lower back pain vanished. They not only treated the symptoms but also identified the root cause, allowing me to prevent future issues. The staff was sympathetic and kind throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I had shoulder pain from almost a year. A few sessions with “Fereshteh” and there is no sign of pain at all. The whole staff is too nice. A big thanks to Ferershteh and the team(Kavita and nice ladies at front desk) for all the help. I highly recommend this clinic.

This is not your average physio. Fereshteh takes the time to listen to your problems and carefully adapt her care and rehab techniques to get you back to doing the physical activities you love. She helped me get back to training at the gym in a sustainable way. Working out is something I can't live without. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fereshteh and the Physio Loft.

I went to this clinic due to GP’s referral over 2 years ago for heel spur issue and had been coming back and actually received treatments from their other offerings mainly due to their convenient location and weekend hours. I liked that they can direct bill to Insurance and I can easily pre-book an appointment. From someone who had been receiving chiro, massage, acupuncture, physio treatments from different places over the years, I’d say their treatments are fairly decent. They’d take you in 7-15 minutes(depends on service) later than you are scheduled. Their Customer service used to be the usual 3 stars for me but this year (2023), I experienced several mismanagements = you showed up for your appointment only to be turned away because the reception booked me in with a practitioner not skilled for the treatment I require & got all my THREE pre-booked appointments in a long weekend eventually got cancelled because the practitioner was actually given a day off when asked. The first scenario was rectified by them offering to try the actual service with a different practitioner instead. Being the treatment I need, I’ve been booking for it since then until I just had my 3rd cancellation from them this time again. For the later’s experience, that kind of business-move speak volumes on how this establishment really sees patient’s time, effort and well-being now. Patients schedule treatments depending on how your body heals so moving appointments frequently due to cancellations tells me to start choosing quality and reliability service over convenience for a healthier and less stressful life.
