Sweet and sour pork is excellent. Fresh ingredients. Updated. sauce is awesome. Taste like at the mandarin.

November 2021 3.5★ Inside the Denison center, this fast food stall serves a lot of the locals with well priced meals. Portions are decent for the price. Most items are still under $10 after taxes and are certainly enough for 2 kids or 1 adult. Everything is pretty good here. Nothing is actually wrong. Been coming here for over 3 years and finally doing a review. Most recently had the Beef Thick Rice Noodles in Black Bean sauce. Pretty decent for about $9. Only takes about 5 to 8 mins. Line ups aren't that long usually. Would come again for the value to taste.

I stopped by this shopping centre on my way home from work, hoping to pick up a good cheap meal. Prince's Chinese looked like a decent place. I ordered the stir fried rice noodles with beef. It was okay, although I've had better. It filled the void. The service was just kinda so-so, nothing special. At least the food was prepared quickly. Would I go back? Hmmm, probably not.

We were FISH-ing for CHEAP EATS, and came across this spot! We got Fish Fillet w/ Eggplant on Rice. This box of Rice was quite a DEAL, not only did it come in a box loaded with food, but it also came with a bottle of Water for the price! It had a decent amount of flakey, tender, flavourful Fish Fillet, plus a TON of Eggplant, stir-fried in a Black Bean Sauce, served on a bed of Rice! Though it could be a tad saltier, it was still a perfect Lunch given the price and portion!!

Not bad. There are lots of places like this in Markham and Scarborough still thriving, and this one is up to par. The prices are reasonable. We paid $18 cash for the two dishes pictured. My braised beef noodles were okay. I should have known better than to order beef noodles that were $7.99, and basically got what I paid for. The beef was actually really delicious and well portioned. I just didn't love the noodles, which were very skinny egg-like noodles and did not resemble the typical type of noodle you get with beef noodle soup. And there was a HUGE helping of these skinny noodles. There was also spices in the soup broth that didn't get filtered out, such as the star anise - it's always a shock when you bite into one of those. The other noodles were a decent portion but there was SO much sauce. It was drowning in sauce. This really brought the dish down a level. It was still good value, but could have been made with a bit more finesse.

Ran into this mall to check out Yan’s soy foods and while wandering, I came across this little gem with awesome price points. Ordered the Yeung Chow fried rice and the Beef with Rice Noodles. The noodles were pretty tasty, and the rice was good as well. The price point doesn’t break the bank. For $7.99 each meal before taxes, you can never go wrong! The man at the front was also super kind, did I mention it only took under 7 minutes to get my meals? Check ‘em out! 😋

Ridiculously DELICIOUS and AFFORDABLE!! 😋 This great takeout place is hidden in the back of this plaza on Denison and Kennedy in Markham. The owner is such a kind lady and very pleasant to start a conversation with. All the food is made fresh as you order. They are so well prepared that the wait time for an order for Two or Three is less than 10 minutes!! Price is very affordable and not to mention the food is awesomely 🤤 delicious with the WOK HEY that you crave in Chinese food!! I would recommend trying as many dishes as your hungry eyes and stomach can handle. Yeung Chow fried rice, Cantonese fried noodles, beef noodles with bell peppers in black bean sauce, soup & noodles and many many more to choose from!! Portion size is also amazing and you are guaranteed your appetite will be satisfied!!

Exceptional food for the price. One of the better food establishments.

I ordered baked pork chop with TOMATO sauce. They served me pork chop with SWEET AND SOUR sauce. They have the audacity to tell me “yea that’s the right sauce, the tomato sauce is basically sweet and sour sauce”. Never again.

Uncooked fried pockchop. Still pink inside. Brought back and they just prefried the existing pockchop which just turned darker in colour with extra batter and additional seasoning that made it super salty. Should just have returned It and get my money worth. Regret not taking before and after pictures
