Excellent service! The staff is super wonderful. They are nice and very helpful. The receptionist did spend a lot of time to arrange the appointment for me. The clear instructions was sent in paper. The centre is rather new and the preclinical machine work smoothly. The waiting chairs are separated by flexi glass and were sanitized after the client gone. A tag was put on the chair for you to know it is clean to use. If the tag is on the floor, it means the chair was used and hasn’t been cleaned. 10/10 service.

I had one my own personal "best experiences on my first visit here! Other than being a bit angry over "pay" parking (which they took care of anyway when I registered), it was easy, surprisingly quick (even though it was busy at the time) and the staff were above and beyond in every area - attitude, professionalism and appearance. No one likes to go through tests, but here at least, it is comfortable, clean and the employees seemed very capable. Fastest "in and out" in my personal experience, and with my personal history of cancer and subsequent endless (successful) tests many years ago, this stands out. Thanks MyHealth! - Well done!!!

Though this is a busy clinic, the reception staff are kind and act quickly to get everyone processed. The doctors are highly skilled, efficient at their work, but also take the time to answer any questions or concerns. I have received great care and appreciate the support.

My ultrasound tech (Jane?) was such kind person. If I had known there would be a request for a review, I would have made sure to note down her name. She was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. A true credit to her profession and to her place of work.

From the moment I stepped through the doors at the London Fanshawe site, I was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and personable. I had John for my 1st and 2nd appointment. He is amazing. He explained everything to me in plain english so I could understand. I was petrified to do the stress test, of course it was because of the unknown. He explained what would happen and made me more relaxed. My 2nd appointment I had Lauren and another gentleman, sorry I don't remember his name. They were both fabulous as well. I had told Lauren that I was scared and she gave me explicit details of what would happen. All of my fears were gone. Lauren and the other man were very gentle and caring. I have to say that I was very impressed with your facility. I sure hope those 3 staff members get a great big raise because they sure deserve it. LOL! I also hope that the above-mentioned staff members get notified of this report , because they did a fabulous job with me! Their patience and compassion did not go unnoticed!! It was so efficient! When I walked in and saw a lot of people, I thought I was going to have to wait an hour or longer. But it was a 15 minute wait maximum, and the x-ray itself was done quickly. The receptionist was really nice too, and parking was actually free :)

Front desk staff were professional and efficient. The clinician doing my test was kind and calming. She made sure I understood the test and me feel at ease during the whole process. Well done.

I was in and out in no time, I saw my Dr and had chest x-rays all within the hour! Very pleasant and fast, waiting room was clean as was change room and x-ray room. No question I will and have used your operation in the future. Thanks again
