I brought in a pair of boots I bought a month ago cause it inner liner came loose and was automatically was told it was my fault that the boots were falling apart due to wear and tear. The issue happened 2 weeks after the purchase but was working 7 days a week so this was the earliest I could try and exchange them, Can't wait to message Work Authority head office to see if that is company policy to automatically place blame on the customer and tell me she will glue my $300 boots herself.

Great store and Friendly staff. They had everything you need to be safe at work and at play. I usually get my winter gear and safety stuff here.

Tina was amazing, she took the time to find exactly what I needed. I wasn't sure of the size of boots I needed, so she ordered 2 sizes for me!! So happy with the service!! Also, if you're a Union member you get discounts!!! Definitely worth a visit!!!

I came to this location from Richmond Hill, Hoping they would have a decent selection, very glad I went .I went on Tuesday around 10 am , sadly I didn't get the workers name who helped me, but she was fantastic, they had alot of selection and she helped with a pair of soles for my work shoes that made a world of difference. I highly recommend this location. They follow all covid rules , it is clean, and super location, I will definitely go back for all my work needs !

The women with purple hair has probably one of the worse attitude horrible customer service!!! myself being in customer service as well you are losing business based on her. She’s also a liar said it’s 1 month for return exchange when nothing on the receipt states that! Lost my respect and business!

I came up to this location because the location closest to me had terrible reviews. Am I ever thankful I came here! Jodie and Erin were so helpful and friendly and ensured that I had everything I needed taken care of. It’s a long drive from where I live, but I’ll definitely be back to this Work Authority location the next time I need gear.
