I gave 5 stars because of Tatiana. She is super friendly and nice with everyone. Some of the tenants are really untidy and take her for granted, honestly. Her and her husband are always fixing up the trash neatly, the elevators are always clean, the floors and the laundry room as well. Tatiana greets everyone and does her job perfectly.

I was looking for apartment in Toronto but i was living in a another province and was so hurt in the beginning. Cassandra was helping us to find the best apartment for us and in the perfect timing. Unreliable company. Never replies to emails about important information like when rental payments will be forwarded. We asked since in our contract it should be paid within 45-60 days and were completely ignored. The payment has not arrived even though it has been 60 days. Customer service is dismissive, accounting is irresponsible.

Adam came by to fix a leaky tap and after he'd completely fixed that, wound up fixing a couple issues that hadn't even been on my radar. He was quick and polite and even locked up when he was done.
