The people are fine, but standing in line at 1pm on a Friday watching TWO people working while there are FIVE desks, and one person doing paperwork not even serving people taking up a desk. This kind of mgmt would never suffice in private sector, but in public it’s somehow totally acceptable. It’s kind of insane how our govt services are so poorly administered. Just staff up and this 30 person long line would move 3x as fast.

Had an amazing experience renewing both my driver's license and health card. They were super helpful but understood the importance of working quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of there and under 20 minutes even though they were many other customers that needed to be served. Will definitely be using this location for any of my provincial documentation needs

This center can get very busy since it is one that is close proximity to Scarborough and Durham region. The line goes fast, though. You renew both your driver's license and health card here. It is not uncommon to have a line up outside the building before it opens on Saturday.

The Indian lady with glasses, I forgot to ask her name, she is amazing and looks like she is one of the most experienced person in this centre. I went there to get my DL changed and she was super helpful and kind. Thanks to this lady my experience was amazing. A big thank you to this kind and nice lady.

Doing government paper work is something very stressful for me to do. At this location I always have great experience. Very nice pepole behind the counter. No matter what I need and where I'm. I have to go to this location. And one lady in particular she always go above and beyond. She will make sure I got all my paper correct and help me with everything. Can't recall her name but she is Lebanese. She deserves recognition.

More than 90 minutes in line. 7 employees at the front counter with only 2 employees helping people in line. The rest of the staff appeared to be working with dealer reps or on the phone. Elderly couples with walkers in line with no priority given. Those few who arrived with an appointment were taken care of leaving only one person to help those in line. The person who eventually did look after us was pleasant and efficient

Pickering is where it's at! If you're like me and love standing in line forever watching one staff serve 20 people in line with a single wicket open then look no further! The added surliness just makes the experience that much more memorable. Woohoo! (That's me in the pic just before they served me)

One of the employees helped me save over $1,000 related to a transfer of car. The employee did not need to offer this advice as she would not have profited from it. And when I had to return to Service Ontario the next day, she allowed me to skip the line. Very grateful of this employee.

I was at this location today Saturday November 11th. I will never go back to this Service Ontario 1410 Bailey location again! The service is poor and slow with only 3 people to service a line of at least 50, standing in and outside of the office in the cold. It was packed! The management should consider having more counters open especially on a Saturday when most people only have one free day available in the week to to have our services done. These private places try and save money by understaffing. only 2 people were working at the counter where another person is teach a trainee I guess. This is not fair, having less staff to work on a busy day and we have to sacrifice our time waiting in the line for at least an hour to reach the counter, it’s disappointing to have to then go back to fill out paperwork. Do not go to this place. It’s sucks! Common Service Ontario, wake up, it’s 2023!!
