We hosted a 2-day event here and had such a great time! The space is spacious and well-equipped. Fiona is beyond accommodating — she provided everything we asked for and so easy to communicate with! I’m definitely booking this place if given another chance in the future.

We rented this space for my daughter's first birthday in June 2022. All our guests had a great time and we received many compliments about our choice in venue. Fiona was a dream to work with! She was able to accommodate our crazy requests and even took pictures for us. The Audio Video is really simple to connect to. Ample parking. The catering kitchen was useful. Lot's of natural lighting.

We hosted a hybrid event here of approximately 80 people, half participated in-person meetings and the other half attended online. The facility is superb, making it extremely smooth switch in between. The room is spacious with bright natural light, the large screen, the AV system provided a pleasant experience for all of us. The staff is friendly and capable, the support is fantastic. The fresh coffee, the rest zone outside the conference room add to the positive experience for friendly conversation environment.

The staff at S3pace were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. When first introduced to S3PACE and given a tour, we were already impressed with the overall modern design, sensible layout, use of space, integrated A/V technology for presentations and meetings. After hosting a corporate three day event using the large training room, we could not have asked for a better outcome. Every detail from location, room ambiance, coffee stations, prep kitchen, service amenities and customer support was excellent and we felt very well looked after as a client from beginning to end. In fact, even all our guests complimented on the fabulous space and enjoyed being onsite for the entire schedule of our multi day event. We hosted our company year end party here, and it exceeded our expectations. The space is incredibly spacious with fully equipped amenities, including microphones, lagre screens, and comfortable seating. What sets this place apart is the added bonus of a kitchen, complete with a stove and oven, allowing us to prepare meals for our event. Additionally, the provision of coffee and hot tea during the activities was a thoughtful touch. A fantastic place that made our event a success! Highly recommend for corporate gatherings and parties!

Had a fantastic experience using the S3pace for remote work. There is ample seating, really comfortable chairs, a lot of natural light, and a fully stocked coffee and snack bar. There are also spacious phone rooms for taking calls. The space is super clean, well kept and modern. 5/5 experience- cannot recommend enough!
